Why do people seek to list their companies
publicly? They won’t tell you the actual reasons or they tell you it is for
noble reasons when there are more nefarious reasons, it is basically to exploit
the system, get money from attracted greedy investors in specific and society
or the system in general.
They will say they list the money to get funds from
the public to expand their business but it is also to get money from investors
and the system that is for free by overpricing their shares and when they make
profits they do not declare it totally and give less share to investors.
A private company is much less efficient a vehicle
to convert the value of a company into cash that may grossly overestimate the
worth of the company compared with a publicly listed company, a public listing
is an open doorway to using your company’s shares to manipulate and get lots of
money without any work by spreading rumours and manipulating its price to milk
money out of investors in particular and the system in general.
The difference between a private and
public company:
You can ascribe whatever price to your company
shares but so long as it remains private it is largely a self-delusion unless
some fool comes along and wants to buy your shares at grossly inflated prices
and the only avenue for money is if your business thrives.
The public listed company is passport or the opened
door to the public purse strings, your shares are now freely convertible to
cash that if grossly inflated becomes a means of siphoning wealth from the
system into your hands. Thus it is important for the security commissioner to
ensure that owners of publicly listed companies do not fleece the public and
system by hyping up the values of their companies.
Making more money from the share than
company:
For many owners or majority shareholders of
publicly listed companies, they can make more money, derive more income from
the buying and selling of their company stocks than the company or business
itself.
Thus Twitter which has consistently made millions
in losses definitely is making ‘fabulous’ money from its shares than business
and the security commission sees nothing wrong when it should prevent its

Karma in medicine:
If somebody comes in an emergency and you fail to
do the correct things to save him or he has cancer and you fail to diagnose it,
that is not karma, it is his karma that he ends up in an acute precarious
situation or contracted cancer.
So what is karma in medicine?
Many doctors are aggressive and deluded in their
treatment, they want to impress their patients and they will recommend strong,
harmful, expensive measures that not only do not work but harm their patients,
cause pain and add to their suffering and this is karma to be repaid as future

TO PRESCRIBE STRONG TREATMENTS THAT NOT ONLY DO NOT WORK BUT ADD TO THE
PATIENT’S SUFFERING HE IS ASKING FOR SUFFERING IN REPAYMENT NO MATTER HOW RICH

People see nothing wrong with such statements but
it is a self-acknowledgment of deception, distrust and thus has karma attached.
It is a boast and an admission the US is engaged in a charade, cat and mouse
with Iran. It is about shrewdness or cunning which is the way to the animal
world not heaven.
Without knowing the conditions in hell you are
wrong and bad to say it is worse than hell with debt due, suffice to say
conditions are extremely severe, no man who truly understands will say this
unless he knows conditions in hell.
Extremism versus moderation:
This is a headline for an article and the deluded
consensus is that moderation is good and extremism is bad when it is totally
deluded, barking up the wrong tree.
It is not that you should be extremist or moderate
but you should see the truth and good in everything and abide by truth and
goodness and that has nothing extreme or moderate about it.
EXTREMISM VS MODERATION IS THE PREOCCUPATION OF
PEOPLE WHO DO NOT TRULY UNDERSTAND, IT IS BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE, IN EVERY
MATTER IT CAN BE DETERMINED WHAT IS CORRECT, TRUE AND GOOD AND YOU SHOULD ABIDE
BY IT AND THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EXTREMISM OR MODERATION WHICH IS BLIND
AND ABOUT CONNIVANCE AND COMPROMISE.
Idealism & practicality are creeds of
the deluded:
Anyone who subscribes to idealism or practicality,
extremism or moderation is not a person of true understanding but a robot
without true understanding.
It is not you should be idealistic or practical but
you should do what is right not wrong, what is useful not useless, what does
not harm yourself not what harms yourself.
IDEALISM AND PRACTICALITY, EXTREMISM AND MODERATION

It is an exercise in false logic that may one day
even kill you to conclude it is a man’s world just because men are dominant
over women in this world.
False logic is conditioning and each time you jump
to false conclusions, you are training yourself in false reasoning and the fact
that you see nothing wrong, accept it as valid, it is a man’s world reflects
entrenched false logic and perception.

Only a deluded fool will utter this and he is asking
for karma never merit.
He should care for what he does rather than what
others (women) do. To want others to die is ill will and a person with ill will
is heading for woe.

A person of integrity does not take lightly or
disregard certain wrongs but take seriously other wrongs that make the person a

Whatever the matter, it is not a matter of taking
it lightly or seriously but what is the truth and goodness/harmfulness. The

By serious is meant angered, upset,

conformist but what you say or do is true and meaningful, does not lead to
suffering for yourself and others and the fact that you are concerned whether
you are a maverick or not reflects delusion, concern about something false.
TO CONFORM OR REBEL, YOU MUST HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT
IT IS THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CONFORM TO OR REBEL AGAINST AND THAT MAKES YOU A
ROBOT, ACTING ACCORDING TO A PLAN TO CONFORM OR REBEL AGAINST DICTATES.
Only robots can be mavericks or
conformists:
In order to be a maverick or conformist you must be
a robot and what does it matter whether you are a maverick or conformist
because either way you are a rehashing robot not a genuine specific to the
occasion person, doomed to insanity?
IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHETHER A PERSON IS A ROBOT
PROGRAMMED BY HIMSELF TO BE A MAVERICK OR CONFORMIST, WHAT MATTERS IS THAT HE
IS A ROBOT WHO SUFFERS AND IS HEADED FOR INSANITY.
What defines a conventionalist?
It is only if a particular widespread behaviour (eg
smoking or drinking or married life) is false and harmful and you similarly
partake that you are a conventionalist.
If a particular behaviour or practice is true and
meaningful and many practice it and you too practice it, it is not because you
are a conventionalist that you practice it but it is true and correct that you
practiced it.
ONLY BEHAVIOUR, IDEAS THAT ARE WIDESPREAD AND
OBJECTIVELY FALSE THAT YOU ALSO SUBSCRIBE TO DENOTE YOU AS A CONVENTIONALIST,
IF WHAT YOU AND EVERYONE PRACTICE IS TRUE AND CORRECT, IT IS NOT BECAUSE IT
CONVENTIONAL BUT IT IS CORRECT AND GOOD.
The Buddha said he has fully and thoroughly
understood everything, there is nothing he has not understood and so anyone who
talks about things beyond comprehension is either deluded or he speaks without
knowing what he says is true that must stir resistance that leads to stress and
detains in stress.
It is the stirred emotion in the person, stirred
force that is blind and blinding that makes things beyond comprehension, with
the banishment of force active in the mind, he sees clearly and there is
nothing that defies understanding, is beyond understanding.
The X factor:
There is a (popular) show by this name and rather
than harmless or meaningful it is courting insanity.
There is the race or sex or geographical or age
factor but X is never a factor and it is deliberately named such because of
false perception that X is a special alphabet and there is something abstract
or indefinable called the X factor.
AND SO YOU AND EVERYONE HERE MAY THINK NOTHING
WRONG, IT IS JUST A NAME FOR A SHOW BUT IT HAS DEADLY IMPLICATIONS IN TERMS OF
SUFFERING AND INSANITY FOR THOSE WHO COIN IT AND ACCEPT IT AS VALID.
IF THE ‘X’ FACTOR IS SOMETHING TRUE IT CAN BE
DEFINED AS SUCH AND SUCH NOT ‘X’ AND SO IT IS WILFUL EMBRACE OF FALSITY IN THE
