If you think his beaming smile is natural, an appropriate response to the occasion, you have wrong view, false perception because it is the objective truth that applies to everyone that his beaming smile is totally meaningless, inappropriate and so he and those who see nothing wrong but think it apt is headed for suffering even torment.

Jesus said ‘woe to you who laughs for you shall weep’, what he is doing is laughing and that is the certain way to weeping whether it is him or you.

Why is it inappropriate or meaningless? He is stirring his mental force attractively in an even violent way and expressing it in a beaming smile or laughter that is not only a meaningless stirring of blind force but it agitates the mind and harms it with stress, restlessness and inability to concentrate and so he is conditioning himself to suffering whilst encouraging others to appreciate and follow suit with karma not merit attached.

Further his smile or laughter is stereotyped, rehashed and there is great irresistible urge to do so and he is therefore a robot or slave to his laughter than is according to a plan in his mental jukebox and he is headed for robot failure and insanity. Insanity will guarantee your weeping.

BECAUSE ORDINARY PEOPLE SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS BEAMING LAUGHTER, THINKS IT IS APPROPRIATE WHEN IT IS MEANINGLESS AND CONTROLLED INSANITY, THEY HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION THAT IS THE WAY TO THE ANIMAL WORLD EVEN HELL.

You will punish yourself:

Whether you realize you are a robot or not, if it is true you are a robot you will punish yourself without anyone or God punishing you.

The reason is because whatever you say or do comes from copies in your mental jukebox and you are merely a selector and supplier of variable power to what you want to say or do.

It is inevitable that with age there is progressive failure of the mental jukebox so that frequently selected sequences have a tendency to activate out of control or there may be retrieval glitches, inability to access the jukebox with loss of action or speech.

Buffett’s delusion:

Buffett said people who feel cheated by the recession have unfairly lashed out at Wall Street when regulators, mortgage lenders and politicians should share the blame.

WHILST REGULATORS, LENDERS AND POLITICIANS SHARED THE BLAME, WALL STREET SCHEMED WILFULLY TO CHEAT IN A VERY RECKLESS WAY AS EPITOMIZED BY THE ABACUS DEAL WHEN GOLDMAN SACHS, THE APPLE IN BUFFETT’S EYE DELIBERATELY PICKED MORTGAGES DOOMED TO FAIL TO SELL TO UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS SO THAT THEY WOULD SUSTAIN HEAVY LOSSES WHILST HEDGE FUNDS AND GOLDMAN SACHS REAPED BIG PROFITS. ANYONE WHO KNOWS THE THINGS GOLDMAN SACHS WAS DOING AND STILL DEFEND IT HAD WRONG VIEW THAT IS THE WAY TO HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB.

GOLDMAN SACH’S BEHAVIOR IN GENERAL NOT SPECIFIC IS TO BE CENSURED AND SO IT IS ABSURD TO SAY IT WAS BEING UNFAIRLY LASHED.

Buffett talks nonsense:

Soros too is a big critic of Wall Street, is he a victim cheated by the recession as Buffett claimed?

People who do not feel cheated by the recession have also lashed out or censured Wall Street and so Buffett is falsely insulting critics as sore losers lashing out and there will be karma for denigrating critics as poor losers when not all critics are losers.

What about Soros, he too is a critic of Wall Street. Is he a loser in this recession? So Buffett is talking nonsense that will end in madness, richest man or not.

What has being cheated got to do with it?

What is relevant is whether critics are right or wrong in the criticisms of Wall Street not whether they are cheated by the recession or not.

Even if critics have been cheated by the recession they may still be right and have a case to accuse Wall Street and so Buffett is again exhibiting false perception that will end in mad perception, apart from attacking critics unfairly and getting personal.

Why Warren Buffett does not truly understand:

A person who truly understands will only say things he sees and knows as true, if he does not see and know something is true, he does not say it and so if Buffett can be demonstrated to say things that are clearly false, he does not truly understand.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A MAN WHO TRULY UNDERSTANDS TO SAY THINGS THAT HE DID NOT SEE AS TRUE AND THEREFORE CAN BE PROVEN LATER TO BE FALSE.

Toss a coin and you will get it right half the time and thus by memorizing the times you guessed right (that has nothing to do with true understanding) and reapplying them in future situations with similarities you are likely to get it right without true understanding, with rehashed or rote empirical or experimental understanding.

Because what Buffett said that people who feel cheated by the recession has lashed out at Wall Street can be proven objectively as false and no person with true understanding will speak falsely he does not have true understanding.

Even a cursory survey will tell a casual observer that many of those who lashed out at Wall Street (eg Soros) are not cheated by the recession and therefore his statement is false and only a person without true understanding will speak something without seeing it as true.

If his statement is not issued of seeing and knowing it must be a product of force or emotion driven thinking in order to attack (denigrate) critics and defend Wall Street.

Here he is demonstrating his false perception and logic that confirms he has no true understanding. Critics do not need him to attack or denigrate, what matters or is relevant is whether critics are right or wrong to lash out at Wall Street. Goldman Sachs does not need Buffett or anyone to defend it but what is relevant or matters is whether Goldman Sachs is right or wrong in its actions.

Because Buffett thinks or perceives he is right to denigrate critics and defend Wall Street he is demonstrating bizarre logic and perception that proves he has no true understanding and is headed for insanity.

You need force to attack (denigrate) critics and defend Goldman Sachs and so his statement is driven by force, emotion, like and dislike. You need reason and understanding to adjudicate whether critics or Wall Street is right or wrong and because he does not dwell on the rights and wrongs, he is exhibiting no true understanding otherwise he would have spoken about the rightness of critics to ‘lash out’ at Wall Street and the wrongness of Wall Street in undertaking the actions that caused the furore.

RIGHT UNDERSTANDING IS NOT A PERSONAL OPTION BUT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SUSTAIN SERIOUS FUTURE LOSSES AND EVEN GET KILLED, IT IS VITAL YOU DEVELOP TRUE UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE IF YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS FALSE, THEN ONE DAY, UNDERTAKING ACTIONS BASED ON FALSE UNDERSTANDING MAY PROVE FATAL OR LEAD TO BIG LOSSES.

Election fraud: Hundreds of voters to file police report

PETALING JAYA: Hundreds of frustrated Hulu Selangor voters are expected to file a police report tomorrow over alleged fraud during Sunday's by-election.

According to a source, the report will cover a series of alleged wrongdoings.

"Some claimed that they were given money to vote for BN, or that their names were removed from the electoral roll.

"Some also complained that they were not given the opportunity to vote because they were told by Election Commission officers that they had already voted,” he told FMT.

They are expected to lodge the report with the Kuala Kubu Baru district police headquarters.

It seems Sammy Vellu will become Tun Sammy Vellu as an outcome of Hulu Selangor.

When the stylish emotional person has something to say or do, he says or does it with added unnecessary for show prolonging, changing speed and strength that can be compared with a fist rhythmically clenching and loosening with constant prolonging, changing speed and strength.

When the stylish emotional person is experiencing emotions, he is experiencing the consciousness effects of his mental force prolonging, changing speed and strength for no purpose except to experience different emotions, his mind is like a clenched fist constantly clenching and relaxing with prolonging, changing speed and strength for no purpose except to experience the consciousness effects of such stereotyped rehashed force changes.

THUS THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS NEVER TOTALLY RELAXED OR UNCLENCHED, EVEN WHEN AT REST IT IS STILL SIGNIFICANTLY CLENCHED OR SEIZED BY FORCE. WHEN STRICKEN BY STRESS, TIREDNESS OR SUFFERING, THE AUTOMATIC REACTION FOR EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS TO RAISE FORCE, TO CLENCH THEIR FISTS TO RESIST THAT IS ONLY STOPGAP AS IT AGAIN EXPOSES THE MIND TO FORCE THAT RESULTS IN SUFFERING AS THE GRIP OF RESISTING FORCE INEVITABLY TIRES.

WHEN THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON HAS SOMETHING TO SAY OR DO, HIS MIND STIRS FORCE WITH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH BECAUSE IT IS DEEMED IMPRESSIVE OR NATURAL SO THAT HIS MIND THUS SPEAKING AND DOING IS LIKE A CLENCHED FIST KNEADING WITH FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH THAT IS IN TRUTH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND FOR SHOW BECAUSE IT IS PERCEIVED AS STYLISH OR MEANINGFUL. AND THIS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY USE OF FORCE GENERATES STRESS INSOLUBLY TO ASSAIL HIS BESEIGED MIND.

WHEN THE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PERSON IS EXPERIENCING EMOTIONS, HIS MENTAL FORCE IS PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH FOR NO PURPOSE EXCEPT TO FASHION AND EXPERIENCE THE CHARACTERISTIC EFFECTS OF SUCH FORCE STIRRING CALLED LIKING (EXCITEMENT, THRILL), DISLIKING (HATE, ANGER), SADNESS, HURT, AGITATION AND FEAR.

Only a mind that is totally free of force like an unclenched fist is free of suffering and therefore calm, concentrated and blissful and this state has never been experienced by emotional stylish people because their stylish emotional constant clenching and kneading of the fist prevents.

When faced with suffering eg tiredness, stress, restlessness or inability to concentrate, the unemotional, unstylish person does not resist, does not stir force to clench his mind like a clenched fist to bear and even expel what is tormenting. He secludes himself and allows the roiling force to dissipate naturally and he ensures in future he minimizes the exposure of his mind to force both generated unnecessarily by himself and by contact with others.

When the unstylish unemotional person has something meaningful to say or do, he says or does it without added unnecessary for show prolonging, changing speed and strength that can be compared with a fist kneading with constant minimally required speed and strength without prolonging. This way he minimizes the exposure to force of his mind.

The unstylish unemotional person does not experience emotions, he does not allow his mental force to prolong, change speed and strength for no purpose in order to experience different emotions and so he minimizes his mind’s exposure to force.

THE NATURAL RESTING STATE OF THE MIND OF THE UNEMOTIONAL UNSTYLISH PERSON IS LIKE AN UNCLENCHED FIST, DEVOID OF FORCE ACTIVATING AND THAT IS ALWAYS PEACE & BLISSFUL. THE UNEMOTIONAL UNSTYLISH PERSON DOES NOT STIR FORCE THAT IS HARMFUL TO FASHION STYLE OR EXPERIENCE EMOTIONS. WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING MEANINGFUL TO SAY OR DO, HE STIRS MINIMAL REQUIRED FORCE TO SAY OR DO IT WITHOUT PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH. Only one way to understand this statement:

It cannot be disputed by anyone and you do not have to interview the speaker and even himself may not know whether what he said is true or not but what is said below can be objectively understood immediately as totally false with the deluded purpose of falsely reassuring the public so that Spain and Portugal are not the same as Greece:

The fiscal situation of Spain & Portugal can and has been compared to Greece and so it is false to say it cannot be compared, what remains for contention is how similar they are to Greece. There is economic basis for negative news about Spain and Portugal, what remains for contention is how grave they are. You cannot stop people from speculating or tell people not to speculate.

This is the utterly false statement of someone with vested interest who wants to falsely reassure the public about Spain and Portugal. He is telling people what to do, namely not speculate, something he has no right. What he said is not based on seeing and knowing but driven by emotion to falsely influence those gullible that Spain and Portugal are not in the same boat as Greece when there are clear evidence this is not the case.

The clenched mind is always suffering:

Just as the clenched fist is always suffering compared to the unclenched perfectly relaxed hand, the clenched mind is always suffering compared to the unclenched mind.

The mind in which force is active or seizing is always suffering whilst the mind that is totally rid of force, in which force is not active, does not seize is always blissful and so it is that should anyone find suffering intolerable or unbearable he must find wisdom and discernment to always watch and detect the stirring of force and thence swiftly exit force.

THE WISE PERSON USES FORCE MINIMALLY ONLY WHEN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO SAY OR DO THINGS AND ONCE THE NEED FOR FORCE HAS PASSED HE REVERTS TO A FORCE FREE OR UNCLENCHED STATE OF HIS MIND.

HE IS ALERT AND GUARDS HIS MIND LIKE A HAWK TO DETECT SIGNS OF FORCE STIRRING, TENSION IN HIS MIND AND BODY AND THEN HE DOES NOT USE THE COMPLETELY WRONG TOOL OF FORCE TO DRIVE OUT STIRRED FORCE BUT HE DESISTS FROM WHATEVER ACTIVITY CAUSING STIRRED FORCE, DESISTS FROM CONTACT WITH OTHERS THAT RADIATE FORCE ON HIM AND HE ALLOWS THE ARISEN FORCE TO DISSIPATE BY ITSELF WITHOUT STIRRING FORCE ANEW.

THE CORRECT RESPONSE TO THE SUFFERING OF STIRRED OR ARISEN FORCE IN THE MIND IS TO ALLOW THAT FORCE TO DISSIPATE OR EXPEND ITSELF WITHOUT STOKING IT, IT IS TOTALLY WRONG TO USE FORCE TO COUNTER FORCE WHICH GENERATES NEW FORCE THAT KEEPS THAT MIND IN ORBIT AROUND FORCE.

FOR A PERSON WHO DESIRES ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING HE MUST MINIMIZE THE GENERATION OF FORCE IN HIS OWN MIND, MINIMIZE EXPOSURE TO EXTERNAL FORCE FROM OTHERS’ SPEECH AND ACTIONS AND SWIFTLY DETECT AND ENSURE FORCE GENERATED IS SWIFTLY DISSIPATED RATHER THAN PERSISTING WITH THE FORCE GENERATING ACTIVITY THAT CAUSES FORCE TO GRIP HIS MIND IN AN EVEN TIGHTER VICE. THE LONGER AND MORE INTENSE YOU ALLOW YOUR MIND TO BE EXPOSED TO FORCE, THE HARDER AND LONGER IT TAKES FOR IT TO DISSIPATE AND WITHOUT COMPLETELY DISSIPATING ARISEN FORCE THERE CAN BE NO TRUE RELEASE FROM SUFFERING.

Trying to be clever, the person is trying to make a false association as if it is that wonderful or special, of emerging from one drama (as in a film or show) into a ‘real’ drama outside. This association is false or spurious and is intended emotionally to stir others’ sense of humour (as if it is funny in a morbid way when there is nothing funny) with deadly karma and future mad perception not merit or a reflection of what truly happened.

IF YOU PERCEIVE THE TRUTH IS SPOKEN HERE YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE PERSON HAS TWISTED REALITY TO TRY TO STIR MORBID HUMOUR WITH THE FALSE ASSOCIATION THAT HE EMERGED FROM ON FAKED DRAMA OF A CINEMA INTO THE ‘REAL’ DRAMA ON THE STREET AS A RESULT OF THE BOMB SCARE.

Is this meaningful?

Painting colourful intricate murals on your hands is meaningless, serves no useful functions yet much work has to be done and money paid to have them installed. If you use your hands to wash clothes that is meaningful because you get clean clothes afterwards.

It is not for anyone to dispute that what is on display is meaningless and the fact that anyone will dispute that it is meaningful only serves to acknowledge his false perception.

It is not meaning or understand that makes people wear such adornments but it is attraction, the stirring of mental force to like them that is the cause and because attraction is about the impermanent meaningless stirring of blind force they are all headed for insanity.

ANYONE WHO FINDS WHAT IS MEANINGLESS MEANINGFUL, UNNECESSARY NECESSARY IS HEADED FOR SUFFERING BECAUSE THEY HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION.

Teacher had 'intense fantasies' about boy

A HIGH school teacher has been accused of sending "disturbing" letters to a 16-year-old student.

Others hearing about it may laugh and poke fun at others’ silliness not realizing that they themselves are vulnerable to such silly behaviour that can cause them humiliation.

What is being discussed is infatuation and all liking and disliking people are vulnerable to irrational, irresistible infatuation. Infatuation is about the attractive stirring of a person’s mental force by an object or person and it can feed on itself, the more frequent the liking person dwells on that object or person, the more easily aroused and intense his attraction until it is so intense and easily aroused, he is smitten and crazy about the person who may be quite ordinary even ugly.

What Buffet says is wrong and therefore he is headed for torment.

Goldman Sachs is either right or wrong in his actions and so if Buffett is a man of reason, he would not defend Goldman Sachs but state that its actions in matters A, B & C are right and why they are right.

You need force to defend and you need strong force to strongly defend and it is blind and the wrong tool to use to adjudicate in any matter. In whatever matter, a person is either right or wrong, anything more, defending comes from evil not good.

Buffett did not state why he thinks Goldman Sachs actions eg in selling Abacus to unsuspecting clients are right and yet he is defending it.

SUPPOSE GOLDMAN SACHS IS EVIL AND UNSCRUPULOUS OR THE BAD TREE THAT CANNOT BEAR GOOD FRUIT ACCORDING TO JESUS. ANYONE THUS DEFENDING GOLDMAN SACHS IS DEFENDING EVIL AND WILL GO THE WAY OF EVIL.

Generally speaking:

People hear others and they themselves like to speak stylishly of ‘speaking in general’ or ‘generally speaking’ or ‘as a rule’ without understanding truly that what is said is false and the person is revealing himself as a rehashing robot.

By saying ‘generally speaking’ the person is inadvertently acknowledging that he does not see and understand the situation but perceiving certain features, he is moved to retrieve and rehash a rule or principle to be applied that may or may not be the truth or reality of what happened.

The person who truly understands does not speak generally but always specifically after having truly understood the situation as such and such. If he does not understand, he does not speak.

What is generally spoken is a rule or principle that is memorized amongst the many principles stored in the person’s mental jukebox to be applied sometimes more aptly sometimes dangerously inappropriately and it is the rule that dictates what the person says or does on the occasion and so he is a robot or slave to the many rules in his mind that commands him to say or do certain things at certain times.

PEOPLE PERCEIVE THEY ARE IMPRESSIVE OR AUTHORITATIVE AND SPEAKING THE TRUTH WHEN THEY SAY, ‘GENERALLY SPEAKING’ BUT THEY ARE UNWITTINGLY EXPOSING THEMSELVES AS SPEAKING WITHOUT TRULY UNDERSTANDING THE MATTER AT HAND AND THEY ARE ROBOTS REHASHING RULES TO BE APPLIED THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE APT AND CAN LEAD TO LOSS AND EVEN INJURY.

IF YOU MUST SPEAK GENERALLY THEN YOU ARE SPEAKING FALSELY AND SHOULD REFRAIN FROM COMMENTING.

Warren Buffett: Not entirely Goldman Sachs’s fault:

What is stated above reflects Buffett’s serious false logic. By saying it is not entirely Goldman’s fault Buffett is admitting Goldman is guilty but others must share the blame.

The rating agencies which gave Abacus ‘AAA’ status are to blame but if there was no inducement or arm twisting by Goldman the rating agencies would not voluntarily slap ‘AAA’ rating on shit bonds.

If investors who bought the bond had been told that there were mortgages contained that were specifically picked because they are likely to go bad, they are unlikely if not impossible to have bought them. If they have bought it after being warned there are rotten bonds then they deserved to be blamed.

WITHOUT GOLDMAN SACHS EXERTING PRESSURE, RATERS WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ‘AAA’ TO ABACUS, WITHOUT GOLDMAN SACHS WITHOLDING INFORMATION THAT THE DERIVATIVE CONTAINED MORTGAGES LIKELY TO GO BAD, INVESTORS WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM.

WHAT IS LEFT ARE REGULATORS WHO ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY BUT SURELY GOLDMAN SACHS SHOULD HAVE THE CONSCIENCE TO KNOW THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS GRIEVOUS TO OTHERS. Apportioning blame:

Most emotional people hearing what Buffett had to say that Goldman is not entirely to blame would not be able to work out by themselves the truth or falsity of Buffett’s statement.

Only parties involved are liable for blame and so in this case, the actors are a) Hedge fund Paulson who asked Goldman Sachs to construct a derivative using subprime loans he thought would ‘bomb’ b) Goldman Sachs who constructed the derivative as requested and also knowing said, let’s be aggressive distributing (the shit not goodies) c) the rating agency who falsely gave the derivative a ‘AAA’ status d) regulators who were asleep at the job e) investors who did not open up the parcel to see rotten meat mixed with good meat.

Thus from this set of assembled characters it can be determined that Goldman Sachs and Paulson are primarily to blame for knowingly maliciously want to make money by selling shit to unsuspecting investors, the rating agencies were induced by bribery to falsely give AAA ratings and the authorities did not do their job properly and investors were hoodwinked, they were gullible to trust the ratings and assurances given.

THUS GOLDMAN SACHS STANDS TO BLAME HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST WITH PAULSON ACTING AS THE DEVIL’S ADVOCATE.

Who is guilty of what?

Investors who bought Abacus are guilty of greed and foolishness, they are victims being cheated, not cheaters.

Paulson of the hedge fund and Goldman Sachs are guilty of cheating, they are cheats and also of corruption or bribery of rating agencies necessary to sell overrated derivatives to unsuspecting investors.

Rating agency and federal authorities involved are not guilty of cheating but dereliction of duty with corruption or being bribed if the rating agency was bribed.

THUS INVESTORS ARE NOT GUILTY OF CHEATING BUT GUILTY OF GREED & FOOLISHNESS, FED AUTHORITIES AND RATING AGENCY ARE NOT GUILTY OF CHEATING BUT DERELICTION OF DUTY WHILST PAULSON AND GOLDMAN SACHS ARE GUILTY OF STRAIGHT IN THE FACE WILLFUL CHEATING.

Goldman Sachs' chief executive has denied his bank contributed to the US financial crisis by betting some of its own investment products would fail.

Whether the Bank has contributed to the financial crisis as denied can be objectively determined if not by him and you then by God and cannot be refuted by anyone.

Only if you know it is true should you say it, if you did not know it is true or the bank contributed to the crisis by betting thus then you are asking for judgment that is far more painful than you ever dreamt possible.

WHENEVER YOU WANT TO DENY ANYTHING, MAKE SURE IT IS TRUE. EVEN IF YOU DID NOT KNOW IF IT IS TRUE YOU WILL BE WISE NOT TO DENY BECAUSE THERE IS PAINFUL PENALTY IF YOUR DENIAL IS FALSE.

This morning, going about my daily chores I was aware of the paucity or sparseness of thoughts as I went along and when I found myself thinking, I could stop myself thinking and it would stop for a significant period where it was not possible in the past. How long is an eternity? The Buddha said that if a room was filled with tiny mustard seeds then if you were to take out one seed every hundred years then after you have taken out all the seeds, that eternity has still not ended (but it may be about to end soon).

How does one attain the wonderful state of no thinking?

It is impossible a person who is greedy for gains, immersed in affairs of this world can achieve effortless no thinking. It is possible for a person disenchanted with the shenanigans and pettiness of this world to achieve no thinking.

It is impossible for a person who has style or uses force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness to stop thinking at will, it is possible for a person without style, who does not use force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness to stop thinking.

It is impossible for a person who does not pay attention to his thinking, who is not even aware he is thinking but is preoccupied with affairs of the world to stop thinking. It is possible for a person who is aware of his thinking, who pays attention to his thinking to put a stop to that thinking.

Throughout their lives, stylish emotional people have been indulgent of thinking and have wrong view that thinking is good and leads to salvation when it is a dead end and leads to captivity and woe. Their thinking may be diverted to another topic or they jump haphazardly from one topic excitedly to another but they have never been capable of truly stopping their thinking so that no a thought passes their mind at a moment.

Seclusion to isolate oneself from the thought provoking influences of others, extraneous sights and sounds is a requisite to develop no thinking. Meditation to calm the mind (not indulge in intellectual speculation and fantasy) is another requisite. By keep telling yourself ‘stop thinking’ when you catch yourself thinking, you have briefly momentarily interrupted the flow of thought that you have never done before and if you persist, a day may come when the ability to stop thinking is superior to the desire to think.

TO STOP THINKING ONE MUST SECLUDE ONESELF FROM THE THOUGHT PROVOKING CONTACT WITH OTHERS AND THE ENVIRONMENT. ONE MUST MEDITATE FREQUENTLY TO CALM ONE’S MIND (NOT TO INDULGE IN EGO BOOSTING INTELLECTUAL THINKING OR FANTASIES).

US economy continues to recover:

This is a BBC headline and many emotional people reading will jump to the unwarranted conclusion that it is back to the past or health when it is not necessarily so.

Suppose Uncle Sam is actually bankrupt but it is issuing currency that people including the rest of the world treat as valuable, the US would still be able to buy goods from the world with pieces of paper that it cannot back up with assets.

THE RECOVERY MAY BE ON CREDIT THAN CASH, CHINA AND THE WORLD IS FOOLISHLY HAPPY TO SUPPLY GOODS TO THE US FOR PIECES OF PAPER THAT MAY NOT HAVE WEALTH BACKING IT UP AND SO THE ILLUSION OF PRODUCTIVE EXPORT TO THE US CONTINUES. BECAUSE THE US OWES THE WORLD A LOT OF MONEY THAT IT WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY IF NOT IMPOSSIBILITY REPAYING WHATEVER EXPORTS TO THE US IS JUST ON FURTHER CREDIT ON THE HOPE THAT MAY BE FOOLISH AND FUTILE THAT THE US WILL FULFILL ITS OBLIGATIONS AND REPAY IN FULL.

Goldman Sachs’ arguments hold no water:

Goldman Sachs justified its actions in selling what itself called shit in internal mail to investors by saying they are sophisticated investors who have an appetite for risk and Goldman Sachs has no responsibility or duty to look after them.

But Goldman Sachs’ justifications cannot stand scrutiny or hold no water.

By their admission, Goldman Sachs was trying to unload their warehouse full of deteriorating subprime loans onto customers. Any decent fruit seller stuck with a lot of overripe fruit it wants to sell quick would share the losses with customers by selling at a discount and telling the customer the fruit is a bit too ripe and may rot. By selling at a discount, you lose some and you give the customer the opportunity to gain because if the loans recover, he may make a profit.

A TRUE GENTLEMAN OR PROPER BUSINESSMAN SHARES THE RISKS WITH HIS CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE HE KNOWS THE GOODS HE SELLS ARE SUSPECT, HE SELLS AT A DISCOUNT TO TAKE SOME LOSS HIMSELF AND IN EXCHANGE FOR THE CUSTOMER TAKING POSSESSION OF HIS DAMAGED GOODS, HE GIVES HIM A CHANCE TO WIN SHOULD THE GOODS BE RETRIEVABLE, CAN BE SOLD AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN SOLD.

Where have all the money gone?

In order for the financial system to reach a crisis point as it has now done, there must be many cycles of depositing, lending out, re-depositing and re-lending of savers’ money in banks that bankers recklessly lent out at their own and politicians’ behest such that with time, too much money is in the hands of the rich few who benefited from the boom by hook or crook whilst the masses are saddled with debts they foolishly accrued and now cannot service and the savings of thrifty now only exists in name not reality.

The money savers in Germany and Germany thinks it still has, has been substantially maybe even totally lost because it has been lent to countries like Greece and Portugal who now cannot afford to repay the loans and seek to borrow in vain from a cagey market.

This money that originally belonged to Germany or German savers is now in the possession of the rich few who reaped benefits from the loans German bankers made to Greece or Portugal (eg bankers getting fat commissions, developers who sold houses or properties people bought with loans, credit card consumption beneficiaries) and no matter how much these rich few spend, they cannot stimulate or keep the economy alive whilst the masses are saddled with debts, have their possessions repossessed and therefore cannot spend enough to keep the economy going.

The rich do not keep their money in banks or they can transfer out their money quickly emptying local banks making them insolvent overnight. Driven by greed, these rich few entrust their money to hedge funds that are like pirates or sharks trawling everywhere in search of easy prey or killings be it in derivatives, oil market, currency speculation or whatever. It is these hedge funds and bond investors who are now withholding their money for fear of loss or to demand better returns because of risk that is causing impasses, governments and troubled companies cannot find credit where there was plenty in the past. Part of the plentiful credit of the past was a mirage conjured by the shenanigans of the likes of Goldman Sachs and AIG who insured without having the necessary backing, who borrowed short term to lend long term and labelled many shit securities as ‘AAA’. With the stopping or reduction of such abuses as a result of discovery, the amount of credit available in the system is now much less than the mirage of the past.

All along, governments all over the world have been pandering the electorates avoiding painful necessary belt tightening with the purpose of courting popularity and staying in power but the national debts have grown to monstrous sizes so that any belt tightening must be severe with backlash on the ruling party.

Levin’s view: Senator Carl Levin, the committee’s chairman, described the bank and its Wall Street peers yesterday as “self-interested promoters of risky and complex financial schemes that helped trigger the crisis”.

My view: Goldman Sachs is run by ruthless cheats who, faced with massive losses of their mortgage portfolios, frantically criminally sloughed off these increasingly worthless mortgages they held in twisted camouflaged or disguised schemes sanctioned by rating agencies at face value without any discounts.

THE TWO VIEWS ABOVE ARE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT. IF I AM CORRECT, LEVIN’S (EMOTION TAINTED) VIEW IS WRONG. THOSE ARE NOT RISKY COMPLEX FINANCIAL SCHEMES BUT TWISTED CAMOUFLAGED SHIT DISGUISED OR TOUTED AS FOOD. RATHER THAN BEING JUST RISKY, THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BLOW UP IN THE FACES OF ITS BUYERS.

Objectively by self admission and evidence, Goldman Sachs is guilty of fraud and that is an offence with a jail sentence. Thus Warren Buffett is sanctioning fraud and it reflects mankind’s lack of true understanding that there is such a fuss and many think what Goldman Sachs did may be legitimate.

If you sell goods that has much less value than you tout or does not work you are guilty of fraud and so if you are a peddler of stuff as Goldman is, the onus is on you to know the nature of what you sell lest you run the risk of being charged for fraud, not on the customer to be savvy in determining the nature of what he is buying as Goldman Sachs perversely argued.

Surely Goldman Sachs would not sell gold for the price of shit and so why should it think it is right to sell shit for the price of gold as it has done?

ANYONE IN BUSINESS SHOULD BE AWARE OF LAWS ON FRAUD SO AS NOT TO RUN FOUL OF THEM AND WHAT GOLDMAN SACHS HAS DONE IS CLEARLY SIMPLY FRAUD.

US$ trillions of debts coming due in next 3 years:

Those who think we have negotiated the treacherous rapids may be complacent. According to the comments below trillion dollars worth of debt are due over the next three years and there is potential for another financial crisis of mega proportions:

IF THE WORLD HAD THE MONEY IT WOULD NOT NEED TO BORROW AND SO THE FACT THAT TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF DEBT ARE DUE IN THREE YEARS INDICATES DANGEROUS EVEN FATAL DEPENDENCY ON DEBT. EVEN BEFORE THEY ARE DUE, THE WORLD IS IN TROUBLE NOW, WHAT MORE WHEN THEY ARE DUE?

Why another financial collapse may be inevitable:

You do not need to be a finance expert but you need true understanding based on objectively available data to predict a major global financial collapse is looming. Even if you are a finance expert, the obvious conclusions may escape you if you have no true understanding.

 

The reason why another financial collapse is looming is because trillions of bank and corporate debts (denominated in bonds) are due (principals have to be repaid) in the next three years and the nature of the key instrument of debt, the bond that allows the issuer to pay interest (coupon) at specified intervals and the full sum at maturity. Thus the bond issuer only has to service interest at intervals but the crunch comes at maturity when he must return the principal. It is because of bonds maturing and companies like Lehman Bros being unable to repay the principle, Greece’s bonds worth a $100 billion coming mature soon and it cannot repay the principal nor find borrowers to roll over the debts that it is in such strife.

It is said that trillions of dollars worth of bank and corporate debts (bonds) are coming due in the next three years and trillions have been lent to the ‘Club Med’ countries which are now in grave financial trouble.

Quote: A bond is a debt security, in which the authorized issuer owes the holders a debt and, depending on the terms of the bond, is obliged to pay interest (the coupon) and/or to repay the principal at a later date, termed maturity. A bond is a formal contract to repay borrowed money with interest at fixed intervals.

It was said that Lehman’s collapse was because it could not fulfil its debt obligations that have matured and that triggered a financial collapse averted only by the Federal Reserve intervening to pump a lot of printed money (without asset backing) to shore up the system.

 

The reason why Greece is in trouble now is because about a $100 billion of its debts in bonds are due and it has no money to pay or redeem those bonds and it is having difficulty if not impossibility rolling over or issuing new bonds to cover those maturing because lenders are reluctant to extend further credit. 

 

Bonds allow borrowers the luxury of borrowing vast sums of money whilst paying periodic interest payments with the principal due at maturity. It is this exemption from paying the principal in the interim of the duration of the bond that is the potential killer because when maturity arrives and the borrower has spent everything and saved nothing, he cannot pay the principal and therefore defaults.

IT IS UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE THAT EVERYONE OF THOSE TRILLIONS OF BONDS COMING DUE IS BACKED BY THE ABILITY OF THE BORROWERS TO REPAY THE PRINCIPALS OWED, MANY OF THESE BONDS MAY HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO COVER BONDS THAT WERE UNPAYABLE AND SO IT IS LIKELY A LARGE PROPORTION OF BONDS MATURING OVER THE NEXT THREE YEARS THAT AMOUNT TO TRILLIONS WILL BE DEFAULTED AND THAT MEANS A FINANCIAL CRISIS OF MEGA PROPORTIONS.

THE INSTRUMENT OF DEBT, THE BOND REQUIRES PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL ONLY AT MATURITY. IT IS UNLIKELY IF NOT CERTAINLY IMPOSSIBLE THAT ALL THESE BOND ISSUERS CAN REPAY THEIR PRINCIPALS AT MATURITY AND SO SYSTEM THREATENING DEFAULT MAY BE LOOMING.

What are the chances a significant even systemically fatal proportion will default knowing the nature of the borrowers and the precedents set recently?

What is the underlying problem of the current Greece crisis? It is the maturing of billions of dollars of bonds and Greece’s inability to repay them.

Stirred by emotion, a proxy of mental force, not guided by truth or understanding a person is moved to embrace false perception and falsely call a vehicle luxury on wheels.

No matter how luxurious a car (eg Rolls Royce or Bentley) it is still a car with wheels never luxury on wheels except in your and the accepting public false perception that they do not believe will end in uncontrollable mad perception.

LUXURY IS NOT AN ENTITY THAT CAN BE CARRIED ON WHEELS. IT IS THE SUBCONSCIOUS FLIRTATION WITH FALSITY THAT MAKES SUCH FALSE STATEMENTS LIKE ‘LUXURY ON WHEELS’ SO ATTRACTIVE OR PREFERABLE TO EMOTIONAL PEOPLE.

Not everyone understands (falsely) as you do that ‘luxury on wheels’ means ‘a very luxurious car’ like the Mercedes, children and others new to the English language may find it odd because it literally means luxury resting on wheels not a very luxurious car.

That ‘luxury on wheels’ means ‘a very luxurious car’ is a rehashed false understanding, people have come to understand and accept that ‘A’ means ‘B’ and that can only come about by memorizing and rehashing from memory and so that is false rehashed understanding.

This is always a hypocritical statement to appease the ‘markets’ or customers not sincere.

What standards does Goldman Sachs have that need review? It is driven by greed to grab even at all costs. If in truth Goldman Sachs has not standards, no ethics then what standards are there to review.

A PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS WHAT HE IS DOING DOES NOT NEED STANDARDS WHICH ARE FIXED RULES YOU WRITE AND REFER TO, TO GUIDE YOUR ACTIONS IN WHICH YOU ARE A SLAVE OR ROBOT TO THOSE STANDARDS. A recent two-page spread in the New York Times, costing thousands of US dollars and featuring the prime minister's wife, was placed on behalf of the Malaysian government.

In an e-mail response to questions from The Nut Graph, the New York Times said: "The advertisement was placed by an ad agency on behalf of the Malaysian government."

The response from New York Times executive director of community affairs and media relations, Diane McNulty, reveals that the ad was not placed by private individuals, as suggested by the last line in the ad's congratulatory message.

McNulty, however, declined to disclose how much the ad cost, saying the company never discusses the cost of an individual ad as there are many variables and rates involved. These include the kind of schedule the ad purchaser has with the company, as well as the advertising category it falls within.

However, research on previous full-page ads taken out in the New York Times suggests that the cost of such advertisements ranges from US$180,000 to US$230,000. This amounts to between RM580,000 and RM740,000 for a one-page ad.

A two-page colour spread such as the one featuring Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor is expected to cost far more.

"Friends and family"

The ad was placed on 16 April 2010, on the last day of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's visit to the US, to congratulate Rosmah on her being conferred a little-known International Peace and Harmony Award.

The ad welcomed Rosmah as Malaysia's "First Lady" to New York, and carried the message: "In recognition of your effort to promote peace, harmony and understanding among the people of Malaysia and your courageous acts in making a difference to the lives of people and children around the world. Malaysia is proud of you."

It was signed off: "Best wishes from family and friends in USA and Malaysia."

The ad did not name the Business Council for International Understanding, the outfit that gave Rosmah the award.

Against a backdrop of controversies surrounding the hiring of media relations firm Apco Worldwide Sdn Bhd, and Rosmah's alleged interference in government matters, the two-page ad has stirred up gossip and blog postings about who paid for it.

It has also been noted that while Rosmah was prominently featured in the ad in a respected and established newspaper, US media coverage of Najib's visit and meeting with President Barack Obama was scant.

Sultan snubs Zaid:

There is no suggestion the Sultan snubbed Zaid although this may be the case. The truth may be the sultan declined to meet Zaid, that is not the same as snub except in your perverted perception.

WITHOUT ASCERTAINING IT IS TRUE THE SULTAN SNUBBED ZAID YOU ARE COURTING INSANITY AND INCURRING KARMA MISREPRESENTING THE SULTAN BY SPEAKING OF SNUBBED WHEN IT MAY ONLY BE THE SULTAN DECLINED TO MEET ZAID.

THUS EMOTIONAL PEOPLE SEVERELY UNDERESTIMATE THE SUFFERING DUE THEM THAT THE BUDDHA SAID IS AS VAST AS AN OCEAN AND AS LONG AS AN ETERNITY FOR THEIR SINS.

The sin of tempting or enticing:

There are many variations of the above advertisement that tempts you to visit a fair in order to get a chance to win an iPad.

The true reason for visiting some place is because you have something meaningful to do, not to win an iPad and you are encouraging others to visit for false reasons or mad reasons. Further, the chances of winning are slim and so you are encouraging others to gamble or hope that may be dashed.

IF PEOPLE WANT TO DO SOMETHING, THEY DO NOT NEED INDUCEMENTS FROM YOU THAT ARE FALSE REASONS THAT WILL END IN MADNESS AND YOU HAVE KARMA NOT MERIT FOR INDUCING OTHERS. FURTHER, IT IS A RISK, THE CHANCES OF WINNING ARE SLIM AND SO YOU ARE SINFULLY ENCOURAGING OTHERS TO TAKE LONG ODDS OR GAMBLE OR ‘TRY HIS LUCK’.

The nature of temptation:

Temptation is about stirring another (via stirring his mental force attractively) to do something for you, for ulterior motive.

For instance the purpose of tempting someone with a chance to win an iPad is so that more people will visit your booth at the fair and you always do so by addressing the person’s mental force to be attracted overriding his true reason to accede to your temptation.

Thus women dress provocatively, speak and do things provocatively (with force prolonging, changing speed and strength) to stir the lust of men (or stir their mental forces attractively) so that they will throw caution to the wind and become captives of their wiles.

YOU NEED FORCE TO INDUCE OR TEMPT, YOU MUST PLY THE TARGET PERSON WITH FORCE, WITH FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH TO STIR HIS MENTAL FORCE ATTRACTIVELY SO THAT HE WILL THROW HIS INHIBITIONS AND SENSES ASIDE AND SUCCUMB TO YOUR TEMPTATIONS.

TEMPTING SOMEONE IS TRAINING SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING FOR THE FALSE REASONS THAT WILL END IN INSANITY AND SO THE TEMPTOR HAS SERIOUS KARMA.

THIS IS A FALSE LOGIC AND PERCEPTION THAT MANY PRACTICE SOMNOLENTLY AND SEE NOTHING WRONG, YOU DO SOMETHING BAD (BE LENIENT OR DON’T BRING TO ACCOUNTABILITY OR PUNISH) IN THE NAME OF PROTECTING THE SYSTEM, SOMETHING THAT MAY NOT BE TRUE.

Thus if you share the sentiment stated, you agree, you may have perverted perception and logic that will end in madness.

Charge contradiction indicates incompetent fabrication:

IF YOU CHARGE SOMEONE FOR A SERIOUS CRIME IT MUST BE THE TRUTH AND SO IF IT WAS NOT CONSENSUAL, YOUR CHARGE OF CONSENSUAL SODOMY IS FALSE.

IT IS A LAME EXCUSE TO CLAIM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS THE DISCRETION TO FRAME A LESSER CHARGE WHEN THERE IS STRONG EVIDENCE OF THE FORMER. WHY WOULD THE AG FRAME A LESSER CHARGE WHEN THE MORE SERIOUS CHARGE ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE?

ON THE OTHER HAND IF THIS WAS A CONCOCTION IN HASTE, THEN IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT THEY ARBITRARILY CHARGED ANWAR WITH CONSENSUAL SODOMY AND THEN ON THE HEAT OF THE MOMENT SAIFUL CLAIMS IT WAS NOT CONSENSUAL TO UPHOLD HIS ‘HONOR’.

Seeing through Saiful:

It is because people’s view of others is tainted by emotions that they cannot truly see through a person when it is possible to see so.

Watching Saiful’s demeanour in court, I see he is faking it trying to present a false image of acceptability.

SAIFUL’S APPEARANCE DEPICTS SOMEONE WITH SOMETHING TO HIDE BEHIND APPARENT IMPASSIVITY, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WHO WAS SODOMIZED AND PASSIONATELY LOOKING FOR REVENGE.

IF YOU LOOK AT SAIFUL AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF HIM AND HIS ALLEGATION, YOU ARE A PERSON WITHOUT TRUE UNDERSTANDING. NO MATTER HOW ANYONE MIGHT TRY TO HIDE HIS TRUE FEELINGS AND THINKING, IT IS VISIBLE IN HIS APPEARANCE AND CONDUCT.

HE HAS ADMITTED SEEING NAJIB BEFORE HIS LAST SODOMY TO DISCUSS HIS 'PLIGHT' AND SURELY IF IT WAS TRUE THE POLICE WOULD HAVE BEEN INCOMPETENT NOT TO SET UP A TRAP FOR ANWAR TO OBTAIN INCRIMINATING AUDIOVISUAL EVIDENCE AND MADE SURE SAIFUL WAS EXAMINED BY THE BEST FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST AFTER HIS ACT RATHER THAN SHOP AROUND ON FOOT FOR ONE.

Why Anwar sodomy case is a conspiracy:

First it was denied Najib met Saiful and then it was admitted they met at his home. Saiful has admitted in court that he saw Najib before his last act with Anwar because he was troubled.

Thus if it was genuine, Najib and therefore the police would have been alerted to what is going on to have set up a trap to obtain irrefutable evidence of the act.

If the police have squandered their ‘golden opportunity’ to nail Anwar for good by obtaining irrefutable audiovisual evidence then the only recourse for decent people is to let Anwar off the hook since a person is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. By persisting to prosecute Anwar despite missing a golden opportunity to nail him through incompetence, it reflects that the pursuit is not reasoned but obsessive, to frame and convict Anwar.

IF SAIFUL DID NOT, AS ADMITTED, MET WITH NAJIB AND DISCUSSED THE SUBJECT BEFOREHAND, IT MAY BE UNDERSTANDABLE TO PROSECUTE ANWAR FOR THE OFFENCE WITHOUT IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE BUT BECAUSE SAIFUL MET NAJIB BEFOREHAND, IT IS PREPOSTEROUS OR REFLECTS GROSS POLICE INCOMPETENCE THEY DID NOT SET A TRAP TO NAIL ANWAR.

Saiful even spoke to IGP about his problem:

According to Saiful he even spoke to Musa the IGP about his problem with Anwar before his last act with Anwar.

Thus police knew what was going on and it reflects gross incompetence that they could not collect irrefutable evidence of the deed.

The sodomy trial of opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday, May 12, heard that complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan had made contact with several figures, including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan, before lodging a police report against Anwar days later.

Anwar's lead counsel Karpal Singh on Wednesday continued cross-examining Saiful after the court declined to grant a stay of proceedings pending an appeal.

Anwar is expected to file his notice of appeal at the Court of Appeal this afternoon to appeal against the High Court's earlier decision to not grant him access to Saiful's witness statements.

When asked, Saiful reiterated that he met Najib at the latter's Taman Duta residence at about 8pm on June 24, 2008 to complain about his "problems".

According to Saiful, he was brought to Najib's house by Najib's former special officer Khairil Anas Jusoh and met the then-deputy prime minister for about 20 minutes.

Saiful, who is the prosecution's first witness, told the court that Najib did not give him any advice on what to do, and said Najib appeared "skeptical" when told about Saiful's "problem".

Questioned by Karpal, Saiful said he did not meet with Najib's wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and only saw the latter as he was leaving Najib's house.

To another question, Saiful said former national athlete Datuk Dr Mumtaz Jaafar was not at Najib's house when Saiful visited.

Mumtaz is believed to be a close associate of Rosmah, but the former's links to the case is yet to be made clear.

Saiful said he first met special officer Khairil sometime in December 2007 or January 2008 to obtain a letter of support for Saiful's application for a MARA education loan to pursue a pilot training programme in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

Saiful had earlier dropped out of his engineering course in UiTM after apparently receiving poor grades due to his involvement in student council activities.

'No statement taken'

According to Saiful, after he met with Najib, he had received a call from a senior police officer Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police (SAC) II (who was then Assistant Commissioner of Police) Datuk Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof and they met a room in Melia Hotel here.

Saiful said Rodwan did not record any statement from him during the meeting, and scheduled another meeting at the Concorde Hotel here the next day on June 25, 2008.

Rodwan, however, cancelled the June 25 meeting ahead of time and both men did not meet again, Saiful told the court.

When asked, Saiful admitted to contacting Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan via telephone on the morning of June 25, 2008 to "complain about [his] problem".

Saiful's testimony prompted loud murmurs in court when he maintained that he "had been severely wronged by Anwar (memang banyak dianiyai oleh Anwar)".

"I wanted to tell him (Musa) that I had been sodomised several times inside and outside the country by Anwar but after less than a minute (of conversation) he hung up and told me not to contact him again. Maybe he thought it was a prank call," Saiful said.

When asked, Saiful said he obtained Musa's telephone number when he was at Najib's house on June 24, 2008.

The 24-year-old claimed he had saved Musa's number in his mobile phone after overhearing the number when Najib apparently asked his aides for the number.

Saiful, who was Anwar's aide for several months in 2008, said he first confided in his uncle Tuah Mohd Halim about the alleged sodomy on June 26, 2008.

Saiful had lodged a police report and performed a medical examination on June 28, 2008, accusing Anwar of sodomising him.

Saiful, in his police report, claimed that June 26, 2008 was "the last time" he was sodomised by Anwar, the date on which the trial and charge is focused on.

Karpal then asked the court to adjourn proceedings until Mumtaz and Ezam can be brought to court for Saiful to identify, prompting disagreement from Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden who said that prosecutors needed some time to arrange for that.

Karpal then said the proceedings could wait for Mumtaz and Ezam to appear, asking "What's the hurry (to go on with the trial)?"

To that, Saiful retorted, "It's been two years", referring to the time since he lodged a police report on June 28, 2008 alleging sodomy by his former employer.

Tuah and Mohd Rodwan were produced in court today for identification.

When asked, Saiful said his friend Rahimi Osman had brought him to meet with former PKR Youth Chief Ezam Mohd Noor around midnight between June 27, 2008 and June 28, 2008.

Saiful said that he, Rahimi, Tuah and Ezam met in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang.

Saiful had earlier testified that he was roped in to Anwar's office shortly before the general elections in March 2008 by his close friend Rahimi, who was then working for the PKR adviser.

Saiful proves his dishonesty:

In his (emotional) haste to distance Najib from events, Saiful unnecessarily incriminates himself as capable of lying by saying Najib was initially sceptical about his claims of sodomy by Anwar.

Why should Najib be sceptical, he should be delighted because here was a golden opportunity to destroy his nemesis? Thus it is unlikely if not impossible Najib would be initially sceptical but it is likely, no matter how preposterous, his interest would be aroused. By thus proving himself capable of lying, it casts his status as an accuser as unreliable.

IF NAJIB HELD ANWAR IN HIGH ESTEEM, ANWAR WAS HIS HERO HE MAY BE INCREDULOUS ABOUT THE ALLEGATION BUT IF ANWAR IS A SWORN ENEMY, SUCH NEWS WOULD AROUSE INTEREST RATHER THAN SCEPTICISM.

THE PURPOSE OF SAIFUL SAYING THUS IS TO FOOLISHLY GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT NAJIB WAS NEUTRAL, HAD NO INTEREST TO SEE ANWAR BEING CONVICTED BUT IT IS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND USELESS TO SAY SO AND IT ONLY PROVES HE IS DISHONEST.

Totally unnecessary and useless:

It reflects foolishness or naivety on the part of Saiful to tender that Najib was initially sceptical about the allegation, only those who are partisan or naïve would believe that given the adversarial relationship between Anwar and Najib that Najib would be disinterested in such allegations.

THE PURPOSE IS TO IMPRESS THE PUBLIC THAT NAJIB IS ABOVE THE FRAY, NEUTRAL BUT IT IS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND USELESS, IT WILL NOT WORK BUT ONLY GOES TO INDICATE SAIFUL IS DISHONEST.

Jesus says Saiful will be dishonest in much:

Jesus: "He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much; and he who is dishonest in a very little is dishonest also in much. 11 If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will entrust to you the true riches (heaven)?

Thus if Saiful has demonstrated his unnecessary and useless dishonesty in distancing Najib from the case, he will also be dishonest in the much, the limitless much.
