A consciousness change has happened in 1977 that considerably lowers the bar to escape to heaven.

Now a simple doctrine has been declared; stop stretching words, changing speed and loudness and if you truly achieve this heaven is yours for one world cycle or age. If you want more, stop thinking and two world cycles is yours, stop like and dislike and four world cycles in heaven is yours, stop all feelings of pain and pleasure and 500 world cycles in heaven is yours. Attain infinite space and 20,000 world cycles is yours, attain infinite consciousness and 40,000 world cycles is yours, attain Nothingness and 60,000 world cycles is yours.

Before the 1977 consciousness change and without knowing no style is the way to heaven, going to heaven was like climbing a tall vertical cliff, possible but extremely daunting and few will even attempt to climb.

After the 1977 consciousness change and with knowledge no style or prolonging words, changing speed and loudness is the key to escape to heaven, it is much easier, like climbing a moderate inclined hill.

Not even the most ardent Buddhist or Christian could prove the Buddha and Jesus were authentic and therefore there is life after death, heaven and hell.

For those with style the truth about style is the most important secret revealed:

Everyone here can be demonstrated indisputably to have style, for those with style, the truth that style is the cause of sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, stress, restlessness and distraction and style will trap you to return here endlessly mostly as animals is the greatest secret nobody ever told you.

The end of the style is the end of daily mass of suffering and the only way to escape to heaven and eternal blissful life.

Enlightenment is the only end of existence:

Death or suicide is not the end of suffering and life, heaven is not forever, the only end of death and suffering is enlightenment which no one existing, not even heaven knew.

Style is the cause of fear:

Fear is caused by style and the end of style is the end of fear but the person without style is well aware there are many sources of pain, suffering and unpleasant deaths that he understands far better than the person with style, these he sees and avoids as far as possible and when suffering and pain is unavoidable he submits by turning the other cheek without resistance or fighting back and he is heading out of this world of fighting and resisting to heaven free of attackers and unpleasantness.

It is much easier eliminating style than the three bonds to this world:

The Buddha is absolutely correct, ill will (wish to attack or harm others), greed and delusions are the three bonds to this world. Totally free of this bonds and you are released from this world exiting to heaven. But it is extremely difficult to quit ill will, greed and delusions so long as you possess style that is the generator of ill will, greed and delusions. If a person struggled, painstakingly worked to reduce his ill will, greed and delusions he will arrive at their end and be free from style but this is difficult, uncertain.

On the other hand if a person focused on stopping prolonging words, changing speed and loudness he will rapidly, certainly reduce his sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, stress, restlessness and distraction such that he will soon come to the end of ill will, greed and delusions.

JUST PAYING ATTENTION TO GET RID OF HIS STYLE A PERSON WILL DIRECTLY COME TO THE END OF HIS ILL WILL, GREED AND DELUSIONS BECAUSE STYLE IS THE GENERATOR OF ILL WILL, GREED AND DELUSIONS.

What is the difference between worry and anxiety or nervousness?

Worry is a mental state of fear usually associated with thoughts. Anxiety and nervousness are bodily manifestations of fear, reflected in the hesitant, shaky or trembling voice and actions or movements.

The nature of fear:

There are two kinds of fear, sudden or gradual although the mechanism is the same. Sudden fear is as when you hear a loud bang that stops what you are doing and you want to run away. Gradual fear is when what you are doing or exposed to exposes you to danger, suffering or pain and fear gradually builds up to force you to stop and retreat.

The actions in thought, speech and actions are never accompanied by understanding but they are replayed from memory based on memory or logic which is a function of memory to fight for material or sensual gains or flight, to run away from danger, pain and suffering. And so when danger, pain or suffering arises in the person's awareness his force of action automatically weakens and his force of resistance automatically strengthen such that he has an urge to stop what he is doing and run away or retreat. Still he may initially resist his fear and continue his dangerous or harmful pursuit.

Thus when a person talks emotionally with style with another about a false memory subject stress or suffering builds up but he endures it until much later when the suffering is too painful to ignore and he retreats.

THE ACTIONS IN THOUGHT, SPEECH AND ACTIONS ARE ABOUT FIGHT OR FLIGHT; FIGHTING FOR MATERIAL OR SENSUAL GAINS OR RUNNING AWAY FROM DANGER, PAIN AND SUFFERING.

FEAR IS SIMPLY RUNNING AWAY FROM DANGER, SUFFERING AND PAIN.

THERE IS GRADUAL AND SUDDEN FEAR AS IN THE SOUND OF A GUNSHOT. NORMALLY WHEN PEOPLE ENGAGE IN WORK OR CONVERSATION SUFFERING BUILDS UP BUT THEY IGNORE AND BEAR THE SUFFERING AND THEY ONLY RETREAT IN FEAR LATER WHEN THE SUFFERING IS TOO STRONG TO IGNORE.

What might be the differences between the daring and the timid?

Those who are timid, fearful have stronger conditioned resistance in their thinking, speech and actions. Those who are less fearful, risk takers, daring have less resistance in their thoughts, speech and actions and they suffer less from stress, conflict and fear but they are at risk of killing or harming themselves from their risky behavior.

THERE ARE NO PROS AND CONS IN TRUTHFUL AND GOOD PURSUITS, THERE ARE PROS AND CONS IN FALSE PURSUITS. HENCE THOSE WHO ARE DARING HAVE LESS RESISTANCE IN THEIR ACTIONS, SUFFERING LESS FROM STRESS, CONFLICT AND FEAR BUT THEY ARE MORE IN DANGER OF KILLING THEMSELVES.

Stress, conflict and fear are caused by the resistance constantly present in the thoughts, speech and actions of people with style. If a person has no style, does not prolong, change speed and strength there is no harm to himself and no resistance necessary and so he is free from stress, conflict and fear.

Both the timid and daring have styles and are replaying from memory without understanding.

The daring person usually has stronger greed and ill will or aggression. He has a stronger force of action and resistance. There is less resistance to his actions and he has the capacity to endure greater pain and suffering in pursuit of his material and sensual objectives.

The timid person usually has a weaker force of action and strong force of resistance, there is more resistance in his thoughts, speech and actions and he has less capacity to endure suffering.

The person’s mental force is like a snake with a head on both ends:

A person's mental force is like a snake with a head at either end, Without style the head of resistance is inactive in action, with style the head of resistance is active to variable strength as the person with style goes about his actions.

Not even the Buddha has said everyone is replaying from memory standardized with or without adjustments whatever they do or say that is about memory not truth subjects because ordinary people do not see the truth and so they cannot talk truth subjects.

You may dismiss what I say but many of the things I have said are unprecedented, never before said by anyone in the past and today and so I am not an ordinary person but someone of some noble exclusivity.

Style is the cause of delusion the Buddha said together with ill will (wish to harm, attack others) and greed are the three bonds to this world.

The person with style is a slave to his blind record replay memory that dictates everything he says and does, he is without understanding and he has false perception his style and the styles of others are meaningful, good, pleasant when in truth all style is evil, wicked, poisonous.

A total slave of blind memory and having false perception it is inevitable that he should harbor and adopt delusions about many things.

Delusions are false beliefs about memory never truth subjects fabricated by the person himself or adopted from others.

The purpose of style is to please or impress others which is false and evil but those with style think pleasing and impressing others is good, meaningful.

The person who experiences no pain or pleasure has cut off all communication with force and his concentration is the highest and gives him 500 world cycles in heaven.

IT'S FORCE USAGE AND EXPOSURE THAT DETERMINES HOW MUCH A PERSON SUFFERS, HOW HIGH HIS CONCENTRATION IS AND HOW LONG IN WORLD CYCLES HE LIVES AFTER DEPARTURE.

The opposite of relaxation is tension in the mind and body or muscles.
