If you think his beaming smile is natural, an appropriate response to the occasion, you have wrong view, false perception because it is the objective truth that applies to everyone that his beaming smile is totally meaningless, inappropriate and so he and those who see nothing wrong but think it apt is headed for suffering even torment.

Jesus said ‘woe to you who laughs for you shall weep’, what he is doing is laughing and that is the certain way to weeping whether it is him or you.

Why is it inappropriate or meaningless? He is stirring his mental force attractively in an even violent way and expressing it in a beaming smile or laughter that is not only a meaningless stirring of blind force but it agitates the mind and harms it with stress, restlessness and inability to concentrate and so he is conditioning himself to suffering whilst encouraging others to appreciate and follow suit with karma not merit attached.

Further his smile or laughter is stereotyped, rehashed and there is great irresistible urge to do so and he is therefore a robot or slave to his laughter than is according to a plan in his mental jukebox and he is headed for robot failure and insanity. Insanity will guarantee your weeping.

BECAUSE ORDINARY PEOPLE SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS BEAMING LAUGHTER, THINKS IT IS APPROPRIATE WHEN IT IS MEANINGLESS AND CONTROLLED INSANITY, THEY HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION THAT IS THE WAY TO THE ANIMAL WORLD EVEN HELL.

You will punish yourself:

Whether you realize you are a robot or not, if it is true you are a robot you will punish yourself without anyone or God punishing you.

The reason is because whatever you say or do comes from copies in your mental jukebox and you are merely a selector and supplier of variable power to what you want to say or do.

It is inevitable that with age there is progressive failure of the mental jukebox so that frequently selected sequences have a tendency to activate out of control or there may be retrieval glitches, inability to access the jukebox with loss of action or speech.

ANYONE WHO REHASHES IS FUNCTIONING FROM A MENTAL JUKEBOX THAT WILL INEVITABLY FAIL LEADING TO MAD UNCONTROLLABLE INAPPROPRIATE JUKEBOX BEHAVIOR. A PERSON WHO FRESHLY COMPOSES EACH SPEECH AND ACTION SPECIFIC FOR THE OCCASION DOES NOT FILE COPIES IN HIS MENTAL JUKEBOX FOR REPLAY AND THEREFORE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM TO SUFFER INAPPROPRIATE JUKEBOX OR REHASHED BEHAVIOR.

Buffett’s delusion:

Buffett said people who feel cheated by the recession have unfairly lashed out at Wall Street when regulators, mortgage lenders and politicians should share the blame.

WHILST REGULATORS, LENDERS AND POLITICIANS SHARED THE BLAME, WALL STREET SCHEMED WILFULLY TO CHEAT IN A VERY RECKLESS WAY AS EPITOMIZED BY THE ABACUS DEAL WHEN GOLDMAN SACHS, THE APPLE IN BUFFETT’S EYE DELIBERATELY PICKED MORTGAGES DOOMED TO FAIL TO SELL TO UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS SO THAT THEY WOULD SUSTAIN HEAVY LOSSES WHILST HEDGE FUNDS AND GOLDMAN SACHS REAPED BIG PROFITS. ANYONE WHO KNOWS THE THINGS GOLDMAN SACHS WAS DOING AND STILL DEFEND IT HAD WRONG VIEW THAT IS THE WAY TO HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB.

GOLDMAN SACH’S BEHAVIOR IN GENERAL NOT SPECIFIC IS TO BE CENSURED AND SO IT IS ABSURD TO SAY IT WAS BEING UNFAIRLY LASHED.

Buffett talks nonsense:

Soros too is a big critic of Wall Street, is he a victim cheated by the recession as Buffett claimed?

People who do not feel cheated by the recession have also lashed out or censured Wall Street and so Buffett is falsely insulting critics as sore losers lashing out and there will be karma for denigrating critics as poor losers when not all critics are losers.

What about Soros, he too is a critic of Wall Street. Is he a loser in this recession? So Buffett is talking nonsense that will end in madness, richest man or not.

What has being cheated got to do with it?

What is relevant is whether critics are right or wrong in the criticisms of Wall Street not whether they are cheated by the recession or not.

Even if critics have been cheated by the recession they may still be right and have a case to accuse Wall Street and so Buffett is again exhibiting false perception that will end in mad perception, apart from attacking critics unfairly and getting personal.

Why Warren Buffett does not truly understand:

A person who truly understands will only say things he sees and knows as true, if he does not see and know something is true, he does not say it and so if Buffett can be demonstrated to say things that are clearly false, he does not truly understand.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A MAN WHO TRULY UNDERSTANDS TO SAY THINGS THAT HE DID NOT SEE AS TRUE AND THEREFORE CAN BE PROVEN LATER TO BE FALSE.

Toss a coin and you will get it right half the time and thus by memorizing the times you guessed right (that has nothing to do with true understanding) and reapplying them in future situations with similarities you are likely to get it right without true understanding, with rehashed or rote empirical or experimental understanding.

Because what Buffett said that people who feel cheated by the recession has lashed out at Wall Street can be proven objectively as false and no person with true understanding will speak falsely he does not have true understanding.

Even a cursory survey will tell a casual observer that many of those who lashed out at Wall Street (eg Soros) are not cheated by the recession and therefore his statement is false and only a person without true understanding will speak something without seeing it as true.

If his statement is not issued of seeing and knowing it must be a product of force or emotion driven thinking in order to attack (denigrate) critics and defend Wall Street.

Here he is demonstrating his false perception and logic that confirms he has no true understanding. Critics do not need him to attack or denigrate, what matters or is relevant is whether critics are right or wrong to lash out at Wall Street. Goldman Sachs does not need Buffett or anyone to defend it but what is relevant or matters is whether Goldman Sachs is right or wrong in its actions.

Because Buffett thinks or perceives he is right to denigrate critics and defend Wall Street he is demonstrating bizarre logic and perception that proves he has no true understanding and is headed for insanity.

You need force to attack (denigrate) critics and defend Goldman Sachs and so his statement is driven by force, emotion, like and dislike. You need reason and understanding to adjudicate whether critics or Wall Street is right or wrong and because he does not dwell on the rights and wrongs, he is exhibiting no true understanding otherwise he would have spoken about the rightness of critics to ‘lash out’ at Wall Street and the wrongness of Wall Street in undertaking the actions that caused the furore.

RIGHT UNDERSTANDING IS NOT A PERSONAL OPTION BUT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SUSTAIN SERIOUS FUTURE LOSSES AND EVEN GET KILLED, IT IS VITAL YOU DEVELOP TRUE UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE IF YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS FALSE, THEN ONE DAY, UNDERTAKING ACTIONS BASED ON FALSE UNDERSTANDING MAY PROVE FATAL OR LEAD TO BIG LOSSES.

Election fraud: Hundreds of voters to file police report

PETALING JAYA: Hundreds of frustrated Hulu Selangor voters are expected to file a police report tomorrow over alleged fraud during Sunday's by-election.

According to a source, the report will cover a series of alleged wrongdoings.

"Some claimed that they were given money to vote for BN, or that their names were removed from the electoral roll.

"Some also complained that they were not given the opportunity to vote because they were told by Election Commission officers that they had already voted,” he told FMT.

They are expected to lodge the report with the Kuala Kubu Baru district police headquarters.

It seems Sammy Vellu will become Tun Sammy Vellu as an outcome of Hulu Selangor. 

The clenched fist mind:

When the stylish emotional person has something to say or do, he says or does it with added unnecessary for show prolonging, changing speed and strength that can be compared with a fist rhythmically clenching and loosening with constant prolonging, changing speed and strength.

When the stylish emotional person is experiencing emotions, he is experiencing the consciousness effects of his mental force prolonging, changing speed and strength for no purpose except to experience different emotions, his mind is like a clenched fist constantly clenching and relaxing with prolonging, changing speed and strength for no purpose except to experience the consciousness effects of such stereotyped rehashed force changes.

THUS THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS NEVER TOTALLY RELAXED OR UNCLENCHED, EVEN WHEN AT REST IT IS STILL SIGNIFICANTLY CLENCHED OR SEIZED BY FORCE. WHEN STRICKEN BY STRESS, TIREDNESS OR SUFFERING, THE AUTOMATIC REACTION FOR EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS TO RAISE FORCE, TO CLENCH THEIR FISTS TO RESIST THAT IS ONLY STOPGAP AS IT AGAIN EXPOSES THE MIND TO FORCE THAT RESULTS IN SUFFERING AS THE GRIP OF RESISTING FORCE INEVITABLY TIRES.

WHEN THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON HAS SOMETHING TO SAY OR DO, HIS MIND STIRS FORCE WITH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH BECAUSE IT IS DEEMED IMPRESSIVE OR NATURAL SO THAT HIS MIND THUS SPEAKING AND DOING IS LIKE A CLENCHED FIST KNEADING WITH FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH THAT IS IN TRUTH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND FOR SHOW BECAUSE IT IS PERCEIVED AS STYLISH OR MEANINGFUL. AND THIS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY USE OF FORCE GENERATES STRESS INSOLUBLY TO ASSAIL HIS BESEIGED MIND.

WHEN THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS EXPERIENCING EMOTIONS, HIS MENTAL FORCE IS PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH FOR NO PURPOSE EXCEPT TO FASHION AND EXPERIENCE THE CHARACTERISTIC EFFECTS OF SUCH FORCE STIRRING CALLED LIKING (EXCITEMENT, THRILL), DISLIKING (HATE, ANGER), SADNESS, HURT, AGITATION AND FEAR.

Only a mind that is totally free of force like an unclenched fist is free of suffering and therefore calm, concentrated and blissful and this state has never been experienced by emotional stylish people because their stylish emotional constant clenching and kneading of the fist prevents.

When faced with suffering eg tiredness, stress, restlessness or inability to concentrate, the unemotional, unstylish person does not resist, does not stir force to clench his mind like a clenched fist to bear and even expel what is tormenting. He secludes himself and allows the roiling force to dissipate naturally and he ensures in future he minimizes the exposure of his mind to force both generated unnecessarily by himself and by contact with others.

When the unstylish unemotional person has something meaningful to say or do, he says or does it without added unnecessary for show prolonging, changing speed and strength that can be compared with a fist kneading with constant minimally required speed and strength without prolonging. This way he minimizes the exposure to force of his mind.

The unstylish unemotional person does not experience emotions, he does not allow his mental force to prolong, change speed and strength for no purpose in order to experience different emotions and so he minimizes his mind’s exposure to force.

THE NATURAL RESTING STATE OF THE MIND OF THE UNEMOTIONAL UNSTYLISH PERSON IS LIKE AN UNCLENCHED FIST, DEVOID OF FORCE ACTIVATING AND THAT IS ALWAYS PEACE & BLISSFUL. THE UNEMOTIONAL UNSTYLISH PERSON DOES NOT STIR FORCE THAT IS HARMFUL TO FASHION STYLE OR EXPERIENCE EMOTIONS. WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING MEANINGFUL TO SAY OR DO, HE STIRS MINIMAL REQUIRED FORCE TO SAY OR DO IT WITHOUT PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH. WHEN FACED WITH SUFFERING HE DOES NOT SUMMON FORCE TO RESIST OR PUSH BACK SUFFERING, HE DISSOCIATES HIMSELF, DESIST FROM EVERYTHING AND ALLOW THE ARISEN FORCE THAT IS THE CAUSE OF THE SUFFERING TO DISSIPATE WITHOUT GENERATING NEW FORCE TO FOOLISHLY CONTROL IT.

 

Only one way to understand this statement:

It cannot be disputed by anyone and you do not have to interview the speaker and even himself may not know whether what he said is true or not but what is said below can be objectively understood immediately as totally false with the deluded purpose of falsely reassuring the public so that Spain and Portugal are not the same as Greece:

The fiscal situation of Spain & Portugal can and has been compared to Greece and so it is false to say it cannot be compared, what remains for contention is how similar they are to Greece. There is economic basis for negative news about Spain and Portugal, what remains for contention is how grave they are. You cannot stop people from speculating or tell people not to speculate.

This is the utterly false statement of someone with vested interest who wants to falsely reassure the public about Spain and Portugal. He is telling people what to do, namely not speculate, something he has no right. What he said is not based on seeing and knowing but driven by emotion to falsely influence those gullible that Spain and Portugal are not in the same boat as Greece when there are clear evidence this is not the case.

The clenched mind is always suffering:

Just as the clenched fist is always suffering compared to the unclenched perfectly relaxed hand, the clenched mind is always suffering compared to the unclenched mind.

The mind in which force is active or seizing is always suffering whilst the mind that is totally rid of force, in which force is not active, does not seize is always blissful and so it is that should anyone find suffering intolerable or unbearable he must find wisdom and discernment to always watch and detect the stirring of force and thence swiftly exit force.

THE WISE PERSON USES FORCE MINIMALLY ONLY WHEN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO SAY OR DO THINGS AND ONCE THE NEED FOR FORCE HAS PASSED HE REVERTS TO A FORCE FREE OR UNCLENCHED STATE OF HIS MIND.

HE IS ALERT AND GUARDS HIS MIND LIKE A HAWK TO DETECT SIGNS OF FORCE STIRRING, TENSION IN HIS MIND AND BODY AND THEN HE DOES NOT USE THE COMPLETELY WRONG TOOL OF FORCE TO DRIVE OUT STIRRED FORCE BUT HE DESISTS FROM WHATEVER ACTIVITY CAUSING STIRRED FORCE, DESISTS FROM CONTACT WITH OTHERS THAT RADIATE FORCE ON HIM AND HE ALLOWS THE ARISEN FORCE TO DISSIPATE BY ITSELF WITHOUT STIRRING FORCE ANEW.

THE CORRECT RESPONSE TO THE SUFFERING OF STIRRED OR ARISEN FORCE IN THE MIND IS TO ALLOW THAT FORCE TO DISSIPATE OR EXPEND ITSELF WITHOUT STOKING IT, IT IS TOTALLY WRONG TO USE FORCE TO COUNTER FORCE WHICH GENERATES NEW FORCE THAT KEEPS THAT MIND IN ORBIT AROUND FORCE.

FOR A PERSON WHO DESIRES ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING HE MUST MINIMIZE THE GENERATION OF FORCE IN HIS OWN MIND, MINIMIZE EXPOSURE TO EXTERNAL FORCE FROM OTHERS’ SPEECH AND ACTIONS AND SWIFTLY DETECT AND ENSURE FORCE GENERATED IS SWIFTLY DISSIPATED RATHER THAN PERSISTING WITH THE FORCE GENERATING ACTIVITY THAT CAUSES FORCE TO GRIP HIS MIND IN AN EVEN TIGHTER VICE. THE LONGER AND MORE INTENSE YOU ALLOW YOUR MIND TO BE EXPOSED TO FORCE, THE HARDER AND LONGER IT TAKES FOR IT TO DISSIPATE AND WITHOUT COMPLETELY DISSIPATING ARISEN FORCE THERE CAN BE NO TRUE RELEASE FROM SUFFERING.

ONLY A MIND FREED FROM FORCE DOES NOT SUFFER LIKE THE MOON FREED FROM CLOUDS SHINES AND SO THE WISE PERSON WILL EXPOSE HIS MIND ONLY TO ABSOLUTELY MINIMALLY REQUIRED FORCE AND WATCH LIKE A HAWK FOR ARISE FORCE AND STRESS TO NOT ALLOW IT TO INTENSIFY OR GRIP HIS MIND STRONGLY BUT INSTEAD TO DISSIPATE AS RAPIDLY AS POSSIBLE.

The person has false perception and understanding of the situation and is trying to make much of a false association of emerging from a stage drama to a ‘real’ drama outside (bomb scare).

What happened may appear very dramatic to the person and everyone but it is their false perception and understanding that will descend into mad perception and understanding that it is so, to one who is calm and sees truly, there was an event, all the drama is in the minds of beholders.

Trying to be clever, the person is trying to make a false association as if it is that wonderful or special, of emerging from one drama (as in a film or show) into a ‘real’ drama outside. This association is false or spurious and is intended emotionally to stir others’ sense of humour (as if it is funny in a morbid way when there is nothing funny) with deadly karma and future mad perception not merit or a reflection of what truly happened.

IF YOU PERCEIVE THE TRUTH IS SPOKEN HERE YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE PERSON HAS TWISTED REALITY TO TRY TO STIR MORBID HUMOUR WITH THE FALSE ASSOCIATION THAT HE EMERGED FROM ON FAKED DRAMA OF A CINEMA INTO THE ‘REAL’ DRAMA ON THE STREET AS A RESULT OF THE BOMB SCARE.

Is this meaningful?

Painting colourful intricate murals on your hands is meaningless, serves no useful functions yet much work has to be done and money paid to have them installed. If you use your hands to wash clothes that is meaningful because you get clean clothes afterwards.

It is not for anyone to dispute that what is on display is meaningless and the fact that anyone will dispute that it is meaningful only serves to acknowledge his false perception.

It is not meaning or understand that makes people wear such adornments but it is attraction, the stirring of mental force to like them that is the cause and because attraction is about the impermanent meaningless stirring of blind force they are all headed for insanity.

ANYONE WHO FINDS WHAT IS MEANINGLESS MEANINGFUL, UNNECESSARY NECESSARY IS HEADED FOR SUFFERING BECAUSE THEY HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION.

Teacher had 'intense fantasies' about boy

A HIGH school teacher has been accused of sending "disturbing" letters to a 16-year-old student.

Others hearing about it may laugh and poke fun at others’ silliness not realizing that they themselves are vulnerable to such silly behaviour that can cause them humiliation.

What is being discussed is infatuation and all liking and disliking people are vulnerable to irrational, irresistible infatuation. Infatuation is about the attractive stirring of a person’s mental force by an object or person and it can feed on itself, the more frequent the liking person dwells on that object or person, the more easily aroused and intense his attraction until it is so intense and easily aroused, he is smitten and crazy about the person who may be quite ordinary even ugly.

What Buffet says is wrong and therefore he is headed for torment.

Goldman Sachs is either right or wrong in his actions and so if Buffett is a man of reason, he would not defend Goldman Sachs but state that its actions in matters A, B & C are right and why they are right.

You need force to defend and you need strong force to strongly defend and it is blind and the wrong tool to use to adjudicate in any matter. In whatever matter, a person is either right or wrong, anything more, defending comes from evil not good.

Buffett did not state why he thinks Goldman Sachs actions eg in selling Abacus to unsuspecting clients are right and yet he is defending it.

SUPPOSE GOLDMAN SACHS IS EVIL AND UNSCRUPULOUS OR THE BAD TREE THAT CANNOT BEAR GOOD FRUIT ACCORDING TO JESUS. ANYONE THUS DEFENDING GOLDMAN SACHS IS DEFENDING EVIL AND WILL GO THE WAY OF EVIL.

Generally speaking:

People hear others and they themselves like to speak stylishly of ‘speaking in general’ or ‘generally speaking’ or ‘as a rule’ without understanding truly that what is said is false and the person is revealing himself as a rehashing robot.

By saying ‘generally speaking’ the person is inadvertently acknowledging that he does not see and understand the situation but perceiving certain features, he is moved to retrieve and rehash a rule or principle to be applied that may or may not be the truth or reality of what happened.

The person who truly understands does not speak generally but always specifically after having truly understood the situation as such and such. If he does not understand, he does not speak.

What is generally spoken is a rule or principle that is memorized amongst the many principles stored in the person’s mental jukebox to be applied sometimes more aptly sometimes dangerously inappropriately and it is the rule that dictates what the person says or does on the occasion and so he is a robot or slave to the many rules in his mind that commands him to say or do certain things at certain times.

PEOPLE PERCEIVE THEY ARE IMPRESSIVE OR AUTHORITATIVE AND SPEAKING THE TRUTH WHEN THEY SAY, ‘GENERALLY SPEAKING’ BUT THEY ARE UNWITTINGLY EXPOSING THEMSELVES AS SPEAKING WITHOUT TRULY UNDERSTANDING THE MATTER AT HAND AND THEY ARE ROBOTS REHASHING RULES TO BE APPLIED THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE APT AND CAN LEAD TO LOSS AND EVEN INJURY.

IF YOU MUST SPEAK GENERALLY THEN YOU ARE SPEAKING FALSELY AND SHOULD REFRAIN FROM COMMENTING.

Warren Buffett: Not entirely Goldman Sachs’s fault:

Who the Investing Legend Thinks Deserves Blame ... and It's Not Entirely Goldman's Fault.

What is stated above reflects Buffett’s serious false logic. By saying it is not entirely Goldman’s fault Buffett is admitting Goldman is guilty but others must share the blame.

The rating agencies which gave Abacus ‘AAA’ status are to blame but if there was no inducement or arm twisting by Goldman the rating agencies would not voluntarily slap ‘AAA’ rating on shit bonds.

If investors who bought the bond had been told that there were mortgages contained that were specifically picked because they are likely to go bad, they are unlikely if not impossible to have bought them. If they have bought it after being warned there are rotten bonds then they deserved to be blamed.

WITHOUT GOLDMAN SACHS EXERTING PRESSURE, RATERS WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ‘AAA’ TO ABACUS, WITHOUT GOLDMAN SACHS WITHOLDING INFORMATION THAT THE DERIVATIVE CONTAINED MORTGAGES LIKELY TO GO BAD, INVESTORS WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM.

WHAT IS LEFT ARE REGULATORS WHO ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY BUT SURELY GOLDMAN SACHS SHOULD HAVE THE CONSCIENCE TO KNOW THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS GRIEVOUS TO OTHERS. REGULATORS ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR NOT CATCHING THEM.

THUS BUFFETT HAS NO CASE AND HE IS TALKING NONSENSE BY ADMITTING BLAME FOR GOLDMAN BUT INSISTING OTHERS ARE TO BE BLAMED TOO.

Apportioning blame:

Most emotional people hearing what Buffett had to say that Goldman is not entirely to blame would not be able to work out by themselves the truth or falsity of Buffett’s statement.

Only parties involved are liable for blame and so in this case, the actors are a) Hedge fund Paulson who asked Goldman Sachs to construct a derivative using subprime loans he thought would ‘bomb’ b) Goldman Sachs who constructed the derivative as requested and also knowing said, let’s be aggressive distributing (the shit not goodies) c) the rating agency who falsely gave the derivative a ‘AAA’ status d) regulators who were asleep at the job e) investors who did not open up the parcel to see rotten meat mixed with good meat.

Thus from this set of assembled characters it can be determined that Goldman Sachs and Paulson are primarily to blame for knowingly maliciously want to make money by selling shit to unsuspecting investors, the rating agencies were induced by bribery to falsely give AAA ratings and the authorities did not do their job properly and investors were hoodwinked, they were gullible to trust the ratings and assurances given.

THUS GOLDMAN SACHS STANDS TO BLAME HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST WITH PAULSON ACTING AS THE DEVIL’S ADVOCATE.

Who is guilty of what?

Investors who bought Abacus are guilty of greed and foolishness, they are victims being cheated, not cheaters.

Paulson of the hedge fund and Goldman Sachs are guilty of cheating, they are cheats and also of corruption or bribery of rating agencies necessary to sell overrated derivatives to unsuspecting investors.

Rating agency and federal authorities involved are not guilty of cheating but dereliction of duty with corruption or being bribed if the rating agency was bribed.

THUS INVESTORS ARE NOT GUILTY OF CHEATING BUT GUILTY OF GREED & FOOLISHNESS, FED AUTHORITIES AND RATING AGENCY ARE NOT GUILTY OF CHEATING BUT DERELICTION OF DUTY WHILST PAULSON AND GOLDMAN SACHS ARE GUILTY OF STRAIGHT IN THE FACE WILLFUL CHEATING.

Think carefully before you deny anything:

Goldman Sachs' chief executive has denied his bank contributed to the US financial crisis by betting some of its own investment products would fail.

Whether the Bank has contributed to the financial crisis as denied can be objectively determined if not by him and you then by God and cannot be refuted by anyone.

Only if you know it is true should you say it, if you did not know it is true or the bank contributed to the crisis by betting thus then you are asking for judgment that is far more painful than you ever dreamt possible.

WHENEVER YOU WANT TO DENY ANYTHING, MAKE SURE IT IS TRUE. EVEN IF YOU DID NOT KNOW IF IT IS TRUE YOU WILL BE WISE NOT TO DENY BECAUSE THERE IS PAINFUL PENALTY IF YOUR DENIAL IS FALSE.

Not a thought:

This morning, going about my daily chores I was aware of the paucity or sparseness of thoughts as I went along and when I found myself thinking, I could stop myself thinking and it would stop for a significant period where it was not possible in the past. Rather than dumb, the mind is more composed, at ease and focussed on the task at hand and moment and it is an incomparably saner and blissful state to exist in compared to the constant thinking (and distracted) state.

The Buddha said there is a second higher state of the mind (that applies to everyone, there are no alternative second higher states) and it is characterized by the absence and cessation of all thinking. This is the truth and if you have not experienced it, does not know it exists, then you are a deprived man, captive of the prison of thought.

NOT ONLY IS THE SECOND HIGHER STATE OF MIND, NAMELY NO THINKING COMPOSED, ATTENTIVE AND PLEASANT EXISTENCE HERE, IF YOU ARE CONSUMMATE, ABLE TO SWITCH OFF THINKING AT WILL, ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA, TWO ETERNITIES IN HEAVEN BLISS AWAITS YOU.

How long is an eternity? The Buddha said that if a room was filled with tiny mustard seeds then if you were to take out one seed every hundred years then after you have taken out all the seeds, that eternity has still not ended (but it may be about to end soon).

How does one attain the wonderful state of no thinking?

It is impossible a person who is greedy for gains, immersed in affairs of this world can achieve effortless no thinking. It is possible for a person disenchanted with the shenanigans and pettiness of this world to achieve no thinking.

It is impossible for a person who has style or uses force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness to stop thinking at will, it is possible for a person without style, who does not use force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness to stop thinking.

It is impossible for a person who does not pay attention to his thinking, who is not even aware he is thinking but is preoccupied with affairs of the world to stop thinking. It is possible for a person who is aware of his thinking, who pays attention to his thinking to put a stop to that thinking.

Throughout their lives, stylish emotional people have been indulgent of thinking and have wrong view that thinking is good and leads to salvation when it is a dead end and leads to captivity and woe. Their thinking may be diverted to another topic or they jump haphazardly from one topic excitedly to another but they have never been capable of truly stopping their thinking so that no a thought passes their mind at a moment.

Seclusion to isolate oneself from the thought provoking influences of others, extraneous sights and sounds is a requisite to develop no thinking. Meditation to calm the mind (not indulge in intellectual speculation and fantasy) is another requisite. By keep telling yourself ‘stop thinking’ when you catch yourself thinking, you have briefly momentarily interrupted the flow of thought that you have never done before and if you persist, a day may come when the ability to stop thinking is superior to the desire to think.

TO STOP THINKING ONE MUST SECLUDE ONESELF FROM THE THOUGHT PROVOKING CONTACT WITH OTHERS AND THE ENVIRONMENT. ONE MUST MEDITATE FREQUENTLY TO CALM ONE’S MIND (NOT TO INDULGE IN EGO BOOSTING INTELLECTUAL THINKING OR FANTASIES).

BY TELLING YOURSELF TO STOP THINKING YOU HAVE BRIEFLY ARRESTED THE FLOW OF THOUGHT THAT YOU HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE AND THE MORE OFTEN YOU TELL YOURSELF TO STOP THINKING, THE BETTER OR LONGER YOU ARE ABLE TO SUSTAIN NO THINKING AFTER YOU DECIDED TO STOP THINKING.

THE NEXT HIGHER STATE OF MIND IS TO HAVE PURE EQUANIMITY, YOUR MIND IS LIKE A MOUNTAIN, UNSHAKEN, NEITHER STIRRED TO LIKE NOR DISLIKE ANYTHING HAPPENING AND THAT ACCORDS THE BEING FOUR ETERNITIES IN HEAVENLY BLISS.

Thus if what I say is the dharma or gospel, then by sharing it with others, you are creating merit for yourself that will be for your welfare and future happiness.

US economy continues to recover:

This is a BBC headline and many emotional people reading will jump to the unwarranted conclusion that it is back to the past or health when it is not necessarily so.

Suppose Uncle Sam is actually bankrupt but it is issuing currency that people including the rest of the world treat as valuable, the US would still be able to buy goods from the world with pieces of paper that it cannot back up with assets.

THE RECOVERY MAY BE ON CREDIT THAN CASH, CHINA AND THE WORLD IS FOOLISHLY HAPPY TO SUPPLY GOODS TO THE US FOR PIECES OF PAPER THAT MAY NOT HAVE WEALTH BACKING IT UP AND SO THE ILLUSION OF PRODUCTIVE EXPORT TO THE US CONTINUES. BECAUSE THE US OWES THE WORLD A LOT OF MONEY THAT IT WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY IF NOT IMPOSSIBILITY REPAYING WHATEVER EXPORTS TO THE US IS JUST ON FURTHER CREDIT ON THE HOPE THAT MAY BE FOOLISH AND FUTILE THAT THE US WILL FULFILL ITS OBLIGATIONS AND REPAY IN FULL.

THUS THE US MAY BE RECOVERING NOT BECAUSE IT IS RETURNING TO HEALTH BUT IT IS LIKE A HAGGARD ALCOHOLIC WHO HAS FOUND PEOPLE WILLING TO PASS ALCOHOL TO IT.

Goldman Sachs’ arguments hold no water:

Goldman Sachs justified its actions in selling what itself called shit in internal mail to investors by saying they are sophisticated investors who have an appetite for risk and Goldman Sachs has no responsibility or duty to look after them.

But Goldman Sachs’ justifications cannot stand scrutiny or hold no water.

By their admission, Goldman Sachs was trying to unload their warehouse full of deteriorating subprime loans onto customers. Any decent fruit seller stuck with a lot of overripe fruit it wants to sell quick would share the losses with customers by selling at a discount and telling the customer the fruit is a bit too ripe and may rot. By selling at a discount, you lose some and you give the customer the opportunity to gain because if the loans recover, he may make a profit.

A TRUE GENTLEMAN OR PROPER BUSINESSMAN SHARES THE RISKS WITH HIS CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE HE KNOWS THE GOODS HE SELLS ARE SUSPECT, HE SELLS AT A DISCOUNT TO TAKE SOME LOSS HIMSELF AND IN EXCHANGE FOR THE CUSTOMER TAKING POSSESSION OF HIS DAMAGED GOODS, HE GIVES HIM A CHANCE TO WIN SHOULD THE GOODS BE RETRIEVABLE, CAN BE SOLD AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN SOLD.

GOLDMAN SACHS KEPT MUM, TOLD CUSTOMERS THE GOODS WERE ‘AAA’ AND NEVER SOLD AT A DISCOUNT TO GIVE CUSTOMER A CHANCE OF MAKING A PROFIT.

IN MANY EMAILS, GOLDMAN SACHS STAFF DESCRIBED THE CDOS AS SHIT OR EXCREMENT. WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SHIT AND EXCREMENT? IF YOU AGREE SHIT AND EXCREMENT IS NOT WORTH MUCH IF ANY THEN WERE THE CDOS SOLD AT EXCREMENT PRICE TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS? IF THEY WERE SOLD AT PREMIUM PRICES ISN’T THIS A FORM OF CHEATING?

THUS GOLDMAN SACHS’ ARGUMENTS IN DEFENCE ARE RIDICULOUS, ABSURD AND IF THEY OR ANYONE BELIEVE THEIR JUSTIFICATIONS, THEY ARE HEADED FOR INSANITY.

COUNTRIES LIKE GERMANY AND CHINA MAY HAVE SAVINGS IN NAME OR THEORY ONLY. LIKE EVERYONE THEY LENT THEIR SAVINGS IN THE NAME OF MAXIMIZING RETURNS AND NOW THESE SAVINGS HAVE BEEN CONSUMED AND BORROWERS CANNOT RETURN AND SO THE WORLD IS SADDLED WITH NO SAVINGS BUT FULL OF DEBTS.

Where have all the money gone?

In order for the financial system to reach a crisis point as it has now done, there must be many cycles of depositing, lending out, re-depositing and re-lending of savers’ money in banks that bankers recklessly lent out at their own and politicians’ behest such that with time, too much money is in the hands of the rich few who benefited from the boom by hook or crook whilst the masses are saddled with debts they foolishly accrued and now cannot service and the savings of thrifty now only exists in name not reality.

The money savers in Germany and Germany thinks it still has, has been substantially maybe even totally lost because it has been lent to countries like Greece and Portugal who now cannot afford to repay the loans and seek to borrow in vain from a cagey market.

This money that originally belonged to Germany or German savers is now in the possession of the rich few who reaped benefits from the loans German bankers made to Greece or Portugal (eg bankers getting fat commissions, developers who sold houses or properties people bought with loans, credit card consumption beneficiaries) and no matter how much these rich few spend, they cannot stimulate or keep the economy alive whilst the masses are saddled with debts, have their possessions repossessed and therefore cannot spend enough to keep the economy going.

The rich do not keep their money in banks or they can transfer out their money quickly emptying local banks making them insolvent overnight. Driven by greed, these rich few entrust their money to hedge funds that are like pirates or sharks trawling everywhere in search of easy prey or killings be it in derivatives, oil market, currency speculation or whatever. It is these hedge funds and bond investors who are now withholding their money for fear of loss or to demand better returns because of risk that is causing impasses, governments and troubled companies cannot find credit where there was plenty in the past. Part of the plentiful credit of the past was a mirage conjured by the shenanigans of the likes of Goldman Sachs and AIG who insured without having the necessary backing, who borrowed short term to lend long term and labelled many shit securities as ‘AAA’. With the stopping or reduction of such abuses as a result of discovery, the amount of credit available in the system is now much less than the mirage of the past.

YOU AND I THINK WE HAVE SOME MONEY IN MALAYSIA BANKS BUT THEY MAY BE ALL GONE NO MATTER WHAT THE BANKS AND THE CENTRAL BANK SWEARS IT IS SAFE. THEY HAVE BEEN LENT RECKLESSLY TO FINANCE HOUSING LOANS, CAR LOANS, CREDIT CARD APART FROM SIGNIFICANT EVEN DESTABILIZING PILFERING BY CORRUPT PEOPLE WITH POWER. YOUR MONEY IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE FEW AND HAS NOW REACHED A DESTABILIZING PROPORTION SUCH THAT THE MASSES HAVE LOST THEIR SAVINGS OR ARE IN SO MUCH DEBT THEY CANNOT SPEND ENOUGH TO KEEP THE ECONOMY HUMMING WHILST THE FEW WHO ACCUMULATED THE MONEY BY HOOK AND CROOK CANNOT SPEND ENOUGH TO KEEP THE ECONOMY ALIVE AND THEY ARE STILL LOOKING FOR MORE PLUNDER (EG PUSH UP OIL PRICES FOR GAIN) AND ARE RELUCTANT TO LEND THEIR MONEY WITHOUT EXTRACTING EXORBITANT RISK PREMIUMS). AND SO THIS MAY BECOME A CONFRONTATION OF THE ANGRY MASSES AND THE RICH FEW AND THERE MAY BE BLOODSHED ON THE STREETS.
