How to (truly) understand Anwar’s sodomy

can know Saiful’s allegation is true because apart from his word there is no
objective evidence like video or audio recordings even collaborative
eyewitnesses.
And so the attorney general and his masters must be
overzealous, unseemly anxious to prosecute Anwar to prosecute him based on
their trust on Saiful’s confessions and the only way they can know it is true
is if they obtained semen sample from Saiful’s anus (three days old and stale)
and got a forensic report later that confirmed it is Anwar.
THE ONLY WAY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND HIS MASTERS
CAN KNOW ANWAR SODOMIZED SAIFUL IS BELATEDLY AFTER OBTAINING ANWAR’S DNA FROM

Saiful’s testimony has little or no
credibility:
There are things that are credible and things that
are incredible and Saiful’s account is littered with many incredible elements
and so the likelihood he is lying for material gains is high and it is unlikely
DNA forensic evidence would bear him out.
Incredible IGP never set a trap for
Anwar:
It was noted the IGP had contact with Saiful before
the last act and seeing how desperate they are to nail Anwar it is remarkable
if not impossible the IGP in his professional capacity failed to set a trap for
Anwar by wiring up Saiful before his last liaison with Anwar.
IT IS REMARKABLE IF NOT INCREDIBLE THE IGP WHO WAS
IN CONTACT WITH SAIFUL BEFORE HIS LAST ACT FAILED TO WIRE UP SAIFUL TO TRAP

SAC Rodwan met Saiful three days earlier

At 2.30pm on Wednesday, 25 June 2008, Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) II Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof met Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this secret meeting, Rodwan and Saiful spoke on the phone at least eight (8) times.
Three days later, at 2.00pm on 28 June 2008, Saiful went to see Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid of the Hospital Pusrawi to ‘complain’ that he had been sodomised by ‘a very important person’ and that he wished to lodge a police report. The doctor, however, found no traces or evidence that he had been sodomised and suggested, for purposes of the police report, that Saiful go to a government hospital.
Who is Rodwan, other than the fact that he works for the IGP and is known as the police chief’s bagman and go-between with the organised crime syndicate that controls all the drugs, prostitution, loan-sharking and gambling rackets? Officials were plotting against Anwar:
If all these allegations are true, those in power
already knew well in advance Anwar’s homosexual acts with Saiful and they were
plotting to nail Anwar and it was SAC Rodwan who told Saiful to see an ordinary
doctor when he should order Saiful to present to the top forensic expert in the
country and invite an Australian specialist as witness if Saiful was indeed
carrying Anwar’s sperm.
WHAT YOU CAN TELL IS THAT THEY WERE PLANNING HOW TO
BEST CATCH ANWAR BEFORE THE LAST ACT AND YET THEY FAILED TO WIRE SAIFUL?
THIS IS NO BONA FIDE PROSECUTION FOR SODOMY BUT
THERE WAS PLANNING WITH POLICE INVOLVEMENT BEFOREHAND.
There was certainly a high level plot
against Anwar:
Whether Anwar is homosexual or not, whether he
sodomized Saiful or not, the evidence is quite clear if not certain they was a
plot well beforehand to nail Anwar on sodomy yet ‘inexplicably’ they failed to
nail Anwar by wiring up Saiful and they even told Saiful three days later to
see a run of the mill doctor when if Saiful was indeed carrying Anwar’s sperm
Saiful should immediately be examined by the best forensic expert in the
country and overseas experts invited to referee.
Professionals were trying to trap Anwar
and yet they did not trap Anwar?
Well in advance top experts even up to IGP level
were planning and very desirous to trap Anwar and yet inexplicably they failed
to think of wiring Saiful somehow or if they were sure Saiful was pregnant with
Anwar’s sperm, they indifferently directed him to see an ordinary doctor.
THIS IS NOT A CASE OF COMPLAINANT AFTER THE ACT AND
POLICE INVESTIGATING BUT POLICE WERE IN THE KNOW IN ADVANCE AND SO THEY WANTED
TO TRAP ANWAR.
YET WHEN THEY KNEW SAIFUL WAS PREGNANT WITH ANWAR’S
SPERM THEY NONCHALANTLY TOLD SAIFUL TO SEE ANY OFF THE STREET DOCTOR AND THEY
FORGOT TO WIRE SAIFUL BEFORE HIS LAST LIAISON? CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?
Pathetic that in the end prosecution hung
on Anwar’s sperm:
This is not a bona fide after the event complaint
by Saiful against wrongdoing by Anwar but even before the act, Police were
alerted and if Anwar was sodomizing Saiful they were planning to nail him and
yet in the end the case rested on DNA evidence that could be planted and
doctored when they should have amassed substantial evidence through wiring as
to convince the public of Anwar’s homosexual nature.
THIS IS NOT A CASE OF BONA FIDE COMPLAINT BY
PLANTIFF AFTER THE EVENT BUT THE POLICE WERE TIPPED OFF, AWARE AND INVOLVED IN
THE PROSECUTION OF ANWAR BEFORE THE LAST ACT AND YET, AS INTERESTED AS THEY
WERE IN CONVICTING ANWAR THEY NEVER THOUGHT OF COLLECTING WIRING EVIDENCE OF THE

Did the police and Najib admit to meeting
Saiful?
Najib admitted he saw Saiful (there was a photo of
Saiful with a minister), but said it was regarding a scholarship (for the
university dropout), the police never acknowledged contact with Saiful and so
if it is true they are hiding something.
POLICE AND NAJIB SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE ABOUT
CONNECTIONS WITH SAIFUL IF THEY WERE LEGITIMATE, ABOVE BOARD AND SO IF THEY
HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE IT MEANS SOMETHING UNWHOLESOME IS INVOLVED AND THE
PROSECUTION OF ANWAR IS NOT BONA FIDE OR AUTHENTIC BUT VESTED.
Why wasn’t Anwar allowed to call certain
witnesses?
Anwar wanted to call certain witnesses including
the PM but it was denied and this is a serious denial of defence for a man who
could be jailed.
Whatever the PM has to say will have bearing on the
case and it is a miscarriage of justice to deny Anwar the right to call
witnesses.
An innocent man does not fear or decline attending
court:
If you did not meet Saiful or nothing conspiratorial
occurred you should not have any anxiety or aversion to attend court but
instead you might even use the occasion to vociferously assert your innocence.
IF A PERSON WAS INNOCENT HE HAS NOTHING TO WORRY
ABOUT, NOTHING TO COVER UP THAT MAY BE EXPOSED AND SO HE SHOULD BE QUITE HAPPY
TO ATTEND COURT AND MAY EVEN USE IT TO VOCIFEROUSLY ASSERT HIS INNOCENCE.
An innocent man does not decline an
opportunity to clear his name:
It is in the nature of this world that an innocent
man accused of wrongdoing will not decline an opportunity to clear his name but
a guilty man will decline an opportunity that may expose or implicate him.
IF YOU ARE TRULY INNOCENT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR
ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT BEHIND YOU AND YOU WOULD GLADLY APPEAR
IN COURT TO CLEAR YOUR NAME BECAUSE YOU ARE INDEED RIGHTEOUS. IT IS ONLY A MAN
WITH SOMETHING TO HIDE WHO WOULD FIND EXCUSES NOT TO APPEAR.
The system is behind you, you are
innocent and you decline to clear your name?
Seldom if ever are people in this world blameless
and on the rare occasion you are truly blameless and your name has been
besmirched and with the system behind you, would you not be outraged and rush
to court to clear your esteemed name?
In general yes, in specific no:
In general there may be reasons why an innocent man
might decline to go to court to clear his name eg trouble involved, he is too
shy, the system may be loaded against him but specifically, in this case when the system is behind you, you
are in control of the judiciary and the public is in awe at your office, your
‘good’ name has been besmirched, it would be unthinkable if you decline to
attend court to remonstrate to be seen by all and sundry you are innocent of
the dastardly accusations.
On the other hand, if you have something you must
hide then you would much prefer not to attend.
IT IS THE SPECIFICS OF THE CASE, THE NATURE OF
ANWAR’S CASE THAT INDICATE TO THE DISCERNING OBSERVOR WHAT THE TRUTH MIGHT BE
IF CERTAIN WITNESSES DECLINE TO ATTEND AND HE KNOWS THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CASE
WHERE OTHERS ARE STILL IN DOUBT AND UNCERTAINTY.
All not some indications point to
conspiracy:
There are many indications and they all point
towards conspiracy rather than Anwar’s guilt and to a person with true
understanding it is virtually certain what the truth is behind the case. The
case has no credibility except to those with no understanding and people in
this world have no understanding which is why they are in two minds what
actually is the case.
IT IS NOT THAT THE FACTS ARE NOT THERE AND THERE IS
INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE FOR ONE TO COME TO A CONCLUSION ONE WAY OR THE OTHER BUT
THE EVIDENCE IS THERE BUT PEOPLE DON’T UNDERSTAND. IS THE PM THE SHY TYPE WHO WILL
DECLINE TO ATTEND COURT? IF HE WISHED TO ATTEND COURT EVERYTHING WOULD BE DONE
TO FACILITATE HIM AND HE CAN USE TO OCCASION TO BERATE ANWAR OR HE WOULD HOLD A
PRESS CONFERENCE TO SCOLD AND WARN ANWAR AGAINST DRAGGING HIM INTO SOMETHING HE
NEVER DID.
You must remember all the lies you told:
If what you say or do is the truth, there is no
need to remember it as what is true will always be true but if what you told
are lies, facile or otherwise you must try to remember them for later reference
otherwise you may be found out with dire consequences.

Making sense of the reactivation of
Anwar’s sodomy charge:
Anwar was acquitted before the last general
election so why are they interested in putting him back behind bars now?
The sodomy charge surfaced originally when the
ruling coalition was under serious threat of being toppled by MPs crossing over
and arresting Anwar on a damaging sodomy charge whether genuine or fabricated
effectively scuttled the crossover threat.
In the run up of the last election, perhaps the
ruling elite miscalculated on their popularity and ability to manipulate the
electoral process and they thought convicting Anwar would negatively influence
public opinion so they gambled to acquit Anwar but the election turned out to
be a rout, it may even have been lost and surely they are aware of the
electoral debacle averted by hook or crook.
IF ANWAR HAD BEEN A HOMOSEXUAL AND THE RULING ELITE
KNOW IT, IT IS UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE THEY WOULD BE SO GENEROUS AS TO
ACQUIT HIM BUT THEY WOULD BE RIGHT TO PUT HIM BEHIND BARS AND NOBODY CAN
COMPLAIN BUT IT IS BECAUSE THE THING WAS FABRICATED THAT THEY RELENTED TO LET
ANWAR GO BECAUSE THEY FEARED NEGATIVE FALL OUT AND THOUGHT THEY CAN KEEP THE
ELECTORATE BEGUILED WITH THEIR CHARADE AND WIN COMFORTABLY EVEN WITH ANWAR
ACTIVE.
In the aftermath of the disastrous results of the
last elections and Anwar’s moves to become mentri besar of Selangor, they
became alarmed and now want to reverse course and put Anwar in jail.
ALARM AT THE INROADS ANWAR AND THE OPPOSITION HAS
MADE MAY BE REASON WHY THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR MINDS AND WANT ANWAR CONVICTED.
THEY ACQUITTED ANWAR BEFORE TO PREVENT NEGATIVE
PUBLIC OPINION AND THEY MISCALCULATED THEIR POPULARITY.
Everything is self-serving:
Everything said or done by people who are self
serving is self serving and this is never based on reason, truth or
understanding but it is programmed, the person is a slave of self serving to
maximize gains and minimize losses, whatever it takes, even murder.
And so the reason to acquit Anwar before the last
election was self-serving and miscalculation and without demonstrating any
significant errors, they have summarily activated an appeal and sentenced Anwar
in correction because it now serves them to have Anwar in jail whereas it served
them (or at least they thought) to let Anwar go before the election.
SELF SERVING IS NEVER A CORRECT BASIS FOR ACTION
BUT IT IS A WRONG AND DANGEROUS BASIS FOR ACTION AND IT IS NEVER BASED ON
REASON BUT ON GREED, STIRRED MENTAL FORCE AND IT IS A PROGRAMMING AND THE SELF
SERVING PERSON IS A DEDICATED ROBOT HEADING FOR MADNESS AND DOOM.
Anwar’s sodomy case: incredible,
convenient and shoddy:
Jesus said a bad tree cannot bear good fruit and so
if you think any good can come out bad people, Anwar is rightfully prosecuted
for sodomy you may have correct understanding or you are deluded, heading for
doom.
If Badawi had won handsomely and there was no
threat of toppling from crossovers, if BN had defeated Anwar handsomely in the
last election instead of averting disaster (somehow), do you think the ruling
elite would be interested in the sexual predilections of dirty Anwar and
reverse course to want to jail him?
HOW CONVENIENT AND YET TRUE OR IS IT TOO
CONVENIENT, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE (AND THEREFORE FALSE)? AND SO THE PROSECUTION
(OR PERSECUTION) OF ANWAR HAVE MAJOR SELF SERVING MOTIVES DESPITE THE NOBLE
MOTIVE OF AVENGING AGGRIEVED SAIFUL AT THE HANDS OF THE DASTARDLY LEADER OF THE
OPPOSITION.
The entire case rests on the uncorroborated
allegation of the plaintiff without evidence (eg tape recordings) apart from
DNA from Saiful’s rectum. Is this reason enough to send a man to jail and rid
one of a nemesis?
The reason Saiful reported late for street side
medical examination may be because they were hard pressed to charge and arrest
Anwar and retrospectively they felt the occasion three days earlier was the
best they could get and they cannot wait longer as they must act quickly.
Any GP will do just as a formality because nothing
happened that warranted the attention of a top forensic expert who may balk at
being roped in. It would indeed look foolish to orchestrate the examination of
Saiful’s anus by a top expert with independent witness when there was nothing
but shit in Saiful’s anus. If Saiful was indeed pregnant with Anwar’s sperm
surely this priceless load would be subject to immediate top expert attention
and they would invite foreign experts to witness.
And the rest was a shamble, the HBKL doctor did not
keep records, did not produce his records in court because there was no
examination in the first place. MMC should censure him for irresponsibility.
Police kept the anal swabs in a cupboard not fridge for three days.
IN SHORT THE MEDICAL HANDLING OF SAIFUL AND HIS
PRICELESS LOAD OF ANWAR SPERM WAS COMICAL IF NOT ABJECT.
AND NAJIB DECLINED TO ATTEND COURT WHEN HE SHOULD
RUSH TO COURT TO REGISTER HIS INDIGNATION AT BEING IMPLICATED WHEN HE DID
NOTHING WRONG.
HERE WAS A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR POLICE TO CATCH
ANWAR RED HANDED BY WIRETAPPING HIM IN THE ACT AND THEY FAILED TO DO ANYTHING.

UNCORROBORATED ALLEGATION OF SOMEONE THEY DID NOT KNOW TO PROCEED TO MEDICAL
EXAMINATION AND DNA EXTRACTION. FURTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AT GENERAL
HOSPITAL MUST HAVE GREAT FAITH TO TAKE SAIFUL SERIOUSLY ON PRESENTATION AND
POLICE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OBTAINED ANAL SWABS THEN THEY LEFT IN A DRAWER FOR
DAYS.
THUS THE STORY MAKES NO SENSE. SAIFUL MUST HAVE
BEEN COACHED BY POLICE TO SEE A DOCTOR TO GET A REPORT. IF THEY HAD GREAT
CONFIDENCE IN THE UNCORROBORATED ALLEGATION OF SOMEONE THEY DID NOT KNOW,
SURELY THEY WOULD NOT INSTRUCT HIM TO SEE AN ORDINARY DOCTOR BUT TO SEE AN
EXPERT FOR A THOROUGH IMPECCABLE EXAMINATION.
THUS THE REASON WHY SAIFUL SAW A PUSRAWI DOCTOR WAS
BECAUSE IT WAS FRAUDULENT, HE WAS TOLD BY POLICE TO GET ANY MEDICAL REPORT AS A
FORMALITY OR RECORD BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING VITAL TO BE OBTAINED FROM MEDICAL
EXAMINATION.
POLICE MUST HAVE INSTRUCTED SAIFUL TO SEE A DOCTOR
AND SO IF THIS CASE WAS GENUINE POLICE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO LACKADAISICAL BUT
KNOWING THERE WAS ANWAR SPERM IN SAIFUL’S RECTUM THEY WOULD HAVE ARRANGED
URGENT EXPERT MEDICAL EXAMINATION.
BECAUSE THE CASE WAS BASED SOLELY ON SAIFUL’S
ALLEGATION AND SUPPORTED ONLY BY (IRREFUTABLE BUT PLANTABLE OR TAMPERABLE) DNA
EVIDENCE, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL EVEN BEFORE
COMING TO COURT AND BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A GENUINE COURT TO KNOW WHAT
TRULY HAPPENED, THE RIGHT DECISION HAS TO BE ACQUITTAL.
IF SAIFUL HAD BEEN PLANTED INTO PKR AS A HONEY TRAP
FOR A HOMOSEXUAL ANWAR THEN SAIFUL IS NOT A VICTIM BUT AN ACCOMPLICE TO A
SEXUAL OFFENCE, A WILLING PARTICIPANT AND SHOULD BE SIMILARLY SUBJECT TO
PROSECUTION.

their minds or wanted to frame Anwar to launch a commando raid to arrest Anwar,
strip him naked and mistreat him in order to get a specimen from him.
YOUR CONDUCT BETRAYS YOUR INTENT AND THE TRUTH.
BEFORE AUTHORITIES OBTAINED AND MATCHED A SAMPLE FROM ANWAR TO CONFIRM THE
SPERM IN SAIFUL’S RECTUM BELONGED TO ANWAR, HOW COULD THEY BE SO SURE THEY HAVE
ANWAR’S SPERM?
EVEN IF ANWAR WAS A SODOMIST THERE IS NO REASON TO

If Anwar is guilty no need to mistreat
him, just convict him:
You must be blind if you cannot see Anwar has been
subject to gross abuse and mistreatment in the process of convicting him.
If Anwar is guilty and you know for sure, there is
no need to abuse him, just convict and jail him and your conscience is clear,
you are not to blame for jailing him.
Hence it indicates official animosity towards him
that would surely colour his treatment and this cannot be a simple case of
correct judiciary redress for Anwar’s wrongdoing.
IF ANWAR IS TRULY GUILTY IT IS OVERKILL SUBJECTING
HIM TO SUCH ABUSIVE DISCRIMINATION, IF HE WAS NOT GUILTY IT IS NOT A SURPRISE

To a person who is discerning, who truly
understands things he sees, a genuine ‘fair’ or true prosecution of Anwar for
alleged sodomy never looks anywhere close to what has happened, it is
impossible what has transpired is a bona fide prosecution, it is even very
likely if not certainly trumped up as Anwar alleges and Anwar has shown
uncommon dignity in response.
ANWAR’S DIGNITY IN THE FACE OF RELENTLESS ABUSE IS
COMMENDABLE, ADMIRABLE AND HE IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE MAN.
The purpose of subjecting Anwar to abuse
is to destroy politically:
Abusing Anwar is not without purpose and a key

The clearly abusive treatment of Anwar is
inevitable because they hate his guts, he is politically a dangerous enemy and
they can barely restrain their urge to abuse and kill him if they can get away
with it but the drawback is that it exposes and betrays their ill will to those

Expect Anwar to be jailed because this is
a show trial with purpose:
Just as in the first sodomy case, the current one
is a show trial directed by the executive with executive determined results and
unless they are mad, the purpose for this appeal is to convict Anwar and put

The original purpose of this Saiful allegation of
sodomy was to pre-empt the threatened backbencher crossover that would topple

Dirty rollers may cause printer
malfunction:
My cheap HP printer which was working perfectly
suddenly balked at taking up paper and it caused me a lot of trouble trying to
find out. There were four rubber rollers that are involved in taking up paper
but they looked clean and in good condition.
These rollers are partially hidden and I tried
cleaning them with alcohol, starting and restarting the printer a few times so
that the hidden parts of the rollers would randomly rotate to expose themselves
for cleaning.
I did not expect it to cure the problem but it
turned out to be the cause.
