And so you think you

Every time you suffer you
are training yourself to suffer, destroying yourself progressively that will
contribute to your death and because there's life after death you will be
trapped in the realm of suffering namely this world.
Every time you are sad or
excited or confused you are training yourself to be sad, excited or confused
that will gradually destroy you leading to your death and detention to return
here endlessly mostly as animals.
Every time you work you
are not only suffering but training yourself to be good at making yourself
suffer, work will gradually wear you
down killing you and trap you to return here endlessly mostly as animals. This
is the reason the Buddha never works,
only teaches.
Throughout their lives
ordinary people have been trained so well by themselves and others to seek and
accept suffering (work, sports, style, thinking, emotions, sensual experiences), to endure suffering
until their suffering is too strong and dangerous to ignore and they then
retreat partially to recover before returning for more suffering. They've
accepted suffering as normal, harmless
and worth it for the material and sensual gain rewards proffered. They don't
realise their suffering is wearing down their minds and bodies down, they are
getting better at making themselves suffer and they are heading for
disaster, torment and ruin in old age.
Those who are wise pay
attention to suffering arising in their minds and bodies, they know the source
of their suffering and quickly attend to eliminate it by seclusion, avoiding the always poisonous influences of
others and by meditation to access or restore the higher states of the mind
that are the only true refuge or escape from suffering.
SLEEP IS NOT THE ANTIDOTE
TO SUFFERING BUT STILLNESS OF MIND AND BODY IS THE ANTIDOTE TO SUFFERING. WHEN
YOU ARE SITTING UPRIGHT ON GUARD, MOTIONLESS YOUR BODY IS STILL, WHEN YOUR MENTAL FORCE IS NO LONGER
PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH
YOU HAVE REACHED THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF THE MIND THAT'S THE FIRST TRUE

The reason people see but
don't see the truth nor do they understand when the truth is pointed out to
them is because they function entirely by blind record replay memory that
cannot see the truth nor understand the truth when pointed out because memory

FOODS, AROMAS ARE FEELINGS JUST LIKE PAIN AND PLEASURE AND THOSE WHO CAN STOP
FEELINGS HAVE REACHED THE FOURTH HIGHEST HAPPY STATE OF THE MIND GIVING 500
WORLD CYCLES IN HEAVEN ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA.

THINKING YOU MUST FIRST STOP STYLE AND BY PROGRESSIVE ELEVATION OF

Thinking preoccupies the
mind, people think about this and that,
they think about the past, future and present, what to do or say, work
