UNLESS REPORTERS ARE ROBOTS, THEIR JOB IS TO BE PRESENT, GATHER/ASCERTAIN THE TRUTH OF THE OCCASION AND PRESENT IT ACCURATELY TO READERS, NOT A SET OF DUTIES THEY MUST PERFORM ROBOTICALLY AS PROGRAMMED.

Apparently Australia’s independent senator was here to observe the rally and he was critical of police actions and in reprisal, a state controlled paper fabricated a story that would besmirch him in the eyes of readers.

INDEPENDENT senator Nick Xenophon has been subjected to an extraordinary attack by a state-controlled Malaysian newspaper - publishing a 2009 speech in which he was critical of Scientology, but replacing it with the word ''Islam''.

The deception has left Senator Xenophon flabbergasted following a visit to Malaysia at the weekend to observe protests aimed at the ruling party.

He told The Age last night the word switch was an example of the kind of dirty tricks the ruling party employs and had used against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim. The article appeared in the New Straits Times and is an attempt to discredit Senator Xenophon and Dr Anwar after the two met in recent days.

Headlined ''Anti-Islam Australian lawmaker comes under fire'', the article quotes from a 2009 speech Senator Xenophon delivered in Parliament.

The article claims he said: ''Islam is not a religious organisation. It is a criminal organisation that hides behind its so-called religious beliefs.''

Hansard - the Australian Parliament's record - records those exact words, except has ''Scientology'', not ''Islam''.

Dr Anwar was sacked as deputy prime minister in the late 1990s and jailed for sodomy, which he has always denied.

Bin Laden 'frustrated at the end'

The headline is trying to tell you something that the author deems is meaningful or interesting and so how does one truly understand what is being transmitted to him?

It is meaningless to tell others that Bin Laden was frustrated at the end and the fact that you are interested (attracted to, a product of force not understanding), accept it as bona fide news and see nothing wrong reflects your absent or wrong understanding.

Frustrated means Bin Laden was upset, his mental force stirred to dislike (angry) and agitated because he was powerless.

What is the point of him being frustrated and what is the point of knowing he is frustrated? The relevant points or substance of the situation is what he wanted to do that he could not do.

India: Rare Buddhist manuscript Lotus Sutra to be released

(People get excited with this discovery but do they understand the nature of what they treasure as precious? I had a brief encounter with the Lotus Sutra many years ago and my understanding is that it is not in keeping with the teachings of the Buddha, it is a corruption of what the Buddha taught and those who embrace it as authentic are deluded. A rare Buddhist manuscript, discovered by cattle grazers in 1931, is set to be released in a book form in India on Thursday.

The Lotus Sutra was found in Gilgit, now in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.

The document, which dates back to 5th century, is perhaps the only Buddhist manuscript discovered in India.

Believed to be one of the most revered Buddhist scriptures, it represents the discourse delivered by Buddha towards the end of his life.

The Lotus Sutra is one of the most sacred scriptures of Mahayana Buddhism which is strongest in Tibet, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Mongolia.

Never what the Buddha taught:

Below is an excerpt from the Lotus Sutta and it is not a minor but gross deviation of what the Buddha taught, you do not create merit or attain to the path enlightenment by making stupas, the Buddha never exhorted people to create stupas.

Those who made rock stupas,

Stupas out of sandal, aloe, deodar, and other woods,

As well as brick, tile, mud, and other materials;

All those who made buddha stupas

Out of piles of earth in desolate places;

And even children in play

Who made buddha stupas out of heaps of sand—

All such people have certainly attained

The path of the buddhas.

And all those who made images of the buddhas

Carved with their extraordinary marks

Have certainly attained the path of the buddhas.

IT REFLECTS THE TOTAL LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AMONGST HUMANS THAT THEY CANNOT SEE THE GLARING DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE VARIOUS SCHOOLS OF BUDDHISM AND HOW THIS MUST MEAN THAT THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

Merit maybe but not the path of the Buddhas:

You require discernment, understanding and concentration of your mind far higher than ordinary concentration to attain the path of the Buddhas and you do not achieve that by building stupas of the Buddha. There may be merit creating stupas of the Buddha and if that is the case it leads to a measure of future happiness that once expended becomes nought.

AS THE BUDDHA SAID, EVEN THE MAN WHO TOSSES THE RINSING FROM HIS FOOD BOWL INTO A POND AND WISHES WHATEVER CREATURES THEREIN DERIVE SUSTENANCE HAS GAINED MERIT, BUILDING STUPAS MAY OR MAY NOT LEAD TO MERIT BUT THESE ARE EXPENDIBLES, ONCE YOUR MERIT IS EXHAUSTED YOU START AT SQUARE ONE AGAIN AND THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS ATTAINING THE PATH OF THE BUDDHAS AS TOUTED IN THE LOTUS SUTTA.

THE MAN WHO HAS ATTAINED THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF MIND ENJOYS ONE AGE IN HEAVENLY BLISS AS A RESULT OF HIS MERIT, THE PERSON WHO CAN STOP THINKING AND ACHIEVE THE SECOND HIGHER STATE OF MIND ENJOYS TWO AGES IN HEAVEN AS A RESULT OF HIS MERIT BUT ONCE HIS MERIT IS EXHAUSTED, HE HAS USED UP HIS LIFEPSPAN IN HEAVEN, HE CAN GO DOWN EVEN TO HELL DEPENDING ON HIS PREVIOUS KARMA, SO SAYS THE TRUE BUDDHA.

WITHOUT DISCERNMENT/UNDERSTANDING, GREAT VIRTUES (NO STEALING, LYING, HARMING, NO SEX) AND DEVELOPING THE CONCENTRATION OF YOUR MIND THAT NO AMOUNT OF STUPA BUILDING CAN PRODUCE, YOU CANNOT ATTAIN THE PATH OF THE BUDDHAS.

Apart from reflecting a evil calculating nature costing everything, it is all money, money, money, it is a totally wrong or deluded way of looking at what happened.

Deeds and changing oneself:

There are two different things a person can do, act or perform deeds in this world or change himself either genuinely or in delusion that he has changed for the better when he hasn’t.

Acts or deeds can bring either merit to be experienced as future happiness or freedom from suffering even in a heavenly state or demerit to be experienced as suffering eg sickness, short life, deformities, existences in the ghost, animal or even hell realms.

True change involves conversion of a person from sinful (lying, cheating, harming, killing, chattering, intoxicating, lascivious) to noble nature, from a rehashing, stressed, restless distracted styled (prolonging, changing speed and strength) existence to the unstressed non rehashing non-styled existence that gives the first higher state of mind, from a helplessly constantly thinking person to the at will non-thinking person, from an automatically liking-disliking person to a neither liking nor disliking person.

IN ORDER TO ENTER THE PATH OF THE BUDDHAS YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOURSELF, ATTAINING PROGRESSIVELY THE HIGHER STATES OF MIND FROM NON-STYLE TO NON-THINKING TO NON LIKING NOR DISLIKING TO NEITHER PAIN NOR PLEASURE AND EVEN HIGHER TO NEITHER PERCEIVING NOR NOT PERCEIVING. BUILDING STUPAS OF THE BUDDHA IS AN ACT OR DEED THAT CAN BRING EITHER MERIT OR DEMERIT TO BE EXPERIENCED AS FUTURE HAPPINESS OR SUFFERING BUT IT CAN NEVER SET YOU ON THE PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT.

It is the cessation of ignorance that gives enlightenment:

The Buddha said from ignorance as a cause comes fabrications thence consciousness, thence name & form thence sense media, contact, feelings, clinging, becoming and birth and suffering. From the cessation of ignorance comes the cessation of fabrications and thence the whole mass of suffering, complications and falsity that ensues.

The Buddha spoke of the three knowledge man, the person who knows all his past lives, who knows the passing and birth of beings and the path to the total permanent extinction of all suffering.

THUS IN ORDER TO BE ENLIGHTENED, YOU MUST BANISH YOUR IGNORANCE AND ALL BEINGS WHO EXIST EVEN TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS IN HEAVEN ARE TAINTED BY IGNORANCE TO SOME DEGREE AND THE PERSON WHO HAS ATTAINED THE THREE KNOWLEDGES, KNOWLEDGE OF ALL (NOT JUST SOME) OF HIS PAST LIVES, KNOWLEDGE OF THE RISING AND PASSING OF BEINGS, KNOWLEDGE OF THE PATH COMPLETELY OUT OF SUFFERING WILL NO LONGER FABRICATE AND HE EXTINGUISHES HIMSELF AND MAKES A COMPLETE END TO ALL FUTURE BECOMING.

DEPENDING ON YOUR MERIT YOU CAN BE BORN AS AN FORMED ANGEL OR FORMLESS BRAHMA IN HEAVEN FOR 1, 2, 4, 500 TO 60,000 AGES BUT IF YOU ARE STILL SHROUDED IN IGNORANCE AND DESIRE MORE EXISTING THEN DEPENDING ON YOUR PREVIOUS KARMA YOU CAN DEPART EVEN FOR HELL.

THE BUDDHA SAID ALL IS NOT SELF, CONSCIOUSNESS IS NOT SELF, FABRICATIONS IS NOT SELF, FORM IS NOT SELF, WHATEVER IS CHANGING IS FALSE OR DECEPTIVE, ONLY NIBBANA THE CHANGELESS IS TRUE AND THE BEING WHO HAS TRULY COME TO THIS REALIZATION UPON LISTENING TO THE BUDDHA AND REALIZING IT FOR HIMSELF WILL ACHIEVE ENLIGHTENMENT.

THUS ENLIGHTENMENT OR BUDDHA-HOOD IS THE PRESERVE OF THOSE WHO HAVE DEVELOPED THEIR MINDS TO THE HIGHEST AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF EXISTING AS POINTED OUT BY THE BUDDHA AND WHO THUS TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY MORE DESIRE, EXTINGUISHES HIMSELF FOR NO MORE FUTURE SUFFERING.

Concentration is the key to knowledge:

It is the development of a mind to a certain high concentration that cannot be disrupted that enables him to realize his past lives, see the rising and passing of beings and see the path to total escape from all suffering.

"When the mind was thus concentrated, purified, bright, unblemished, rid of defilement, pliant, malleable, steady, & attained to imperturbability, I directed it to the knowledge of recollecting my past lives. I recollected my manifold past lives, i.e., one birth, two...five, ten...fifty, a hundred, a thousand, a hundred thousand, many eons of cosmic contraction, many eons of cosmic expansion, many eons of cosmic contraction & expansion: 'There I had such a name, belonged to such a clan, had such an appearance. Such was my food, such my experience of pleasure & pain, such the end of my life. Passing away from that state, I re-arose there. There too I had such a name, belonged to such a clan, had such an appearance. Such was my food, such my experience of pleasure & pain, such the end of my life. Passing away from that state, I re-arose here.' Thus I remembered my manifold past lives in their modes & details.
"This was the first knowledge I attained in the first watch of the night. Ignorance was destroyed; knowledge arose; darkness was destroyed; light arose -- as happens in one who is heedful, ardent, & resolute.
"When the mind was thus concentrated, purified, bright, unblemished, rid of defilement, pliant, malleable, steady, & attained to imperturbability, I directed it to the knowledge of the passing away & reappearance of beings. I saw -- by means of the divine eye, purified & surpassing the human -- beings passing away & re-appearing, and I discerned how they are inferior & superior, beautiful & ugly, fortunate & unfortunate in accordance with their kamma: 'These beings -- who were endowed with bad conduct of body, speech & mind, who reviled noble ones, held wrong views and undertook actions under the influence of wrong views -- with the break-up of the body, after death, have re-appeared in the plane of deprivation, the bad destination, the lower realms, in hell. But these beings -- who were endowed with good conduct of body, speech, & mind, who did not revile noble ones, who held right views and undertook actions under the influence of right views -- with the break-up of the body, after death, have re-appeared in the good destinations, in the heavenly world.' Thus -- by means of the divine eye, purified & surpassing the human -- I saw beings passing away & re-appearing, and I discerned how they are inferior & superior, beautiful & ugly, fortunate & unfortunate in accordance with their kamma.
"This was the second knowledge I attained in the second watch of the night. Ignorance was destroyed; knowledge arose; darkness was destroyed; light arose -- as happens in one who is heedful, ardent, & resolute.
"When the mind was thus concentrated, purified, bright, unblemished, rid of defilement, pliant, malleable, steady, & attained to imperturbability, I directed it to the knowledge of the ending of the mental fermentations. I discerned, as it was actually present, that 'This is stress...This is the origination of stress...This is the cessation of stress...This is the way leading to the cessation of stress...These are fermentations...This is the origination of fermentations...This is the cessation of fermentations...This is the way leading to the cessation of fermentations.' My heart, thus knowing, thus seeing, was released from the fermentation of sensuality, released from the fermentation of becoming, released from the fermentation of ignorance. With release, there was the knowledge, 'Released.' I discerned that 'Birth is ended, the holy life fulfilled, the task done. There is nothing further for this world.'
"This was the third knowledge I attained in the third watch of the night. Ignorance was destroyed; knowledge arose; darkness was destroyed; light arose -- as happens in one who is heedful, ardent, & resolute.
"Now, brahmin, if the thought should occur to you, 'Perhaps Gotama the contemplative is even today not free of passion, not free of aversion, not free of delusion, which is why he resorts to isolated forest & wilderness dwellings,' it should not be seen in that way. It's through seeing two compelling reasons that I resort to isolated forest & wilderness dwellings: seeing a pleasant abiding for myself in the present, and feeling sympathy for future generations."
"How truly future generations have been shown sympathy by Master Gotama in the manner of one who is worthy & rightly self-awakened! Magnificent, Master Gotama! Magnificent! Just as if he were to place upright what had been overturned, were to reveal what was hidden, were to show the way to one who was lost, or were to hold up a lamp in the dark so that those with eyes could see shapes, in the same way Master Gotama has -- through many lines of reasoning -- made the Dhamma clear. Celebrating love and joy:

This is the heading for a newspaper advertisement and it is a mad statement.

Love and joy does not require any celebration and rather than enhancing happiness, the very act of celebrating eg by buying jewellery detracts from it.

IN THEIR DECEIT TO PROMOTE JEWELLERY PEOPLE SPEAK OF CELEBRATING LOVE AND JOY BY BUYING CERTAIN PRECIOUS ORNAMENTS WHEN IT IS MAD, YOU CANNOT CELEBRATE LOVE AND JOY. YOU CAN EXPERIENCE LOVE AND JOY AND THE MOMENT YOU TRY TO CELEBRATE BY DOING THIS OR THAT YOU LAPSE INTO FALSITY THAT LEADS TO FUTURE SUFFERING.

IT MAY BE TRUE YOU CAN CELEBRATE LOVE AND JOY BUT IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE YOU ARE DICING WITH FUTURE INSANITY IN THE NAME OF SELLING JEWELLERY TO OTHERS.

FASHIONING MICROSUBMARINES TO CLEAN OIL MAY APPEAR VERY CLEVER BUT IT IS FALSE LOGIC AND PERCEPTION TO THINK THAT EQUALS TRUE UNDERSTANDING WHICH MAY NOT BE NECESSARY NOR IS IT PRESENT IN THE ENTERPRISE. 

Rich poor gulf in Singapore:

The gap between rich and poor in Singapore is the second widest in the world, and the government has promised utmost efforts to put it right.
Singapore is a middle class city. An estimated 70% of citizens consider themselves middle class rather than working class. Who forms the middle class?
There is no universally accepted definition, but Singaporeans generally base it on earnings. People who earn S$4,000-S$7,000 (RM9,800-RM17,200) are considered middle and upper middle classes.

Singapore is an admired model of prosperity but what is happening there may be shrewd (ugly) exploitation by an elite class who have garnered the lion share of the wealth whilst there is an army of pawns either local or imported who help the elite transfer wealth from the masses, region and the world into their already stuffed pockets.

CAPITALISM IS ABOUT THE RELENTLESS HEARTLESS TRANSFER OF WEALTH FROM THE COMMON WEALTH INTO THE POCKETS OF AN ELITE MINORITY IN WHICH WORKERS ARE PAWNS HELPING THE TRANSFER THAT IS AUGMENTED BY HOOK AND CROOK SUCH THAT THE SYSTEM BECOMES SADDLED WITH DEBTS MANY TIMES ITS WEALTH BY SUPPLYING THE SYSTEM AND MASSES WITH CREDIT, WHATEVER SAVINGS THE MASSES HAVE ARE IN NAME ONLY BECAUSE BANKERS HAVE RECKLESSLY LENT THEM AWAY.

People think they talk great sense and others think they hear great sense when it is all empty niceties or platitudes. You mean every day you are too busy with daily life, forget about the Buddha’s teaching and come Wesak, it is a day to reflect on the teachings of the Buddha? If every day you reflect the Buddha’s teachings, why pick out Wesak day in particular.

IT SOUNDS LIKE A ONE DAY LIP SERVICE BUDDHIST OF CONVENIENCE THAT WESAK IS A DAY TO REFLECT ON THE BUDDHA’S TEACHINGS.

It is pointless reflecting the teachings of the Buddha and you do not need Wesak day to do so except that it is not whole hearted or meant but brought on by circumstances namely Wesak day, what is needed is finding out what the Buddha taught, understanding and putting it into practice not for the Buddha or anyone’s sake but for your own sake, for no further suffering that can be as vast as an ocean and as long as eternities.

Jesus said the one who obeys his commands is the one who loves him and so you must practice the discipline or commands of Jesus in order to be a true Christian. If you put into practice what Jesus commanded daily, are mad to talk about reflecting on his teachings come Christmas or Easter?

Reflect on your conduct not the Buddha’s teachings:

The Buddha’s teaching is very well spelt out that requires no reflection but understanding, remembering and putting into practice.

What require reflection is the things you say and do, whether they are meaningful or deceitful, for show, how they create stress for yourself and others and condition yourself to continue sinful conduct.

IT IS NOT SO MUCH THE BUDDHA’S TEACHINGS THAT REQUIRE REFLECTION BUT YOUR CONDUCT AND SPEECH REQUIRES REFLECTION, EXAMINATION TO SEE IF IT IS RIGHT OR WRONG, BLAMEWORTHY OR BLAMELESS.

Brain cancer and your phone:

Mankind will tell what lies it takes to gain advantage and shirk responsibility and so there are studies (linked to the industry) that rubbish the link between handphones and brain cancer whilst others have found a link.

FATAL brain cancer is on the rise and could be caused by radiation from mobile phones, which would mean we're heading for devastation "on a scale never before witnessed in history".

Or there may be nothing to worry about.

Right now, no one knows for sure – and Dr Charlie Teo, one of Australia's top neurosurgeons, says some people are too afraid to find out because of the enormous consequences.

Some studies have found there is no link between mobiles and brain cancer. Others have found a link. Dr Teo told News.com.au that studies that found no link were usually at least partly funded by telecommunications companies – and that the telcos have in the past refused to release records of phone usage that would allow a more robust study to be done.

The largest study done, the international and partly telco-funded Interphone study, found phones were safe – unless you are a "heavy user", or a child (children were not included in the study).

"(Brain cancer) is a terrible disease, it's the most lethal cancer known to mankind. It kills young people and it appears to be affecting more people than it did ten years ago. I believe there may be a link between mobile phones and brain cancer," Dr Teo said.

"Finding a definite link would be devastating – and the telecommunications companies are too afraid to find out."

Dr Teo – whose opinion is published in full on The Punch today – thinks we need to find out for sure, and soon.

"Why wait until half the world's population has brain cancer?" he asked.

He also went to great pains to emphasise that there may not be a link; that he is not a radiation expert, and that he is not a zealot who wants to get rid of mobile phones. But he has looked at all the available evidence, at least a third of his patients' tumours are in the area of the brain near the ear, and he wants to find out what is going on.

The Cancer Council NSW also says more research is always good, but they add that in general people shouldn't get too uptight. Chief executive officer Dr Andrew Penman said it was "difficult to prove that mobile phones cause cancer but even more difficult to prove they don't cause cancer".

He says the "real world" shows that if there was any effect from phones it would be "very small".

Dr Penman says any rise in brain cancer incidences are in older people, and that because large studies such as the Interphone study have not found a link there is no need for people to panic.

"It's fine to be aware of the debate, but as the evidence has accumulated the level of alarm and concern … that prompted warnings about use in young children … has abated," he said.

"People tend to cast around for exotic causes of cancer they can control – but the big thing is tobacco, lack of exercise, obesity, sun exposure, the use of hormone replacement therapy. We know those things have a big effect, and you can actually do something about those."

Dr Penman says there is no need for people to change their behaviour.

Dr Teo says he personally minimises his usage and always uses a hands-free kit.

The World Health Organisation says the non-ionising radiation emitted by phones is possibly carcinogenic and recommends hands-free or texting.

And in the instructions for iPhones and Blackberries lurks a warning to keep phones slightly away from your body.

Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association Chief Executive Officer Chris Althaus said AMTA rejected "Dr Teo's baseless claims of alleged improper industry influence over research into mobile phone health and safety".

He said while they respected his work and acknowledged his right to express his opinion, expert opinion and the weight of evidence showed there were no adverse health effects from mobile phone use.

He said the industry was committed to supporting expert research to help consumers make informed choices, that funding was provided under strict protocols – and that sometimes governments made funding conditional on some funds coming from industry.

Mr Althaus also said the industry had cooperated fully with researchers.

The specific to the occasion true (not rules) logic is that much of the past spending responsible for the past prosperity was wasteful, extravagant, overconsumption based on borrowed money on items (eg houses, clothes, defence, sports, resorts, hotels, air travel) that did not lead to returns that would enhance future productivity or ability to generate income to repay borrowings and what resumption of spending that is proposed are similarly wasteful & unaffordable and will not lead to future ability to repay the mountains of debts.

UNLESS YOU HAVE WELL DEFINED PLANS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO SPEND THAT WILL BE TRULY PRODUCTIVE, WILL GENERATE RETURNS THAT CAN BE USED TO REPAY OFF YOUR MOUNTAIN OF DEBT, TO PROPOSE TO SPEND INDISCRIMINATELY ON ACTIVITIES JUST TO KEEP PEOPLE EMPLOYED AND THE ECONOMY HUMMING IS LIKE SHOOTING WILDLY WITH LIMITED AMMUNITION.

Spending is not a panacea:

Spending is not a panacea, cure all or magic wand but it depends on what you want to spend on that will provide returns you can use to repay your debts and so if you are already heavily in debt it is even more important that you should embark on future spending with even greater circumspection.

Supposed you are heavily in debt and you spend money to set up a roadside eatery and it succeeds ‘spectacularly’ generating fabulous income that wipes off your debt then you are correct to spend, if the business fails then you may wipe off whatever money you spend setting up the roadside business and you are no nearer paying your debts.

THUS IN ORDER TO SPEND YOURSELF OUT OF TROUBLE YOU MUST HAVE CREDIBLE OBJECTS FOR SPENDING THAT WOULD PROVIDE RETURNS THAT CAN BE USED TO REPAY YOUR DEBTS, NOT SIMPLY SPEND BLINDLY AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.

But the reality is that the government becomes the surrogate spender (of printed or borrowed money) the bulk of which will be collected by capitalists, going into their already swollen coffers whilst they and the government provide employment that may not be truly productive or essential to keep the economy going at a higher rate than otherwise and a bulk of the money the government spends will end up in the already coffers of capitalists whilst whatever money collected by workers that enable them to pay tax to support the economy is not cost effective.

The bankers bankrupted the system:

According to the Governor of the Bank of England it is the bankers who have devastated the UK financial system and economy whilst rewarding themselves with oversized bonuses and perks.

The coming together of the retail and investment banking sectors in the hands of rogue bankers is like asking the fox to guard the chickens, they used depositors’ money to speculate. Thus all this printed money by governments to stave off collapse may not end up in retail banking where profit margins are slim but end up speculating on the currency and commodity markets driving up prices of things like oil to the detriment of the economy at large but continuing to build fat profits for investment banks.

This is a false statement for anyone with true understanding.

Airports can never be horrible experiences, it is a person’s false perception and stirred emotion that makes it horrible. Without stirring your mental force or emotion to dislike or be upset, you cannot experience horror, it is your conditioned stirring of mental force that makes something horrible, if a person does not stir his mental force that is blind, meaningless and suffering he cannot experience horror.

Airport experiences can be an unpleasant or painful which is a feeling on contact with sense objects and that is correct. But even here, if a person has elevated his mind to the fourth highest state, neither pain nor pleasure, it is not unpleasant for him.

AIRPORTS CAN BE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES EVEN EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT BUT IT CANNOT BE HORRIBLE WHICH REQUIRES A PERSON’S MENTAL FORCE TO BE STIRRED TO DREAD OR DISLIKE WHAT IS HAPPENING AND IT IS THE PERSON’S FAULT NOT AIRPORTS THAT MAKE IT HORRIBLE AND YOU ARE SPEAKING FALSELY BLAMING AIRPORTS INSTEAD OF YOURSELF FOR MAKING AIRPORTS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.

Even if you and others are excited by the coming event, it is not necessarily true of everyone, not everyone is aware let alone excited about the launch and in any case excitement is meaningless and suffering. Why should anyone be excited, stir his mental force to do nothing when it creates stress, restlessness and inability to suffer?

And so if you focus on excitement and try to spread it amongst your readers you are guilty of recommending suffering to others with karma attached.

IT IS SENSELESS, USELESS AND SUFFERING TO BE EXCITED THAT LEAVES AN AFTERTASTE OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND INABILITY TO CONCENTRATE AND IT IS NOT NECESSARILY TRUE EVERYONE IS EXCITED OR IT HAS BEEN MOUNTING. PEOPLE LIKE TO WRITE IN A DRAMATIC STYLE INTENDED TO STIR PASSION IN READERS AND THERE IS TERRIBLE KARMA TO BE REPAID AS SUFFERING FOR THIS.

YOU DO NOT LIKE TO SUFFER? THEN BY SPEAKING LIKE HIM, YOU ARE CONSIGNING YOURSELF TO FUTURE SUFFERING INSTEAD OF PLEASANTNESS.

Supposed the jogger goes on to live another 10 years and then subsequently as a result of his actions he heads for eternal punishment then Dustin has saved his life for another 10 years and did not save him from eternal punishment. And so if your medication or health food or exercise saved your life it is only temporarily and will not deliver you from eternal punishment that your sins will condemn you.

By contrast if someone taught you and you succeeded in shedding your style, in not prolonging, changing speed and loudness and that is the path to one Age or eternity in heaven free from suffering, disease and death, he taught you and you succeeded in putting an end to thinking and that is two Ages or eternities in heaven then which is greater, saving your life for 10 years and then proceeding even to hell or saving your life for one or two Ages free of all suffering?

WHICH IS GREATER, DUSTIN SAVING YOUR LIFE FOR 10 YEARS OR SOMEONE POINTING YOU THE WAY TO HEAVEN AND SAVING YOUR LIFE FOR AN ETERNITY?

When people talk about our water supply running out, it's often difficult to imagine - but according to the U.S. government's Geological Survey, all the water on Earth would fit into an 860-mile-wide bubble.

Every sea, river and underground lake would fit into what looks like a tiny blue 'blister' on the side of our planet.

'As you know, the Earth is a watery place - but all the water on, in, and above the Earth would fill a ball the size of that tiny blue sphere sitting on the United States, reaching from about Salt Lake City, Utah to Topeka, Kansas,' says a USGS release.

The oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water.

Water also exists on Earth in the air as clouds and water vapour, in lakes and rivers, in icecaps and glaciers, and in living creatures - but all of that would fit into the tiny ball.

'The vast majority of water on the Earth's surface, over 96 percent, is saline water in the oceans,' says the USGS.

The answer is that there is more to our water supply than just surface water, there is also plenty of water beneath our feet.'
