'Uneasy' market calm masks debt timebomb, BIS warns
Bank for
International Settlements (BIS) warns of emerging market vulnerabilities as
investors remain hooked on "every word and deed" of central banks
The "uneasy calm" in financial markets could rapidly
reverse as the US Federal Reserve's first tightening cycle in a decade
exposes fragilities in the new world order, according to the Bank for
International Settlements (BIS).
BIS
data show the stock of dollar denominated debt rose to $9.8 trillion (£6.5
trillion) in the second quarter of 2015, with dollar credit to borrowers in
emerging markets doubling since 2009 to more than $3 trillion.
According to the watchdog, total non-financial corporate debt in
emerging markets, including dollar borrowing, currently stands at $23.5
trillion.
"Weaker financial market conditions combined with an increased
sensitivity to US rates may heighten the risk of negative spillovers to
emerging market economies when US policy is normalised," the BIS warned
in its quarterly report.
"Any further appreciation of the
dollar would additionally test the debt servicing capacity of EME corporates,
many of which have borrowed heavily in US dollars in recent years."

The BIS said debt and debt servicing ratios
in the so-called BRICS of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa had
climbed to levels that traditionally signalled financial crises, despite the
low interest rate environment.
"Any further appreciation of the dollar would additionally test
the debt servicing capacity of EME corporates, many of which have borrowed
heavily in US dollars in recent years," the BIS said.
Analysis published by the BIS suggested total non-bank dollar
denominated debt in emerging markets could be around $600bn higher than its
official estimate of $3.8 trillion because BIS data do not take into account
forward sales of dollars.
The authors also highlighted key differences in dollar borrowing in
emerging markets, suggesting some countries were more exposed to a rising
dollar than others.
For example, policymakers in Korea enacted laws in 2010 that
encouraged dollar bonds over dollar bank loans, which have a longer maturity
than interbank deposits. This reduced the risk of "sudden massive
outflows" seen in previous years.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) warned in October of a looming corporate credit crunch in emerging markets.
A quadrupling in total corporate debt to $18 trillion in the decade
to 2014 had been accompanied by weaker balance sheets, making companies more
vulnerable to US rate rises.
If

BUDDHA TAUGHT THE REMAINDERLESS CESSATION OF ALL DESIRES, ALL FABRICATING, ALL

Conditions for loyalty:
If
the person you are loyal to is worthy, true and good, the matter is true and

who are enlightened, wise, discerning, who see things truly as they actually
are, behave according to the truth of what they see and they are neither loyal
nor disloyal to others, they only behave according to what is right and that is

Those
who cannot see things as they actually are, are dependent on others to guide
them can only be truly loyal to those who are worthy, true and good, if those
they are loyal to are not worthy, the loyalty is never true but by blind
unquestioning slavery and they are endangering themselves and must exist as
obedient robots.
Politics,
money are not matters of truth and good and so there can be no true political
or monetary loyalty.
Only robots are loyal and only the wicked demand loyalty:
Loyalty
is exalted, prized in this world, the timid and the fierce or fiery all speak
of loyalty as if it is something good when it is the opposite.
If
you are wicked you have no business demanding loyalty, demanding obedience from

He has powers to punish you, you are heading for punishment far more severe and

who understand cannot be truly loyal or obedient because they see the truth and

and worse suffering later. It is those who are robots, who do not understand
anything, who are already following instructions or programs telling them what

Truth is not a religion:

it is the truth not religious and applies to everyone whether he believes in

Buddha said there have already been countless eons of cosmic expansions and
contractions, a being who has never been your relative is hard to find, you have
shed your own blood and tears greater than the four great oceans and if this is
the case, it is the truth and applies to everyone.
THERE
IS THE TRUTH AND IT IS SUCH AND SUCH AND APPLIES TO EVERYONE AND THERE IS
NOTHING RELIGIOUS OR NOT RELIGIOUS ABOUT THE TRUTH THAT YOU IGNORE TO YOUR OWN
SORROW BECAUSE WHOEVER IS GUILTY OF WRONG IS BONDED TO SUFFERING IN REPAYMENT.
EVERY HAIR ON YOUR HEAD IS NUMBERED AND NO ONE CAN ESCAPE ACCOUNTABILITY AND SO
IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND YOU WISH HAPPINESS AND FREEDOM FROM DEATH
AND SUFFERING YOU MUST FIND OUT WHAT IS TRUE AND WHAT IS FALSE, WHAT HAS BLAME
THAT LEADS TO SUFFERING IN REPAYMENT AND WHAT IS BLAMELESS.
IF
YOU THINK TRUTH IS A RELIGION AND RELIGION IS THE TRUTH THEN YOU HAVE MUDDLED
THINKING, JESUS TAUGHT THE GOSPEL WHICH IS A STATEMENT OF THE TRUTH NOT A
RELIGION WHICH IS A FABRICATION WITH MANY RITUALS AND RULES.
THE
TRUTH IS WHATEVER IS, IT IS NOT A RELIGION, SOMETHING YOU ADOPT AND LEARN AND
PRACTICE ACCORDING TO A FORMAT.
Truly resistant to suffering:
Suffering ranging from
minor bodily ailments to the deadly is never far away from everyone trapped
here and the natural tendency is to resist or escape, find some physical
antidote which is actually additional suffering and conditions one to resist
that traps him in further suffering after death. The only true escape from
suffering is to attain the higher states of the mind and the fourth highest
state, neither pain nor pleasure is the highest escape from all suffering.
Nowadays
with my mind residing in the higher states, I am effortlessly truly resistant
to many bodily sufferings that used to distress me.
Heat
and cold, bites of insects, unpleasant sounds made by loud chatter or roars of
cars, aches and pains of the body are less troublesome and ignored.
ORDINARY
PEOPLE ARE IRRITABLE, THEY ARE UPSET DISTURBED BY THE MANY THINGS THAT ASSAULT
THEM THROUGH THEIR SENSES, HUMIDITY, BAD SMELLS, SQUEAKS AND GROANS, ACHES AND
PAINS AND THEIR NATURAL TENDENCY IS TO RESIST, FIGHT BACK OR RUN AWAY EG SWITCH
ON FAN OR AIR CONDITION TO COUNTER HEAT AND HUMIDITY.
NOWADAYS
WITH MY MIND RESIDING IN THE HIGHER STATES, THINGS THAT USED TO BOTHER ME AND
NOW IGNORED, DO NOT BOTHER ME AND THAT IS A DELIGHTFUL ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING
BETTER THAN TURNING ON THE AIR CONDITIONER.
Below
the Buddha affirms what I say, if your mind is elevated it is effortlessly
resisting to suffering.
"If
a monk would wish, 'May I be resistant to cold, heat, hunger, & thirst; to
the touch of gadflies & mosquitoes, wind & sun & creeping things;
to abusive, hurtful language; to bodily feelings that, when they arise, are
painful, sharp, stabbing, fierce, distasteful, deadly,' then he should be one
who brings the precepts to perfection, who is committed to mental calm, who
does not neglect jhana, who is endowed with insight, and who frequents empty
dwellings.
The Buddha says presumption is a defilement of your mind:
It
was the Buddha who said presumption is a defilement of the mind and you can
only presume if you have recorded understandings that you rehash to fit a
current situation.
Ordinary
people are well programmed by themselves and society to presume and that is
suffering and dangerous because what is presumed is not true, may be wrong.
Nowadays
my mind tending to ease, I do not bother to presume but seeing more clearly
than in the past I immediately sense correct what the situation is as to not
need to presume.
Immense benefit of developing the eye for the truth:
The
Buddha had said there is immense benefit of developing the eye for the truth
and many simply cannot see the truth, what they see is not the truth but
falsity they perceive as truth much to the delight of the Devil, the king of
death.
THE
VAST MAJORITY CANNOT SEE THE TRUTH EVEN WHEN IT IS POINTED OUT TO THEM MANY
TIMES AND THEY ARE DOOMED (NOT BLAMELESSLY BUT WITH BLAME) FOR EVEN ETERNITIES
OF SUFFERING AND DEATH, THOSE WHO HAVE DEVELOPED THE EYE FOR THE TRUTH HAVE
SUFFERING THAT REMAINS THAT IS LIKE A FEW DROPS TO THE OCEAN OF SUFFERING FOR
THOSE WITH NO EYE FOR THE TRUTH.
THE
BUDDHA SAID THE TRUTH IS NOT EASILY SEEN AND ORDINARY DO NOT SEE THE TRUTH AND
IF THEY SEE THE TRUTH IT WOULD SAVE THEM AN OCEAN OF FUTURE TROUBLE AND DEATH.
AGAIN THE BUDDHA SAID ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE LIKE THE SPOON, DAILY THE SPOON IS IN
CONTACT WITH THE SOUP (TRUTH) BUT IT NEVER TASTES THE SOUP OR TRUTH.
The Buddha spells out the escape from suffering even here:
Why
do rich pop stars destroy themselves with drugs, drink and debauchery (sex
orgies)? It is because they are crazed by suffering, tormented by suffering
that afflicts everyone here.
And
what is the Buddha’s prescription to cure suffering?
1) Observing the precepts
namely right view, right effort, right speech, right action, right livelihood,
right concentration, right attention, right effort.
2) He is committed
irrevocably to calm his mind and body not excite his mind and body,
3) He does not neglect
meditation to elevate his mind to the first (no style no aroused self
resistance), second (no thinking), third (neither like nor dislike) and fourth
(neither pain nor pleasure) mental states.
4) He has discernment, the
ability to see things truly as they actually are.
5) He is committed to
seclusion, avoidance of unnecessary contact with ordinary people.
The

and goodness are not values but they are truth and goodness and they are
objective, cannot be disputed and applies to everyone.

a person can see the truth, what is good and bad, he does not need any values
and it is only those who cannot see the truth who need values as programming to
tell them how to abide by those values.

ARE SETS OF PROGRAMS THAT VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON, CULTURE TO CULTURE THAT
DICTATE TO THE PERSON WHAT IS GOOD AND BAD, WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG AND THEY
ARE ALWAYS FALSE, HARMFUL AND DICTATE TO THOSE WHO SUBSCRIBE TO THOSE VALUES,
DETERMINE THEIR ACTIONS.
A
MIND WITH VALUES IS NOT A FREE BUT BURDENED MIND THAT IS ALWAYS REFERRING TO
THOSE VALUES TO DETERMINE OR GUIDE THEIR ACTIONS AND ONLY ROBOTS HAVE VALUES.
THOSE
WHO ARE NOT ROBOTS, WHO CAN SEE THE TRUTH, SEE EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AS THEY

is a world with many dangers, hazards and problems that all have causes that
can be known and avoided by those who understand. Even death and suffering both
mental and bodily all have causes that can be known and escaped and it is
because of wrong attention and wrong understanding that ordinary people suffer
with increasing intensity as they age and they are doomed to die not just once
but eternally after they leave and it would be another eternity at least before
they get the chance to be a human again.
As
taught by the Buddha, there is right and wrong attention; there are things that
are important to pay attention to and things that should be ignored in order to
escape danger, death and suffering not just here and now but even for
eternities.
There
is right and wrong understanding, if you see correctly things and what is
happening and therefore understand correctly what they mean, what others are up
to, you can escape their chicanery, escape suffering, danger and death.
THIS
IS NEVER A FRIENDLY SAFE, DANGER FREE WORLD BUT IT IS A DEADLY WORLD FULL OF
AVENUES FOR SUFFERING, MANY DANGERS FROM FELLOW HUMANS, ANIMALS AND EVEN NATURE
(LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE AND KILL YOU, THE SUN’S UV LIGHT CAN CAUSE SKIN CANCER)
AND EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS HAS A NATURE THAT CAN BE CORRECTLY UNDERSTOOD.
EVEN
DEATH IS NOT NATURAL, NOT INEVITABLE, CAN BE ESCAPED, DOES NOT OCCUR JUST ONCE
AT THE END OF LIFE BUT STRETCHES EVEN ENDLESSLY THEREAFTER.
AND
SO THE WISE PERSON WHO WISHES NOT TO DIE AND SUFFER MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE
RIGHT THINGS THAT HAVE IMPORTANT BEARING OR DETERMINATION AS TO SUFFERING OR
NOT SUFFERING, LIFE OR DEATH. HE MUST DEVELOP DISCERNMENT, THE ABILITY TO SEE
THINGS CORRECTLY AS THEY ACTUALLY ARE AND SO AVOID THINGS THAT CAUSE DANGER,
SUFFERING AND DEATH AND THUS THEY AVOID DANGER, SUFFERING AND DEATH EVEN
ETERNALLY.
RIGHT
ATTENTION AND DISCERNMENT (RIGHT VIEW) ARE FACTORS IN THE BUDDHA’S EIGHTFOLD
NOBLE PATH AND SO THE BUDDHA IS NOT A FAKE OR LIAR, HE IS WISE AND SEES FAR
MORE THAN YOU.
Death is far worse than you expect:
Death
can be agonizing and prolonged or violent for many and it can come quickly for
some like a heart attack but do not assume it is painless or even fun to die.
The Buddha said those whose minds have developed well goodwill die unconfused,
he did not say they die happily. Even Jesus died painfully on the cross and the
Buddha had to summon his will to recover from the severe illness that afflicted
him at the end to make a proper departure and goodbye to his monks and this
world.
Knowledge
of death and birth (the passing away and arising of beings) is one of three
knowledges (knowledge of all past lives, knowledge of the way out of suffering
namely via the higher states of the mind) are the characteristics of those who
are enlightened and so men do not possess knowledge of the passing away of
themselves, they are blinded and severely underestimate the pain or ease of
dying.
DEATH
IS NEVER PLEASANT (THE BUDDHA NEVER SAID SO) BUT IT MAY BE FAR MORE UNPLEASANT
THAN YOU BUDGET FOR, DEATH IS THE CULMINATION OF THE SUFFERING THE BEING IS
ASSAILED BY, IT IS THE FINAL VICTORY OF THE FORCE OF DEATH EXTINGUISHING THE
PERSON’S LIFE.
DEATH
IS FALSE, NOT TRUE, IT IS NOT INEVITABLE AND IT HAS AN ESCAPE THAT IS HIDDEN
FROM ALL BEINGS EVEN THOSE IN HEAVEN AND IT WAS THE BUDDHA WHO IN HIS AWAKENING
DISCOVERED THE PATH OUT OF ENDLESS SUFFERING AND DEATH TO NIRVANA.
IF
YOU KNOW DEATH IS TERRIBLE AND SENSELESS THEN YOU WILL MAKE REDOUBLED EFFORT TO
ESCAPE, IF YOU THINK DEATH WILL BE OK, YOU CAN HANDLE IT THEN YOU WILL FALL
INTO THE DEVIL’S TRAP AND GET A RUDE SHOCK WHEN YOU DIE.
THE
BUDDHA NEVER SAID THE NOBLE ONES DIE EASILY OR HAPPILY BUT HE SAID THEY DIE
UNCONFUSED, THEY SUFFER EVEN EXTREMELY BUT THEY ARE NOT CONFUSED BY DEATH.
EXISTENCE
MAY BE A CRUEL TRAP LAID BY THE DEVIL, THE BUDDHA SAID THE DEVIL PURSUES
EVERYONE AND NIBBANA IS THE ONLY PLACE THE DEVIL CANNOT GO, CANNOT FIND YOU.
This is a wrong statement and understanding
of the matter, it is never a historic test but it is a serious stress or strain
on the European community.

YOU THINK THE CRISIS IS A HISTORIC TEST YOU UNDERSTAND WRONG, IT IS A SERIOUS,
CRUCIAL AND DANGEROUS STRESS OR STRAIN (NOT TEST) ON THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.

global economy is the loser (or winner) is the wrong consideration but what is
good or bad or whoever is the winner is bad for the world is the right
consideration.

Many
are concerned about their health and what is expressed above is an instance of
such concern. Rather than doing good, such concern is much mental and physical
work that is of a robotic programmed nature that is suffering and further
destroys the health the deluded person is anxious to preserve through his
actions.
The
Buddha said that what is an arising thing is a vanishing thing and those who
are born and destined to degrade and finally vanish and so it is foolish to
strive to preserve what is subject to vanish and the wise person would wash his
hands of what is false, impermanent and exit this world for nirvana, the
changeless, unchanging, the destination of no falling away.
If
you never abused yourself you will not need to do anything to preserve your
health, if you keep abusing yourself, allowing others to abuse you, you are a
fool to think you can nevertheless preserve your health by doing this or that.
Whatever healthcare is dwarfed by the damage of their self-abuse:
The
damage to their health caused by self abuse that is largely AVOIDABLE far
exceeds whatever healthcare people may undertake that is not only suffering but
they don’t work and so without addressing their self abuse it is foolish to
address your health care.
ORDINARY
PEOPLE CANNOT SEE HOW THEY ARE SEVERELY CONSTANTLY ABUSING THEIR MINDS AND
BODIES, ALLOWING OTHERS TO ABUSE THEIR MINDS AND BODIES AND THIS ABUSE IS
OPTIONAL, CAN BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED.
WHATEVER
THEIR HEALTHCARE METHODS (SPORTS, JOGGING, YOGA, HEALTH FOOD, ETC) CANNOT BE
SEEN TO WORK AND THEY ACTUALLY NOT ONLY DO NOT WORK, THEY CONTRIBUTE TO FUTURE
DAMAGE TO THEIR HEALTH AND IT IS CONTROLLED INSANITY DOING WHAT DOES NOT WORK.

Thinking uses and abuses memory:
Thinking
is entirely a process of memory and in ordinary people thinking is largely
frivolous talking to self often of a silly, useless rambling nature that is
conditioned or programmed and this comes about by rehashing or memory.
Thinking
aimlessly constantly is abusing the memory system, thinking with accompanying
strong emotions is even more abusive of the memory system.
Ordinary
people are slaves (and with blame) not masters of their thinking which
constantly senselessly works their memory systems that will lead to its final
destruction and dementia.
It
is possible to stop thinking and this is the second higher state of the mind
that gives even higher happiness and sanity than the first higher state of the
mind but it is something alien, denied ordinary people trapped in the ordinary
self and other defiling state of the mind.
THINKING
IS A MEMORY PROCESS, INVOLVES REHASHING THOUGHTS OFTEN OF A RAMBLING NATURE AND
SO THE PERSON WHO THINKS CONSTANTLY IS USING AND ABUSING HIS MEMORY SYSTEM. THE
PERSON WHO HAS REACHED THE SECOND HIGHER STATE OF THE MIND CAN STOP THINKING
AND SO HE PRESERVES AND PROTECTS HIS MEMORY SYSTEM.
It is to be expected a person abusing himself must worry about his
health:
The Buddha taught that a
person’s suffering, poor health and short life are entirely caused by karma and
nothing else and so if you wish good health and long life you must ensure you
never create debt to be repaid by suffering, poor health and early death.
Ordinary
people are constantly seriously abusing themselves with their actions and they
permit themselves even seek abuse by others in the name of getting along and
material gains.
Even
if the person cannot see self and other abuse, the stress, restlessness and
inability to concentrate must arouse alarm that has nothing to do with reason,
does not require reason but it is merely a stirring of force to be emotional,
agitated, want to escape.
And
so because they are suffering and they cannot stop abusing themselves, stop
presenting themselves for abuse by others, they must worry about of their
health (a function of stirred force not reason) and driven by worry they must
seek whatever avenues to protect and preserve whatever health they have and
this is always in vain, delusional, controlled insanity, they never work but
even further aggravates the harm (all the violent sports accelerates wear and
tear of mind and body) and they are chasing the pot of gold at the end of the
rainbow that is never there.
HE
PERSON WHO HAS TRUE UNDERSTANDING WHO NEVER ABUSES HIMSELF OR ALLOW OTHERS TO
ABUSE HIM KNOWS THE EVIL AND FALSE MEANINGLESS NATURE OF EXISTENCE HERE AND
WOULD NOT SEEK TO PRESERVE HIS LIFE HERE MORE THAN IS ALLOTED, HE NEVER ABUSES
HIMSELF SO WHY WOULD HE ABUSE HIMSELF, TROUBLE HIMSELF BY DOING THINGS TO
PRESERVE HIMSELF HE SEES IS USELESS, DOES NOT WORK.
Harming others causes sickliness, killing causes short life:
The
Buddha explained the differences amongst men and he said sickliness is caused
by beating harming others, those who kill are short lived.
And
so if you never abused yourself and others, you never foolishly allow others to
abuse you, you did no harm to others, there is no reason why you should have
poor health and die young and if you abuse yourself and you have done bad, done
wrong, then you are a fool if you think you can avoid poor health and early
death.

kammas that differentiate beings according to inferiority and

The closure
of a number of US funds linked to the high yield corporate debt market is
eerily reminiscent of the events that led up to the global financial crisis

As every student of recent economic history will know, the first
rumble of thunder in the Global
Financial Crisis came with the collapse in the summer of 2007 of two large Bear Stearns
hedge funds. Investors demanded their money back, but managers were unable
to liquidate their positions fast enough to deliver.
These early signs of panic were to snowball into an all-embracing
run on the global banking system, forcing central banks to flood the market
with cheap liquidity to prevent mass liquidation and economic collapse.
Are we about to see history repeat itself? That’s been the question
on everyone’s lips since the closure last week – or “shuttering”, to use the
technical term – of the Third Avenue Focused Credit Fund, one of a number of
funds set up to chase yield in a world of poor to non-existent rates of return.
Two other smaller US funds have also since taken action to prevent investors
removing their money.
It’s all eerily reminiscent of the events leading up to the credit
crunch of seven years ago. Did we learn nothing from the greatest financial
crisis in history; and by treating its symptoms with vast quantities of central
bank money printing, did we not merely set ourselves up for the next one?
By promoting “search for yield”, the low interest rate environment
has sucked investors into all manner of high-risk assets, including a plethora
of funds specialising in high yield corporate debt. These funds have been
hoovering up the stuff as fast as the investment bankers could manufacture it.
A major beneficiary was the American shale boom, whose estimated
$350bn-plus of investment over the past six years was substantially financed in
these markets. With the collapse in oil prices has come a reckoning. At least 18 of
the newcomers have filed for bankruptcy so far this year, and many others are
now struggling with debt servicing costs.
Barclays predicts that the default rate for speculative-grade
companies – increasingly made up of oil and gas firms – will double over the
next year.
Standard & Poor’s recently warned that an astonishing 50pc of US
energy junk bonds are at risk of default, or $180bn in total. If we extrapolate
this out to the $2 trillion of debt sold globally by energy and mining
companies since 2010, the numbers begin to look strikingly similar to the
sub-prime mortgage lending that front-ran the financial crisis. Of the $2
trillion of mortgage lending that became distressed, $800bn was sub-prime and
$1.2 trillion Alt-A.
High yield debt markets have also helped fund the explosive growth
of mergers and acquisitions in recent years, particularly in pharmaceuticals
and telecoms. Some of this also shows signs of distress.
So, is Third Avenue the long dreaded popper that will finally
puncture the post-crisis asset bubble, all puffed up by years of ultra-low
interest rates and relentless central bank money printing?
The standard view is no, this is not it, if only because Third
Avenue is a bit of a one-off, having loaded up not just on junk, but the
junkiest and most high risk form of it. The whole portfolio is filled with
distressed debt, some of which seems so close to default that it commands no
market price at all, and is therefore essentially worthless.
For the moment, it can’t be sold for love nor money, forcing the
fund to close its doors on the stampede of angry investors demanding their
money back. If something looks too good to be true, then it almost certainly
is, goes the old investment saying. Oddly, this never seems to deter income-hungry
investors. The Third Avenue Focused Credit Fund is very much a case in point.
Reassuringly perhaps, few other high yield funds seem to have
pursued an investment strategy quite as reckless as this one. All the same,
there is good reason to worry.
As Carl Icahn, the US activist investor, has repeatedly pointed out,
the parallels with 2007 are uncanny. Just as with mortgage-backed securities,
there is virtually no liquidity left in corporate distressed debt markets,
which he likens to a “keg of dynamite that sooner or later will blow up”.
To close observers of credit markets, warning signs of a forthcoming
high yield bust have been evident for a long time now.
All the old tricks have been present – companies funding special
dividends to private equity owners by issuing debt, others issuing more debt
just to pay for existing debt service payments, and commission-hungry
investment bankers cynically selling the stuff to hapless investors while
simultaneously shorting it themselves in anticipation of trouble to come. Many
companies that don’t deserve to exist have found it easy to get finance in the
one-time scramble for yield.
But with the US Federal Reserve gearing up for an interest rate rise, it
has been over for a while now. Over the past two years, according to analysis
by Driehaus Capital Management, high yield spreads have widened 275 basis
points. For riskier, CCC-rated paper it was a eye-popping 750 basis points, 200
of them in the past month alone. It is not as if no one saw this coming.
In any case, there are a number of factors that seem to make the
current outburst of jitters somewhat different from the financial crisis. The
first is financial leverage, which although still relatively high, has been
significantly reduced since the crisis, making the system more robust against
losses.
We must also assume that regulators have been more vigilant this
time around, and prevented the banking system from loading up with junk in
quite the same way as it did ahead of the crisis. Tougher capital and liquidity
requirements have decimated proprietary trading desks, which is perhaps one
reason why there is such limited liquidity in these markets now that everyone
wants to sell.
This should at least prevent the rout from becoming systemic. Many
investors will suffer a nasty haircut, but unless regulators have again been
asleep at the job, it shouldn’t pull down the entire banking system.
The latest bust should nonetheless serve as the loudest possible
wake-up call. Swamping the system with cheap money may have saved the world
economy from a depression, but by pumping up asset prices anew to unsustainable
levels, it has also made the system more vulnerable to a financial crisis, not
less so. The world economy has never been more awash with debt. In
this sense, the high yield squall may well be a harbinger of much worse to
come.
The evolving heart of modern marriage
What
is said is never true but postulated, fabricated and it is always addressed at
others’ memory systems never reason and even if others reject it, it troubles
them and so anyone speaking thus has blame to experienced by suffering even
insanity for troubling others.
Why
is what is said a delusion?

DELUSION SAYING THINGS NOT BECAUSE IT IS TRUE BUT THEY LIKE IT AND THEY ARE
WICKEDLY ADDRESSING OTHERS’ MEMORY SYSTEMS THAT TROUBLE OTHERS WITH DEBT DUE.
Entangled
with debt is a wrong way to put it, ‘in debt trouble’ is the correct way of
stating it.
‘Entangled’
is not true, an unnecessary complication, suffice to say he has debt troubles.
If
you do what is true and good and thus correct it is impossible you can end with
so much even life threatening trouble like Tesco has done.
He
is not interested in doing what is correct but gets Tesco on track meaning
revert to its hefty profit days, it does not matter what Tesco doing is correct
or not, right or wrong, what matters is back in health or making huge profits
without consideration whether past profits were doctored or through unwholesome
means.
ANYONE
WHO DISREGARDS TRUTH AND GOODNESS IN FAVOUR OF EXPEDIENCY, OF GETTING WHAT HE
WANTS IS MAKING A BIG MISTAKE COURTING INSANITY AND HEADING FOR WOE NOT
HAPPINESS AFTER DEATH.
THE
TRUTH THAT YOU DISREGARD TO YOUR OWN WOE IS ‘WHAT IS WRONG WITH TESCO AND
CORRECTING THAT WRONG THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RETURN TESCO TO HEALTH’ IF TESCO
