All Beings Always Exist:
All beings always exist, once they come into existence from an inconstruable moment, as the Buddha said:
From an inconstruable beginning comes transmigration. A beginning point is not evident, though beings hindered by ignorance and fettered by craving are transmigrating & wandering on.
Therefore to ask the Buddha whether a being exists, does not exist, both exist and does not reflects confusion and lack of understanding. The Buddha said all beings except enlightened ones have a destination after they depart namely hell, animal womb, ghost, hungry shades or heaven.
Birth and death are merely transition points to different existences and the true birth of a being is that inconstruable point where a beginning point is not evident and the death or cessation of a being is his final enlightenment or awakening.
To a mind that is thoroughly brainwashed by fabricating, given to fabricating, there is a world of a difference between existing and not existing after death.
To a mind that has gone beyond fabricating there is no difference between existing and not existing, both existing and not existing because they are all the same, all forms of fabricating.
In a world of fabricating or activity there is difference between existing and not existing. In a world without fabricating, without activity, there is no difference between existing and not existing because both are forms of fabricating.
What the Buddha said 'Reappears' doesn't apply. 'Does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Both does & does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Neither reappears nor does not reappear' doesn't apply stands or is valid because all these notions or reappearing, not reappearing, both reappear and not reappear are forms of similar fabricating that does not apply in a realm without fabricating that beings trapped in this realm of fabricating have no idea about.
In any case all beings who continue to beings always exist in one form or another, so not to exist or not to reappear does not apply to all who are beings, who cherish being or existence.
Aggi-Vacchagotta Sutta:To Vacchagotta on Fire
The wanderer Vacchagotta went to the Blessed One. He asked the Blessed One: "How is it, does Master Gotama hold the view: 'The cosmos is eternal: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"

"Then does Master Gotama hold the view: 'The cosmos is not eternal: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"
"...no..."
" 'The cosmos is finite: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"
"...no..."
" 'The cosmos is infinite: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"
"...no..."
" 'The soul & the body are the same: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"

" 'The soul is one thing and the body another: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"

" 'After death a Tathagata exists: only this is true, anything otherwise is worthless'?"

"How is it, when Master Gotama is asked, he says '...no...' in each case. Seeing what drawback, then, is Master Gotama thus entirely dissociated from these ten positions?"
"Vaccha, the position that 'the cosmos is eternal' is a thicket of views, a fetter of views. It is accompanied by suffering, distress, despair and does not lead to disenchantment, dispassion, cessation; to calm, direct knowledge, full awakening, Unbinding.
"Does Master Gotama have any position at all?"
"A 'position,' Vaccha, is something that a Tathagata has done away with. What a Tathagata sees is this: 'Such is form, such its origin, such its disappearance; such is feeling, such its origin, such its disappearance; such is perception...such are mental fabrications...such is consciousness, such its origin, such its disappearance.' Because of this, I say, a Tathagata -- with the ending, fading out & relinquishment of all construings, all I & mine-making & tendencies to conceits -- is, through lack of sustenance/clinging, released."
"But, Master Gotama, the monk whose mind is thus released: Where does he reappear?"
"'Reappear,' Vaccha, doesn't apply."
"In that case, Master Gotama, he does not reappear."
"'Does not reappear,' Vaccha, doesn't apply."
"...both does & does not reappear."
"...doesn't apply."
"...neither does nor does not reappear."
"...doesn't apply."
"How is it, Master Gotama, when Master Gotama is asked, he says, '...doesn't apply' in each case. At this point, Master Gotama, I am confused. "
"Of course you're befuddled, Vaccha. Deep, Vaccha, is this phenomenon, hard to see, hard to realize, tranquil, refined, beyond the scope of conjecture, subtle, to-be-experienced by the wise. For those with other views, it is difficult to know. That being the case, I will now put some questions to you. Answer as you see fit. How do you construe this, Vaccha: If a fire were burning in front of you, would you know that, 'This fire is burning in front of me'?"
"...yes..."
"And suppose someone were to ask, Vaccha, 'This fire burning, dependent on what is it burning?' Thus asked, how would you reply?"
"...I would reply, 'This fire burning is burning dependent on grass & timber as its sustenance.'"
"If the fire burning were to go out, would you know that, 'This fire burning has gone out'?"
"...yes..."
"And suppose someone were to ask you, 'This fire that has gone out, in which direction has it gone? East? West? North? Or south?' "
"That doesn't apply, Master Gotama. Any fire burning dependent on a sustenance of grass and timber, being unnourished -- is classified simply as 'out' (unbound)."
"Even so, Vaccha, any physical form by which one describing the Tathagata would describe him: That the Tathagata has abandoned, deprived of the conditions of existence, not destined for future arising. Freed from the classification of form, Vaccha, the Tathagata is deep, boundless, hard to fathom, like the sea. 'Reappears' doesn't apply. 'Does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Both does & does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Neither reappears nor does not reappear' doesn't apply.
"Any feeling...Any perception...Any mental fabrication...
"Any consciousness by which one describing the Tathagata would describe him: That the Tathagata has abandoned, its root destroyed, deprived of the conditions of existence, not destined for future arising. Freed from the classification of consciousness, Vaccha, the Tathagata is deep, boundless, hard to fathom, like the sea. 'Reappears' doesn't apply. 'Does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Both does & does not reappear' doesn't apply. 'Neither reappears nor does not reappear' doesn't apply."

Why People Cannot Tell:
Why is it that even though all ordinary people are stretching their syllables, changing speed and loudness not just all the time but in complex multiple layers (within stretched syllables, between syllables and words), they cannot tell exactly how they do so (even when it is repeatedly demonstrated to them), although no matter how stupid they are, they can ALL experience the application of force and forceful changes on their minds that unfailingly results in the build up of stress, restlessness and distraction?
The reason they cannot tell is because they learnt how to speak (and behave) the ways they do by blind, rote imitating others.
It is like brainwashing, everywhere people speak and behave to them with constant stretching, changing in speed and strength of force and they get the hang of it, adopt modified versions and learn to render them by heart driven even by violent mental force and determination so much so that they now believe the ways they speak are natural, good for themselves and others when it is the opposite.
Thus you can approach even the most intelligent man and ask him to demonstrate in every instance he has stretched his syllables, changed speed and loudness and he will be dumbfounded, unable to do so.
When you stretch your syllable, you must maintain the vocal apparatus configuration to render that syllable and maintain speed and strength of force of exhaling during the stretched syllable.
When you increase speed during a stretched syllable, you must exhale with increasing or accelerating speed to produce a pitch change (more shrill). Try say ‘mmm’ and pay attention to exhale faster as you say it to appreciate the pitch change. Alternatively, blow into a whistle or flute with rapid acceleration of speed to appreciate how the pitch rises.
When you increase loudness during a stretched syllable, you must exhale with rising strength of force. Blow into a whistle or flute with rapidly increasing force and appreciate the loudness increases.
THEREFORE ALL SPEED AND LOUDNESS CHANGES IN SPEECH REQUIRE ENERGY AND APPLIES FORCE ON THE MIND. IF THEY ARE IN TRUTH UNNECESSARY, ONLY NECESSARY FOR SHOW TO DECEIVE, PLEASE, IMPRESS, INTIMIDATE AND DOMINATE OTHERS, THEN THEY ARE FALSE AND YOU ARE PRACTICING SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ONLY FALSE AND USELESS, BUT STRESSES, DISTRACTS AND INDUCES RESTLESSNESS IN YOURSELF AND OTHERS AND YOU ARE HEADED FOR MADNESS WITH LOSS OF CONTROL AND DEGRADATION OF YOUR MIND AND IF YOU THINK YOU CAN AVOID HELL AFTER YOU LEAVE, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FOOL.
UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND EXPERIENCING STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, YOU DON’T MIND GOING MAD LATER, YOU DON’T MIND GOING TO ETERNAL PUNISHMENT, THEN THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN TO PAY CONSTANT ATTENTION TO DETECT AND ELIMINATE FORCEFUL STRETCHING, CHANGES IN SPEED AND LOUDNESS.
IT IS FOLLY OF MONUMENTAL PROPORTIONS TO NEGLECT OR SCOFF AT THE IMPORTANCE OF NOT STRETCHING SYLLABLES, NOT CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS WHEN SPEAKING.
IF YOU MUST STRETCH YOUR SYLLABLES, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS YOU MUST BE ASSAILED BY REGULAR STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, YOU MUST SUFFER FROM MAD STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION THAT CAN ARISE SUDDENLY INTENSELY FOR LITTLE REASON, YOU ARE HEADED FOR MADNESS AND EVEN ETERNAL PUNISHMENT FOR HARMING OTHERS.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT A PERSON WHO STRETCHES HIS SYLLABLES, CHANGED SPEED AND LOUDNESS SHOULD BE FREE FROM STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT A PERSON WHO DOES NOT STRETCH HIS SYLLABLES, CHANGED SPEED AND LOUDNESS SHOULD SUFFER FROM STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION.
EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD, INCLUDING THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVES GOOD IS TELLING YOU THAT THE WAY THEY AND EVERYONE SPEAKS WITH CONSTANT FORCEFUL STRETCHING, CHANGES IN SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS GOOD FOR THEMSELVES AND OTHERS AND IF YOU ARE COMPROMISED, YOU FALL INTO THEIR TRAP TO BELIEVE THAT BEING NICE WITH CONSTANT STRETCHING, CHANGES IN SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS GOOD, YOU WILL BE BACK HERE NOT NECESSARILY AS HUMANS, FOR MORE SUFFERING NOT ENJOYMENT.
No Shortcuts:
The Buddha: Just as the ocean has a gradual shelf, a gradual slope, a gradual inclination, with a sudden drop-off only after a long stretch, in the same way this Doctrine and Discipline has a gradual training, a gradual performance, a gradual progression, with a penetration to gnosis (and therefore joyful release from suffering) only after a long stretch.
What the Buddha says above is that there are no shortcuts to effacement, purging oneself of sinful conduct, to escape from suffering. Even if you are on the correct path (and many who seek are on wrong paths or on the right path but practicing wrongly), it will take painstaking application and persistence with seemingly scant rewards before one breaks through.
It is because all sinful or non virtuous conduct in speech, behavior, thought and perception is blind and forceful, driven by tremendous force of habit & memory that is hard to placate and reinforced, encouraged by society that it is hard to eliminate that it is as the Buddha said, that this Doctrine and Discipline has a gradual training, a gradual performance, a gradual progression, with a penetration to gnosis.
In other words, all ordinary people are saddled with such heavy burdens of suffering and sin that their backs are permanently hunched and they cannot see more than a few steps ahead and it will take much time and effort or practice to reduce the considerable load on their backs so that they can walk more upright and see an end to their suffering.
There was no prior guarantee or knowledge that if I persist, I would achieve an incomparably joyous, calm and clearly thinking consciousness state as reward and just as any man walking in that long journey towards the edge of the continental shelf could fail to consummate that journey, he could be arrested by obstacles on the way or turned back, it was similarly possible that I could have faltered or turned back and it is a reflection of my nature and achievement that I doggedly saw it through to the end despite hostility, obstruction and frowning by society, even those who call me friend.
Do not think that society applauded my unique behavior and assisted my cause because I have been spat at venomously on sight, sniped at or ridiculed directly and behind my back and the attitudes of even those who call themselves good implied I am on the wrong path and I should abandon my path and follow them.
Not only had I (before I achieved the current consciousness change) to pursue a protracted path of change in my behavior (speech and conduct) that was without precedent in others, with no others as guide and encouragement, with no guarantee I would achieve a permanent escape from suffering to a consciousness change, I had to face unpopularity, intimidation and hostility from society, even those who calls themselves good were hostile or condescending.
MY ACHIEVEMENT IN BRINGING ABOUT IN RECENT YEARS AN UNPRECEDENTED ALLEVIATING CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGE IN ME THAT MAY HAVE SERVED AS CONTAGION THAT CAUSED CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGES IN OTHERS THAT AGAIN SWEPT AROUND THE WORLD CAN BE COMPARED TO THE MAN WHO FACED HEAT, THIRST AND ATTACKS BY WILD ANIMALS TO CROSS A DESERT WHEN HE NEED NOT DO SO, WHEN NOBODY IN THE PAST HAS DONE SO AND SOCIETY RIDICULED AND FROWNED UPON HIS ENDEAVOR AND THERE WAS NO PRIOR GUARANTEE OR KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE WILL BE AN OASIS AT THE END OF THE LONG JOURNEY. THE ONLY MOTIVATION FOR ME TO EMBARK ON THE JOURNEY WAS BECAUSE I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE STATUS QUO AND ITS MALAISE AND I MUST SOMEHOW TRY TO GET OUT, EVEN IF IT MEANT CROSSING A HOSTILE DESERT.
THE (MINDLESS) REASONS THAT CAUSE NOT SOME BUT ALL BEINGS ON EARTH TO CONSTANTLY UNNECESSARILY FORCEFULLY STRETCH THEIR SYLLABLES OR UNITS OF VOCALIZATIONS, CONSTANTLY CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS ARE THE SAME REASONS WHY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT ANY AMONGST THEM COULD HAVE SPONTENEOUSLY TRIGGERED THE CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGE AFTER 1977 AND IN RECENT YEARS. REFLECTING HOW RECALCITRANT OR RESISTANT THOSE REASONS, EVEN THOSE WHO THINK THEY ARE GOOD AND INTELLIGENT WHO HAVE BEEN DEMONSTRATED BY ME IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS REPEATEDLY HOW THEY CONTINUE TO STRETCH THEIR SYLLABLES, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS NEVERTHELESS CONTINUE TO DO SO EVEN WHEN NOT TO DO SO IS THE PREVIOUSLY UNTHINKABLE ESCAPE FROM THE PRISON OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION. IF THEY CANNOT EVEN CHANGE THEMSELVES FROM STRETCHING TO NOT STRETCHING AFTER BEING POINTED OUT, WHAT MORE THAT THEY SHOULD BY THEMSELVES CHANGED THEIR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS AND THEREBY TRIGGER THE GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGE IN RECENT YEARS?
THE SAME REASONS THAT CAUSED NO ONE ELSE NOT JUST THROUGHOUT THE AGES BUT TODAY WHEN THE SAME CONDITIONS APPLY, NOT TO SPEAK WHAT I SPEAK THE WAY I SPEAK ARE THE SAME REASONS WHY THEY CANNOT HAVE BEEN THE TRIGGER OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGES OF RECENT YEARS.
ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE NOT MASTERS OF THEMSELVES, BUT THOROUGHLY BRAINWASHED ENFORCING SLAVES OF THEIR MENTAL FORCES THAT ARE NEVER PUSSYCATS BUT VERY POTENT & IMPLACABLE EVEN IN APPARENTLY MILD MANNERED PEOPLE. THEY ARE DRIVEN BY THEIR ILL WILL THAT THEY HAVE MISTAKEN AND BEEN TOLD BY OTHERS TO BE THEIR GOODWILL. THEY HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY BRAINWASHED THAT THEIR ILL WILL (EG JOKING, TRYING TO BE FUNNY, FAKED SELF DEPRECATING) IS THEIR GOODWILL. EVEN WHEN THEY ARE TOLD THEIR JOKING, HUMOR AND CONSTANTLY CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS STRETCHED SYLLABLED NICENESS IS NEITHER GOOD FOR THEMSELVES NOR OTHERS, THEY NEVERTHELESS BELIEVE IT IS, WHAT MORE THAT THEY SHOULD SEEK BY THEMSELVES TO CHANGE THE EXISTING CONSCIOUSNESS CONDITIONS?
The Duties Of A Leader:
Then the Jañila Uruvelà Kassapa prostrated himself, inclining his head to the feet of the Blessed One, and said to the Blessed One: `Lord, let me receive the pabbajjà and upasampadà ordinations from the Blessed One.'
18. (Buddha replied): `You, Kassapa, are chief, leader, foremost, first, and highest of five hundred Jañilas; go first and inform them of your intention, and let them do what they think fit.'
Just as leadership has its privileges, the leader has obligations and duties to those who trust him with leadership. He is not free to do as he pleases unless he wants to court karma.
Therefore when the leader of the Janilas requested ordination, the Buddha told him to first inform his followers; as leader he had the obligation to let his followers know what he wanted to do with himself.

Comment: You are saying something negative or deprecating to voters that the opposition is not serious and therefore not fit to govern. It is up to others, the voters to decide if the opposition is not serious and you should concentrate on presenting your case how serious you think you are. If your accusation turns out to be unjustified and malicious, calculated to influence voters unfairly, there is grave karma for you.
This too is a form of libel and if you sue others for libeling you, you should make sure you do not libel others.
