What
defines the higher states of mind?
Whatever that exists can be clearly defined as such and such and so if
there are different possible and higher states of a being’s mind and these
states have a hierarchy then these states can be clearly defined and it can be
understood why one state is higher than the other.
IF HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND EXIST, THEN THEY CAN BE CLEARLY DEFINED AND
IT CAN BE UNDERSTOOD WHY ONE STATE IS HIGHER OR SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER.
So
what defines the first higher state of mind?
The Buddha described the first higher state of mind as serenity with
discursive thinking present.
It is not the absence of resistance or the absence of stress that
defines the first higher state of mind but it is the absence of the constant
prolonging, changing of speed and strength of a being’s mental force that
defines the first higher state of mind. It is this absence of style, absence
of constant prolonging, changing speed and strength that results in freedom
from constant stirred self-resistance that results in constant stress that
varies only in intensity.
STRESS IS ALWAYS INEVITABLY PRESENT IN PEOPLE WITH STYLE, ONLY ITS
INTENSITY VARIES AND IT IS CAUSED BY THE CONSTANTLY ACTIVE SELF RESISTANCE IN
HIM AS A RESULT OF THE CONSTANT HARMFUL UNNECESSARY PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED
AND STRENGTH OF HIS MENTAL FORCE.
THE PERSON WITH THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF MIND STILL TALKS AND DOES,
STILL THINKS ALL THE TIME, STILL LIKES AND DISLIKES, STILL FEELS PAIN AND
PLEASURE BUT HIS MENTAL FORCE HAS STOPPED PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND
STRENGTH THAT RELEASES HIM FROM THE CURSE OF CONSTANT RAISED SELF RESISTANCE
THAT LEADS TO STRESS THAT IS LIKE A NOOSE AROUND HIS NECK.
What
defines the second higher state of mind and why is it higher?
It is the fully conscious absence of thinking that allows the mind to
become unified, one pointed, focussed on the present that defines the second
higher state of mind.
If in addition to shedding style a person can shed his constant thinking
then he achieves an even higher happiness and concentration of his mind.
CONSTANT THINKING IS ALWAYS SUFFERING AND DISTRACTS THE MIND AND SO THE
MIND THAT HAS STOPPED THINKING (IF IT IS POSSIBLE) HAS REACHED AN EVEN HIGHER
HAPPINESS AND UNITY OR CONCENTRATION OF HIS MIND.
BEFORE YOU CAN STOP THINKING YOU MUST REDUCE THE MOMENTUM IN YOUR
THINKING WHICH MEANS YOUR THINKING MUST BE FREE OF ADDED PROLONGING, CHANGING
SPEED AND STRENGTH WHICH MEANS YOU MUST FIRST ACHIEVE THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF
MIND OR NO PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH.
What
defines the third higher state of mind?
It is the absence of stirring of mental force to like (be attracted to)
or dislike (repulsed, hate or anger) that defines the third even higher state
of mind.
The conditioned triggering of mental force to like or dislike is even
more difficult to stop that the conditioned use of force to think, which is a
form of mental work.
MENTAL FORCE DOING WORK OR DOING THINKING IS EASIER TO STOP THAN MENTAL
FORCE TRIGGERED BY PHENOMENA AND NOT TO LIKE OR DISLIKE IS AN EVEN HIGHER HAPPINESS
AND CONCENTRATION OF MIND BECAUSE THEN THE MIND IS FREED OF ALL SELF INTRINSIC
ACTIVATION OF FORCE, HIS MENTAL FORCE IS NOT STIRRING TO LIKE OR DISLIKE, NOT
TRIGGERED TO THINK, NOT TRIGGERED TO PROLONG, CHANGE SPEED AND STRENGTH.
What
defines the fourth higher state of mind?
The absence of pain and pleasure is the fourth and highest state of
mind. Not only has the mind stopped prolonging, changing speed and strength,
stopped thinking, stopping stirring his mental force to like and dislike, he
has stopped being receptive of force which is requisite to feeling pain and
pleasure.
PAIN AND PLEASURE ARE PRODUCTS OF FORCE, REQUIRE CONTACT WITH FORCE AND
IF YOU HAVE CUT OFF ALL CONTACT WITH FORCE LET ALONE USE OF FORCE, YOU
EXPERIENCE A TOTAL FREEDOM FROM FORCE THAT IS THE HIGHEST IN FREEDOM FROM
SUFFERING AND THEREFORE GREATER HAPPINESS AND HIGHEST IN CONCENTRATION.
Still
got resistance and stress but caused by others:
A person whose mental force has stopped prolonging, changing speed and
strength still experiences resistance and stress but the stress is not constant
oppressive inescapable as before but it is caused by contact with others and
the elements.
IT IS NOT TRUE THAT THE PERSON FREED OF STYLE OR WHO HAS REACHED THE
FIRST HIGHER STATE OF MIND IS FREED OF STRESS, HE STILL EXPERIENCES STRESS BUT
IT IS NOT CONSTANT, NOT CAUSED BY SELF BUT IT IS CAUSED EXTRINSICALLY BY OTHERS
AND THE ELEMENTS.
THUS IT IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF RESISTANCE OR STRESS THAT DEFINES THE
FIRST HIGHER STATE OF MIND BUT IT IS THE ABSENCE OF FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING
SPEED AND STRENGTH.
Only
in heaven is one free of stress:
Attainment of the first higher state of mind here does not give you
freedom from stress, only freedom from mad constant self generated stress. In
order to experience freedom from stress you must go to heaven where beings
don’t incessantly bombard others with mad harmful force and there are no
unpleasant elements or suffering.
THE CONSTANT BOMBARDMENT OF FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND
STRENGTH IN THE SOUNDS AND ACTIONS OF OTHERS CAUSES STRESS OR SUFFERING. THE
HEAT OR COLD OR BURDEN OF WEIGHT OR GRAVITY ALSO CAUSE SUFFERING AND STRESS AND
SO, SO LONG AS A BEING REMAIN IN THIS WORLD THERE IS NO AVOIDING SUFFERING AND
ANY EVASION FROM SUFFERING IS RELATIVELY SHALLOW AND DOES NOT LAST LONG.
ONLY IN HEAVEN IS THERE COMPLETE EVERLASTING SATISFYING ESCAPE FROM
STRESS AND NO ONE ENJOYS SUFFERING, CAN COPE FOREVER WITH SUFFERING THAT WILL
OVERWHELM AND KILL HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN ENDLESSLY.
If the authorities are high handed or vengeful and alienate the Sulu
natives it may cause the situation to flare up even worse and become
uncontrollable.
Thus the Vietnam war may have been much worse because of the high handed
American approach, the escalation of brute force, carpet bombing and napalm
bombing that alienated the populace.
IF WISELY HANDLED THIS SITUATION MAY DIE DOWN BUT IF A HIGH HANDED
VENGEFUL APPROACH IS UNDERTAKEN IT MAY CAUSE A MUCH WORSE SITUATION.
Pain
versus stress:
Pain is one thing, stress is another thing.
When one is poked with a needle, the concentration of force impacting on
a small area causes pain which is the suffering of contact with concentrated
strong force whilst at the same time the person’s force of resistance is
stirred and the clash of force causes stress.
In the same way the bombardment of force in the style of others, in the
prolonging, changing speed and loudness of others’ speech causes pain and it
also cause stress because his force of resistance is stirred to resist the

CONTACT WITH MILD FORCE, STRESS IS THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY THE STIRRING AND
PERSISTENT ELEVATION OF ONE’S FORCE OF RESISTANCE.
IF A PERSON IS UNABLE TO TRULY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS SAID OR DONE TO HIM OR
HIS UNDERSTANDING IS FALSE, HIS RESISTANCE MUST BE STIRRED SO THAT HE BECOMES
STRESSED.
Pleasure
also causes stress:
Even if you are the most diehard pursuer of pleasure, advocate of
pleasure, pleasure must be enjoyed with attendant stress, it is impossible to
experience pleasure without stress because contact with mild force that is the
essential ingredient of pleasure must stir resistance and this resistance even
if mild when prolonged lead to stress.
WHATEVER FORCE IS HARMFUL AND SO ALL CONTACT WITH FORCE IS ATTENDED BY
RESISTANCE.
BECAUSE PLEASURE IS CAUSED BY CONTACT WITH MILD FORCE, PLEASURE MUST
AUTOMATICALLY AROUSE RESISTANCE TO THE APPLICATION OF MILD FORCE HOWEVER YOU
SWEAR BY PLEASURE AND THINK IT IS THE MOST WONDERFUL THING IN THE WORLD AND
THIS ACTIVATED RESISTANCE WHEN PROLONGED AS IN PROLONGED ‘ENJOYMENT OF
PLEASURE’ LEADS TO STRESS.
YOU CANNOT ENJOY PLEASURE WITHOUT EXPERIENCING STRESS BECAUSE PLEASURE
IS A PRODUCT OF CONTACT WITH FORCE THAT MUST STIR RESISTANCE BECAUSE FORCE IS
HARMFUL AND SO STRESS IS THE INEVITABLE ACCOMPANIMENT OF PLEASURE.
THUS IF YOU FIND PLEASURE IN FOOD, SIGHTS, SOUNDS, SEX OR WHATEVER, YOUR
PLEASURE MUST LEAD TO STRESS THAT TAKES TIME TO DISSIPATE AFTERWARDS.

valid then you must stir self resistance that conditions you to stress and you
have no true understanding because it is always a false statement copied from
others and rehashed by rote.
The statement is often made falsely to justify one’s wrong actions or
shortcomings, just because you are human does not mean you must have
shortcomings or do wrong or are excusable. Even if you and everyone here refuse
to make yourself perfect, cannot conduct yourself with perfect mindfulness it
is possible to do so and if you do not develop yourself to perfect your conduct
then suffering even as vast as an ocean lasting eternities is your lot.
No one needs to be told he is human and there is nothing only or not
only about being a human and so he did not mean what he said but he falsely
implies that just because we are humans we are excusable for our shortcomings,
weaknesses, vices and wrongdoing. Shortcomings, weaknesses, vices and
wrongdoing are not to be condoned and so if you are sanctioning evil behaviour
you are asking for punishment, suffering.
WE’RE ONLY HUMAN IS A RECORDED FALSE UNDERSTANDING (AND DELUSION) COPIED
FROM OTHERS AND REHASHED. THERE IS NOTHING ONLY OR NOT ONLY ABOUT BEING HUMAN
AND WHAT IS MEANT IS NOT THAT WE ARE HUMANS BUT OUR VICES ARE JUSTIFIABLE. EVEN

Transfer of media files into Android tablets that are even a few gigabits

Even without timing, Windows 8 is faster to boot on Intel i5 SSD and
desktop compared with Android even on Tegra 3 quadcore.

They agreed that the inclusion of North Borneo in the Federation of Malaysia would not prejudice either the claim or any right thereunder. The three Heads of Government take cognizance of the position regarding the Philippines claim to Sabah (North Borneo) after the establishment of the Federation of Malaysia as provided under paragraph 12 of the Manila Accord, that is, that the inclusion of Sabah (North Borneo) in the Federation of Malaysia does not prejudice either the claim or any right thereunder.”
It was undoubtedly stated from the above provisions of the Manila Accord and joint statement that:
the inclusion of Sabah into the formation of Malaysia is subject to the Philippines claim; and
the Philippines’ claim on Sabah must be settled in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) run by the United Nations.
Therefore, until such time when the ICJ has decided, Malaysia does not have absolute ownership of Sabah.

restlessness or it will destroy you:
