Is It Necessary & Sustainable To Talk Nonstop?

Is it necessary and would it be sustainable if you were to talk nonstop whenever you are conscious or would it not be maddening, stressful and exhausting if you have to do so?
(Suppose I were to ask you to try to set a Guinness world record for nonstop talking by keep talking to everyone and yourself for as long as you can. Initially you will have to force yourself to do so but increasingly the urge to keep talking is irresistible and not to talk is the thing hard for you to do. The reason why nonstop thinking is more sustainable is because it is less demanding than physical talking and the reason why you see nothing wrong is because you are used to it and cannot help it even if you wanted as a result of conditioning to keep thinking)
A large proportion if not the entirety of thinking in ordinary people is composed of talking even arguing with themselves or virtual voices of others berating them rather than constructive thinking related to the task at hand. This constant mental talking is only more sustainable because there is no physical only mental expenditure of energy, no usage of the vocal apparatus (except for occasional outbursts when the mental talking becomes too uninhibited).
Therefore is it similarly necessary and sustainable or would it be mad and a struggle (hard to sustain) for you to think (talk constantly in your mind) to yourself whenever you are conscious?
Therefore it is not meritorious or meaningful to be constantly thinking or mentally talking to yourself as conceited people and intellectuals like to think in delusion or wrong view but nonstop thinking is a conditioned practice of controlled madness that has now become involuntary, cannot be helped that ordinary people has come to think continuously often repetitively in a silly antagonistic fashion.
Every moment you practice or allow your mind to practice nonstop thinking or incessant mental talking to yourself you are conditioning yourself, training yourself to further do so with greater perfection and urge that because it is meaningless and stressful will end either acutely in a situational crisis or in old age debilitation with insanity or uncontrollable nonstop emotional inappropriate thinking.
THEREFORE THERE IS NOT ONLY NO NECESSITY TO THINK NONSTOP BUT IT IS FRIVOLOUS, PRACTICING SOMETHING MEANINGLESS AND EXHAUSTING THAT MUST BE CONTROLLED (BY ONE’S MENTAL FORCE OF SELF PRESERVATION) AND WHATEVER THAT IS SUBJECT TO CONTROL IS SUBJECT TO LOSS OF CONTROL AND MADNESS. EVEN THOUGH ALL ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE OF IT NOR ARE THEY CAPABLE OF IT, IT IS POSSIBLE (AND I HAVE ACHIEVED IT) TO PRACTICE PASSIVE FORCE FREE THINKING (NO STRETCHING OF SYLLABLES, CHANGES OF SPEED AND LOUDNESS) ONLY WHEN IT IS NECESSARY OR ON DEMAND AND TO STOP OR EXTINGUISH THINKING WHEN THERE IS NO NECESSITY OR DEMAND FOR THINKING.
THEREFORE THE BUDDHA HAS PENETRATIVE DISCERNMENT AND THE HIGHEST TEACHER IN POINTING OUT TO YOU WHERE NO ONE ELSE, NOT EVEN JESUS HAS DONE SO THAT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO STOP THINKING AND IT IS A HIGHER, MORE NOBLE STATE OF THE MIND THAN CONSTANT GOODWILLED THINKING THAT IS IN TURN HIGHER THAN CONSTANT ILLWILLED THINKING. HE FURTHER TELLS YOU THAT THE ABILITY TO STOP THINKING AT WILL SO THAT YOU MERELY PERCEIVE OR PERCEIVE AND ACT IF DESIRED IS NOT THE BE AND END ALL BUT THERE ARE EVEN HIGHER STATES OF A MIND IN THE DIRECTION OF INCREASING EFFORTLESS PASSIVE CONCENTRATION AND EQUANIMITY (TRUE NOT FORCED NEITHER LIKING NOR DISLIKING). TO BE ABLE TO STOP THINKING IS ONE THING BUT TO CONCENTRATE ONE’S MIND THAT CRUCIALLY REQUIRES THAT ONE FIRST STOP ALL THINKING IS ANOTHER THING AND SO IS TRUE EQUANIMITY THAT CRUCIALLY REQUIRES ONE’S MIND BE CONCENTRATED.
IF IT IS TRUE THAT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A PERSON TO EXIST WITHOUT THINKING AND IT IS AN INCOMPARABLY MORE BLISSFUL STATE THAN CONSTANT THINKING THAT IS THE ONLY STATE OF MIND YOU KNOW THEN THE BUDDHA IS THE HIGHEST TEACHER AS FAR AS YOU ARE CONCERNED BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE NOT ONLY BEFORE HIM BUT MUCH LONGER AFTER HIM HAS TOLD YOU SO. IT IS NOT THE BUDDHA’S FAULT THAT YOU FAILED TO GRASP WHAT HE SAID AND IF YOU STILL REFUTE HE IS THE HIGHEST TEACHER AFTER WHAT I SAY, YOU ARE AN EMOTIONAL MAN OF BIAS NOT A MAN OF REASON.
FORCED NO THINKING:
It is possible for some ordinary people to use considerable mental force to briefly stop themselves from thinking but this is not effortless, not natural but is false, controlled and unsustainable.
People say they are so angry that they are speechless or don’t know what to think. What they are saying is that the intense mental force has momentarily arrested the flow of thought and this is an example of temporary involuntary force driven suspension of thinking and therefore you can train yourself to summon mental force to force yourself briefly not to think but it is delusion if you think you have achieved noble non thinking. Your forceful unsustainable non-thinking is like a circus act to impress yourself and others (your disciples as to your psychic prowess). Therefore it is possible for you to kid yourself that you can stop thinking by using force to briefly stop thinking just as you can use force to briefly stop breathing. True passive noble cessation of thinking is sustainable, can be carried out with increasingly lengths of time effortlessly or without contriving.
The Still Camera Compared To The Video Camera:
People who see, hear, smell, taste and touch without thinking about what they see, hear, smell, taste and touch or some other thing is like the video camera that faithfully captures every frame of action and initiates direct responses whilst perceiving everything that is relevant.
People who see, hear, smell, taste and touch always thinking about what they see, hear, smell, taste and touch or some other thing is like the still camera that only takes often random hasty snapshots upon which they depend in order to make decisions of what to say or do that may turn out to be inappropriate.
PEOPLE WHO THINK ALL THE TIME ARE THE ONES WHO ARE DETACHED FROM VERY REALITY THAT THEY SO CRAVE TO EXIST IN, IN THEIR PRIVATE MAKE BELIEVE WORLDS SPEAKING AND BEHAVING BY STANDARDIZED REHASH OR FAKED LIVE PERFORMANCES.
PEOPLE WHO DO NOT THINK ALL THE TIME, CAN ELECT NOT TO THINK WHEN THEY SEE, HEAR, SMELL, TASTE OR TOUCH ARE VERY MUCH IN TOUCH WITH THE PRESENT, WITH THE REALITY THAT THEY DO NOT CRAVE TO EXIST IN AND WHAT THEY SAY OR DO IN RESPONSE TO WHAT THEY SEE, HEAR, SMELL, TASTE AND TOUCH IS TRULY LIVE, SPECIFIC FOR THAT OCCASION.
THE CONSTANT THINKING PEOPLE UNDERTAKE IS LARGELY MENTAL TALKING TO THEMSELVES. WOULD IT NOT BE INSANE AND UNNECESSARY IF YOU WERE TO PHYSICALLY TALK NONSTOP? THEREFORE THE CONSTANT THINKING OF ORDINARY PEOPLE IS NOT VIRTUOUS BUT INSANE AND UNNECESSARY AND THE PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO NOT THINK WHEN IT IS NOT REQUIRED HAS A HIGHER STATE OF MIND THAN A PERSON WHO CANNOT HELP THINKING OR TALKING TO HIMSELF MENTALLY.
PEOPLE ARE KIDDING THEMSELVES IF THEY THINK THEY CAN CHOOSE TO NOT THINK IF THEY WISHED BECAUSE THEY ARE SLAVES OF CONSTANT OFTEN MEANINGLESS REPETITIVE THINKING.
HOW CAN YOU BE PROVOKED BY ANOTHER IF YOU CAN STOP YOURSELF THINKING AT WILL? IT IS ONLY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT HELP STOP THINK IS IT SO THAT WHAT SOMEONE SAYS OR DOES PROVOKES YOU IN A WAY YOU CANNOT RESIST. ONCE YOU CLOSE SHOP, STOP THINKING, NOTHING OTHERS SAY OR DO CAN PROVOKE YOU. THEREFORE THE PERSON WHO CAN STOP THINKING AT WILL IS HIGHER THAN THE PERSON WHO CANNOT.
How To Stop Thinking:
Because constant thinking is a conditioned forceful state of the mind you must de-condition yourself to not think by a laborious process that may have ups and downs, progress interspersed with regression that may lead to final success or failure.
The first step is to pay attention to stop applying force on your mind by examining to find and stop the force driven stretching of syllables, changing of speed and loudness and to keep telling or commanding oneself mentally ‘stop thinking’ each time you become aware of mindless irritating thinking. Just because you tell yourself not to think does not mean your mind will listen to you but merely by telling yourself “stop thinking” you have interrupted the usual flow and momentarily stopped thinking in its tracks and if you keep so, a time will come when your mind stops thinking.
Meditation is also indispensable by a combination of isolating yourself from the corrupt influences of others and instilling stillness or accustoming yourself to inactivity that is the essence of meditation.
