There's a generator of
blind, meaningless, dangerous and harmful force in each person's mind and
emotions is the first, primary product of this generator of mental force and
thinking and style are subsequent products of this mental force generator and
so the person must first stop his style to lighten his thinking in order to stop
his thinking and then stop his thinking before he can stop emotions. Emotions is the source of thinking and
thinking with style renders thinking too heavy to stop so style must be stopped
before thinking can be stopped.
Feelings of pain and
pleasure are merely passive reception of force present everywhere this world
and although it can be stopped, it's

Confusion, doubt
& uncertainty are never OK:
The Buddha said those
heading for heaven and beyond die unconfused so confusion, an emotion is never harmless or OK. There's no good and bad confusion, there's only one kind of confusion that leads

Nowadays I am effortlessly
unconfused, without doubt and
uncertainty which again the Buddha said are bonds to future suffering.
Why am I without
confusion, doubt and uncertainty?
Firstly I have achieved
the third higher emotion free state, confusion and doubt and uncertainty are
emotional states so I cannot be confused or in doubt and uncertainty because I
am no longer emotional.
Secondly I am not
suffering nowadays and only those who are suffering and have no answers to
their suffering can be confused and be racked by doubt and uncertainty.
Thirdly everything said to
me, seen, I can immediately tell, see it
is right or wrong, evil or good, harmful
or dangerous or not so understanding, I
cannot be confused nor entertain doubt and uncertainty.
ORDINARY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND
NOTHING, THEY ARE MERELY RECORDING AND
REPLAYING WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING SO THEY MUST EXPERIENCE ANGST, CONFUSION, DOUBT
AND UNCERTAINTY THAT ARE NEVER OK BUT CONDITIONS THEM TO BE EVEN MORE CONFUSED
AND DOUBTFUL AND WILL CONSIGN THEM TO ETERNAL SUFFERING.
Emotions can be
permanently destroyed and a person who is no longer emotional, not suffering and understands everything
happening around and to himself cannot be confused or harbour doubt and
uncertainty about anything.
Confusion is an emotion .
There are six emotions, like, dislike, sad, hurt, fear and confusion.
If what you say or do
harms yourself even if you swear it's good for you, you must experience
confusion, doubt and uncertainty because you yourself are hurting
yourself, if you never say or do
anything harming yourself you have no reason to be confused.
Thus a person with style,
a person who says things to please and impress others is constantly harming
himself and it's impossible he doesn't experience confusion, doubt and uncertainty that will get worse,
intense and uncontrollable and bond him to suffering after death.

Most likely I
have compressive degeneration of my Vagus nerve:
I happened to view this
video by American specialist and it may have finally solved my irregular heart
and swallowing problem. Both are due to Vagus
nerve degeneration at c1 vertebra in the neck, I used to sleep upright in
armchair and when I meditate my head would droop forward compressing and
degenerating the vital vagus nerve causing heart to go fast and food get stuck
in lower gullet because of contractility problem because of Vagus degeneration.

DROOPING HEAD DEGENERATED VITAL VAGUS NERVE CAUSING HEART TO BEAT FAST AND FOOD
TO STICK AT LOWER END OR ACHALASIA
If you droop your head
forward a lot eg looking at smartphone or laptop this forward bending can
compress the vagus nerve causing it to degenerate and the vagus nerve is very
important, controls or slow heart,
controls gullet swallowing and even gall bladder and pancreas secretion. So avoid prolong looking down.
In recent years I noticed
my heart would beat faster at the slightest exertion and food was getting stuck
even painfully above the stomach. It
