Fish That Turns Evolution Upside Down?

Science states that fish precedes legged animals like amphibians, reptiles and mammals. Legs evolved slowly starting with fish with fins that slowly evolved to have a fleshy stem (like the coelacanth below) to joints and digits.

Thus for this fish to evolve appendages that look remarkably like legs with multiple joints and feet with digits, it would have to suddenly possess or acquire a set of new genes that will be necessary for it to encode those legs or do science now say that all fish already have the array of genes necessary to form legs but they are not expressed and somehow in this fish it got expressed?
I MAY BE WRONG, BUT THE EXISTENCE OF THIS FISH TURNS SCIENTIFIC EVOLUTION UPSIDE DOWN. HOW DID THIS FISH THAT BELONG TO A CLASS OF ANIMALS PRECEDING LEGGED ANIMALS IN THE EVOLUTIONARY TREE SUDDENLY GET THE MANY GENES (NOT ONE) THAT MUST BE NECESSARY FOR IT TO PRODUCE OR EXPRESS THOSE FEET?
WHAT THIS FISH’S EXISTENCE SUGGESTS IS THAT EVOLUTION AND GENES MAY BE AN EXPLANATION FOR WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS WORLD THAT IS NOT NECESSARILY TRUE, THIS WORLD MAY BE A MIND OR CONSCIOUSNESS FABRICATION AND JUST AS ‘PIPPING HOT’ FRESH BREAD CAN BE PRODUCED OUT OF THIN AIR, PEOPLE CAN BE BROUGHT BACK FROM THE DEAD, MY VIDEO CD CAN DISAPPEAR AND REAPPEAR IN ITS CONTAINER, GENES AND EVOLUTION MAY NOT BE HOW IT HAPPENED, MAY NOT BE SACROSANCT.
How To Explain?
Because it is not impersonal, immutable scientific principles that govern the anatomy of all creatures, it is God who is the creator and who has power over the form of beings, He can instantly create a fish that defies scientific tenets.

According to what the Buddha said, God is the creator and therefore He can create anew fish with legs.
Quote:
the Great Brahma said, 'I, monk, am Brahma, the Great Brahma, the All-Seeing, All-Powerful, the Maker, Creator, Father of All That Have Been and Shall Be.'
Why It Would Be False & Sinful To Say A Fish That Defies Science:
It would have been false and sinful (with karma attached) for me to say a fish that defied science because defiance is emotional and stirs emotion in the reader and it is false to perceive that the fish is defying science. Turning something upside down has nothing intrinsically emotional and it is true that the anatomy of this fish turns the order of science upside down.
Anyone who perceives that this fish is defying science has false perception that will end in mad perception. Do you see the fish defying science? Is science an entity that the fish can defy?
Note Also I Said 'Turn' Not 'Shake':
'Turn' has no transmission of force but 'shake' implies at least some violent force used and therefore to say the fish shakes evolution upside down denotes a person given to force who wants to transmit unnecessary force to his readers because the appearance of the fish does not shake anything but it turns science upside down.

IT ALWAYS REFLECT A PROPENSITY OF THE WRITER TO BE EMOTIONAL TO USE WORDS THAT CONVEY FORCE OR EMOTION IN WHAT HE SAYS AND CONSCIOUSLY OR SUBCONSCIOUSLY HE DESIRES TO AROUSE THE EMOTION OF HIS READERS WITH KARMA NOT MERIT ATTACHED.
Just See & Do:
There are many things in daily life that can be done or carried out without need for any thinking by just perceiving the situation at hand and (directly) initiating the appropriate or obvious response.
You can drive, walk, eat, speak, see or listen live fully immersed in the present without need to invoke thinking better than the person who is constantly thinking.
The thinking that is constant in ordinary people in their waking state, that ordinary people cannot stop because there is momentum and force in it, is usually superfluous reflecting their inability to let their yes be yes only, a form of mental talking (nonsense) to themselves, even arguing with themselves that is often repeated and unrelated to the task or matter at hand (they fly off a tangent in thought to whatever they are faced with). Seldom do they need to reflect or think what course of action they should take or reason out the meaning of the situation at hand. In fact when they think they are searching their jukebox of explanations that were indoctrinated into them by society, or they copied by rote to apply to the situation at hand and they delude themselves that they have reasoned out the truth of the situation.
Do you need to think when you walk or in order for you to walk? People do not think about their walking when they walk but they think of other things when they walk. You do not even need to think when you overtake another car, all is required is that you see the situation at hand that is relevant, the speed of all vehicles involved, any approaching vehicle to initiate the appropriate overtaking maneuver.
I am quite certain now I am capable of not thinking for extended periods of time when I go about my daily work and it is a far superior and clearly thinking, blissful way to exist than constant maddening forceful ding dong thinking. How do you know not to think whilst fully conscious is boring and stupid when you have not experienced it?
THUS, IN ACCORDANCE TO WHAT THE BUDDHA SAID, THE PERSON WHO IS CAPABLE OF EXISTING CONSCIOUSLY WITHOUT THINKING, WITH A ONE POINTED CONSCIOUSNESS IS SUPERIOR TO A PERSON WHO CANNOT HELP THINKING BUT THINKS WITHOUT SENSUALITY AND ILL WILL ACCOMPANIED BY RAPTURE NOT OF THE FLESH (WHO IS IN TURN SUPERIOR TO ORDINARY PEOPLE WITH CONSTANT FORCEFUL, SENSUAL AND ILL WILLED THOUGHTS), AND HE IS REWARDED WITH TWO EONS IN HEAVEN COMPARED TO ONE EON OF THE OTHER, A PERSON WHO IS CAPABLE NOT ONLY OF NOT THINKING BUT HAS A MIND THAT IS SIGNIFICANTLY CONCENTRATED AND EQUANIMOUS (NEITHER LIKES NOR DISLIKES) IS HIGHER AND ENJOYS 4 EONS IN HEAVEN WHILST THE PERSON WHO HAS ACHIEVED ALMOST TOTAL PURITY OF CONCENTRATION AND EQUANIMITY IS REWARDED WITH 500 EONS IN BLISS.
It is wrong to think that ‘no thinking’, noble concentration of the mind and equanimity are unrelated qualities of the mind because the Buddha has described their precise relationship. He said great is the concentration when it is perfected by virtue, great is the wisdom (equanimity is ultimate wisdom or equanimity is wise) when it is perfected by concentration. Thus the Buddha is telling you that you cannot have great concentration (which is never subjective but objective, such and such is concentration) if you have not developed great virtue which is not subjective but objective (such and such is virtue).
And what is virtue? It is not telling lies (excuses and joking are lies), not indulging in idle chatter or divisive tale bearing, not killing (killing mosquitoes too is killing), not taking what is not given (taking sweets from your good friend’s table without asking too is stealing), not being sensual (slurping, sniffing and liking food is sensual) and indulging in intoxicants. It is because ordinary people, even those who call themselves good do not truly practice not stealing, not lying, not chattering, not tale bearing, not killing (they kill cockcroaches) that they do not experience discursive thinking that is free from ill will and sensuality accompanied by rapture that is not of the flesh.
THUS VIRTUE IS INDISPENSABLE FOR YOU ENJOY RAPTURE THAT IS NOT OF THE FLESH ACCOMPANIED BY DISCURSIVE THINKING WITHOUT ILL WILL AND SENSUALITY THAT IS THE WAY TO ONE ETERNITY IN HEAVEN, THAT DEPENDING ON YOUR WISEDOM, MAY LEAD TO YOUR FURTHER DEVELOPING A ONE POINTED MIND FREE OF THINKING THAT LEADS TO TWO ETERNITY IN HEAVEN, THAT AGAIN DEPENDING ON YOUR INCLINATION, MAY LEAD TO DEVELOPMENT OF A MIND WITH RELATIVE THEN PURE CONCENTRATION AND EQUANIMTY WITH THEIR FUTURE HIGHER REWARDS IN FREEDOM FROM SUFFERING.
EXSTENCE IS ALL ABOUT CHANGE THAT IS RATIONAL IN HEAVEN AND IRRATIONAL, FORCEFUL AND MADDENINGLY CONSTANT HERE. IF YOU CEASE TO DESIRE CHANGE, YOU CEASE TO DESIRE EXISTENCE AND THEREFORE A DISCIPLE OF THE BUDDHA WHO SEES THE EMPTINESS OF CHANGE CEASES TO DESIRE CHANGE, ATTACHMENT TO FORM, THE FORMLESS, CONCEIT & IGNORANCE AND IS UNBOUND AND RELEASED FROM ALL BECOMING.
WHETHER YOU TRULY DO NOT HARBOR ANY FURTHER DESIRES FOR CHANGE IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN INSIST FALSELY BUT IT IS OBJECTIVE AND WHEN IT IS TRUE YOUR DESIRE FOR CHANGE IS EXTINCT, YOU ARE UNBOUND, GONE BEYOND.
NAME ME ANOTHER PERSON TODAY OR IN THE PAST WHO HAS PREACHED FROM WHAT THE TEACHINGS AND DISCIPLINE DECLARED BY THE BUDDHA AS I HAVE? THE BUDDHA SAID THE PERSON WHO PREACHES FROM THE TEACHINGS AND DISCLIPLINE DECLARED BY HIM IS RARE. BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE WHO PREACHES LIKE ME, WHO HAS DEMONSTRATED THE VERACITY OF WHAT HE SAID LIKE ME, I MAY BE RARE TO THE POINT OF BEING EXCLUSIVE.
(Only if the fish belongs to a species that has existed for a very long time but has somehow escaped detection can science explain its existence. Can an isolated fish suddenly on its own fashion legs with joints and digits without the complex genetic instructions to do so?)
The Different Types Of Persons In This World:
There are these differing persons in the world.
There is the person who always thinks sensually, emotionally, restlessly, mischievously, filled with ill will about what he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches or he thinks about other things sensually, emotionally, restlessly, mischievously, filled with ill will whilst he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches. This is the run of the mill person in the world who has not achieved any higher states of the mind.
There is the person who is always thinking without sensuality or emotion, calmly, filled with goodwill about what he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches or he thinks about other things without sensuality or emotion, calmly, filled with goodwill whilst he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches. This is the person who has achieved the first higher state of the mind as described by the Buddha and is heading for one eternity in heaven.
There is the person who is able to not think at all about what he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches or not think at all about other things whilst he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches. This is the person who has achieved the second higher state of the mind as described by the Buddha and is headed for two eons in bliss in the heavenly realms.
There is the person who is able not only to not think at all about what he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches or not think at all about other things whilst he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches but he has developed a considerable measure of concentration of his mind and equanimity. This is the person who has achieved the third higher state of the mind as described by the Buddha and is headed for four eons in bliss in the heavenly realms.
There is the person who is able not only to not think at all about what he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches or not think at all about other things whilst he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches but he has developed a perfect concentration of his mind and equanimity. This is the person who has achieved the fourth higher state of the mind as described by the Buddha and is headed for five hundred eons in bliss in the heavenly realms.
Perfect virtue (not emotional, not stretching syllables, not changing speed and loudness, not telling lies, idle chattering or speaking divisively, not taking what is not given, not killing) is a requisite to developing perfect passive noble concentration of the mind which is a requisite to the development of perfect wisdom or discernment or equanimity which determine how long and how well you exist without woe.
There is no such thing as an unthinking fool because all ordinary beings that include the unthinking fool is thinking all the time and he may even think about the dire consequences of his actions if he is caught but he cannot resist himself, cannot deny himself and think or hope he will escape being brought to account. The person who truly can or is able to not think is not a fool but he has attained a higher state of his mind from which vantage point he sees better that is denied lesser mortals.
It is false perception that the person who sees without thinking is an idiot detached from reality and on the contrary it is the person who thinks about what he sees or other things who is detached from reality. People who think all the time never see continuously but they take snapshots of the situation they are in and based on this snapshot they presumptuously think of what is their appropriate reaction whilst their minds are elsewhere daydreaming or scheming.
Thus it is the person who is able not to think who can see the situation he is in all the time and take action without thinking whilst the person who thinks usually (if not always) takes presumptuous snapshots and hastily select a reaction he thinks is appropriate whilst his mind is elsewhere.
People who tell others not to worry or think too much are not meritorious but they are persecuting the person they address by telling him to do something (not to worry or think) that is physically impossible. No one can elect not to think or worry about one situation that is to his disadvantage (his grief over his parted wife) whilst he likes to think and worry about other situations that are to his advantage (about the prices of his stocks or possessions).
Open Office Exceeds My Expectations:
I installed and briefly used the OpenOffice in my Vista computer and it works fine and far exceeded my expectations when I downloaded it.
There are differences but it is more of familiarizing with the different layout of buttons. It serves my purposes well and I do not have to pay $500 for the basic version of Microsoft Office. Even if Microsoft has to employ an army of experts to design its suites, it shouldn’t cost that much to produce and it may reflect that Microsoft is not coming clean; it may be making unjustifiable fat profits in a cornered market. I suspect that Linux may be a viable alternative to Vista if only people will try it.
By contrast, it is not because I am biased but the new Vista and Microsoft Office were significantly below my expectations. The New Word & Excel is too cluttered with too many features (buttons and tool bars) that do not apply for me.
A Good Comparison of OpenOffice & Microsoft Office:
A good comparison between Open Office & Microsoft Office is the difference between the free Firefox internet browser and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. The latter looks slicker and there are differences but once you get use to Firefox it serves its purpose admirably.
Cats have personality:
This scrawny kitten used to watch from a distance as I lavished affection on a couple of juvenile female cats and finally it could not resist approaching me ostensibly for the food that I was feeding the more mature cats.
Possibly because of past karma, it looked miserable in facial features and was emaciated. I fed it some cat biscuits and put some next to it for the other cats and it was greedy, a few times it spread out a paw to block the food nearby that it was not eating from the much larger cats. It may have passed away because I have not seen it again. As the Buddha said, because of past karma you may be short lived and miserable wherever you are born. Yet, it may have partially redeemed itself in approaching me and having been comforted by me. All the cats which were all females are delighted to be stroked by me, they even climb up my chest to peer into my eyes at close range and become completely relaxed to spread eagle on the ground when I stroke them (with constant speed and strength without jazzed up stretching). Thus even if the kitten has departed, it had the experience of being comforted by me without condescension in a way that others have not.
