Perceiving and not perceiving are concomitant acts:

Perceiving and not perceiving are concomitant acts:
Perceiving and not perceiving are concomitant, simultaneous inseparable acts. In perceiving the little before you, you must sacrifice or forfeit by at the same time not perceiving the infinitude that is happening at the same time that can be perceived. It may be the truth that it is possible not to perceive as you and I perceive and as a result of not doing so, you also do not forfeit the non-perception of the infinitude that is happening.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PERCEIVE WITHOUT AT THE SAME TIME ALSO NOT PERCEIVE, BOTH PERCEIVING AND NOT PERCEIVING MUST OCCUR TOGETHER LIKE THERE MUST BE TWO SIDES OF THE COIN. IF THIS COIN CAN BE MADE TRANSPARENT, THEN THE TWO SIDES, HEAD AND TAIL, PERCEIVING AND NOT PERCEIVING ALSO DO NOT OCCUR.
ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA THERE IS THE VERY HIGH REALM THAT CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY THOSE WHO HAVE DEVELOPED THEIR MINDS HIGHLY WHERE A BEING NEITHER PERCEIVES (AS YOU AND I PERCEIVE) NOR DOES HE NOT PERCEIVE, WHEREIN HE KNOWS EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING OR THAT HAS HAPPENED.
BY (GREEDILY) PERCEIVING THE LITTLE IN FRONT OF YOU, YOU HAVE TO FORFEIT BY NOT PERCEIVING THE INFINITUDE OF OTHER THINGS HAPPENING AT THE SAME TIME THAT MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR A BEING TO PERCEIVE.
THUS IF A BEING WAS TO BE ABLE TO CIRCUMVENT PERCEPTION, BY KNOWING HOW TO STOP PERCEIVING, HE WILL IN THE PROCESS ALSO NOT ‘NOT PERCEIVE’ THE INFINITUDE HAPPENING EVERYWHERE AND THIS IS A FAR MORE SATISFYING AND WONDERFUL STATE FOR THE BEING THEN PERCEIVING THE LITTLE AND FORFEITING THE PERCEPTION OF THE INFINITUDE.
(Neither Perception nor Non-Perception)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness, the perception of the sphere of nothingness -- attends to the singleness based on the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception. (the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception is even higher than the sphere of nothingness and infinite consciousness.)
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness , the sphere of nothingness are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception.'
Cula-Suññata Sutta: The Lesser Discourse on Emptiness
"On one occasion, face to face with the Blessed One -- I heard this: 'I now often remain in an attitude of emptiness.' Did I hear that correctly?"
[The Buddha:] "Yes, Ananda, you heard that correctly. Now, as well as before, I often remain in an attitude of emptiness. Just as this palace is empty of gold & silver, assemblies of women & men, and there is only this non-emptiness -- the singleness based on the community of monks; even so, Ananda, a monk -- not attending to the perception (mental note) of village, human being -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of forest. His mind takes pleasure, settles, & indulges in its perception of forest.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of village, human being are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the perception of forest.' There is only this non-emptiness: the singleness based on the perception of forest.' Thus he regards it as empty of whatever is not there. Whatever remains, he discerns as present: 'There is this.' And so this, his entry into emptiness, is undistorted in meaning, & pure.
(The Perception of Earth)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of human being, the perception of forest -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of earth. His mind takes pleasure, settles, & indulges in its perception of earth. Just as a bull's hide is stretched free from wrinkles with a hundred stakes, even so -- without attending to all the ridges & hollows, the ravines, the craggy irregularities of this earth.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of human being, the perception of forest are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the perception of earth.'
(The Infinitude of Space)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of forest, the perception of earth -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of space.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of forest, earth are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of space.'
(The Infinitude of Consciousness)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of earth, the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of space -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of earth ,the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of space are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness.'
(Nothingness)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of space, the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of the sphere of nothingness.
(Neither Perception nor Non-Perception)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness, the perception of the sphere of nothingness -- attends to the singleness based on the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of the sphere of the infinitude of consciousness , the sphere of nothingness are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception.'
(Theme-Less Concentration)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception -- attends to the singleness based on the theme-less concentration of awareness.
(Release)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception -- attends to the singleness based on the theme-less concentration of awareness. His mind takes pleasure, settles, & indulges in its theme-less concentration of awareness.
"He discerns that 'This theme-less concentration of awareness is fabricated & mentally fashioned.' 'Whatever is fabricated is inconstant & subject to cessation.' For him -- thus knowing, -- the mind is released from the effluent of sensuality, becoming, ignorance. With release, there is the knowledge, 'Released.'
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances would exist based on the effluent of sensuality... becoming... ignorance, are not present. And there is only this modicum of disturbance: that connected with the six sensory spheres, dependent on this very body with life as its condition.' He discerns that 'This mode of perception is empty of the effluent of sensuality...becoming...ignorance. And there is just this non-emptiness: that connected with the six sensory spheres.' Thus he regards it as empty of whatever is not there. Whatever remains, he discerns as present: 'There is this.' And so this, his entry into emptiness, is undistorted in meaning, pure -- superior & unsurpassed.
"Therefore, Ananda, you should train yourselves: 'We will enter & remain in the emptiness that is pure, superior, & unsurpassed.'"
The full discourse on emptiness by the Buddha:
(No fake or mad man could ever think let alone deliver such a discourse and so anyone who rejects the Buddha has better understand truly what he said and makes sure he knows he is correct and the Buddha is wrong)
Cula-Suññata Sutta: The Lesser Discourse on Emptiness
I have heard that on one occasion the Blessed One was staying at Savatthi in the Eastern Monastery, the palace of Migara's mother. Then in the evening, Ven. Ananda, coming out of seclusion, approached the Blessed One and, on arrival, having bowed down, sat down to one side. As he was sitting there, he said to the Blessed One: "On one occasion, when the Blessed One was staying among the Sakyans in a Sakyan town named Nagaraka, there -- face to face with the Blessed One -- I heard and learned this: 'I now often remain in an attitude of emptiness.' Did I hear that correctly, learn it correctly, attend to it correctly, remember it correctly?"
[The Buddha:] "Yes, Ananda, you heard that correctly, learned it correctly, attended to it correctly, remembered it correctly. Now, as well as before, I often remain in an attitude of emptiness. Just as this palace of Migara's mother is empty of elephants, cattle & mares, empty of gold & silver, empty of assemblies of women & men, and there is only this non-emptiness -- the singleness based on the community of monks; even so, Ananda, a monk -- not attending to the perception (mental note) of village, not attending to the perception of human being -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of forest. His mind takes pleasure, finds satisfaction, settles, & indulges in its perception of forest.
"He discerns that 'Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of village are not present. Whatever disturbances that would exist based on the perception of human being are not present. There is only this modicum of disturbance: the singleness based on the perception of forest.' He discerns that 'This mode of perception is empty of the perception of village. This mode of perception is empty of the perception of human being. There is only this non-emptiness: the singleness based on the perception of forest.' Thus he regards it as empty of whatever is not there. Whatever remains, he discerns as present: 'There is this.' And so this, his entry into emptiness, accords with actuality, is undistorted in meaning, & pure.
(The Perception of Earth)
"Further, Ananda, the monk -- not attending to the perception of human being, not attending to the perception of forest -- attends to the singleness based on the perception of earth. His mind takes pleasure, finds satisfaction, settles, & indulges in its perception of earth. Just as a bull's hide is stretched free from wrinkles with a hundred stakes, even so -- without attending to all the ridges & hollows, the river ravines, the tracts of stumps & thorns, the craggy irregularities of this earth -- he attends to the singleness based on the perception of earth. "Therefore, Ananda, you should train yourselves: 'We will enter & remain in the emptiness that is pure, superior, & unsurpassed.'"
That is what the Blessed One said. Gratified, Ven. Ananda delighted in the Blessed One's words.
The hierarchy of realms:
According to the Buddha as one’s concentration ascends, he reaches progressively the realms of no thinking, neither like nor dislike, neither pain nor pleasure, the infinitude of space, the infinitude of consciousness, the realm of nothingness and finally neither perception nor non-perception.
The Buddha seldom exercises his supernatural powers:
Reflecting his disenchantment with all things fabricated and the exercise of supernatural powers is attended by work and thus suffering, although the Buddha possesses in completeness whatever supernatural powers there be, he seldom exercises them and only does so when it is for the benefit of others.
Thus he can fly through the air or walk through a wall but he seldom does that and only does so when necessary. He can access heaven at will but he only does so when there is a need eg to teach his mother in heaven the dharma.
ALTHOUGH THE BUDDHA POSSESSES ALL SUPERNATURAL POWERS HE SELDOM EXERCISES THEM, HE DOES NOT ALWAYS EXERCISE THEM WHICH WOULD BE ABUSIVE AND IT REFLECTS SOMEONE ENCHANTED WITH THIS FABRICATED WORLD. THE EXERCISE EVEN OF SUPERNATURAL POWERS REQUIRES WORK AND THAT IS ALWAYS SUFFERING COMPARED WITH NOT EXERCISING.
The Buddha can read your mind and know exactly what you are thinking but that does not mean he is a busybody and peeping tom prying into your affairs, he is not interested in your affairs except where it is necessary for him to know your thoughts.
The Slow Death of 'Asian Values'
Only a deluded man would subscribe to any values, Asian or otherwise and only those who do not understand will see nothing wrong, see meaning with what is stated.
IT IS NOT VALUES THAT ANYONE OF TRUE UNDERSTANDING SHOULD HAVE BUT IT IS OF DISCERNMENT OF WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG, WHAT IS HARMFUL AND BENEFICIAL, WHAT IS MEANINGFUL AND MEANINGLESS. VALUES ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND AND NEED A WALKING STICK TO LEAN ON IN WHICH THEY ARE THE SLAVES OF THEIR VALUES THAT DICTATE WHAT THEY SHALL SAY OR DO. VALUES ARE FOR ROBOTS NOT TRULY UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE WHO WILL NEVER SHACKLE THEMSELVES TO VALUES.
Because values are false and fabricated they tend to be hypocritical, much preached but seldom followed except when it is self serving and when it does not serve self, it is conveniently discarded or ignored.
So long, road tax stickers!
The person who says this is foolishly cultivating false logic and perception that will end in insanity.
It is false logic because just because road tax stickers have become obsolete does not mean or equal so long road tax stickers. It is dangerously wrong to conclude that obsolete road tax stickers equals ‘so long sticker’.
It is false perception because road tax stickers are not beings that anyone can say goodbye to.
YOU AND HIM SEE NOTHING WRONG, SEE IT AS PERFECTLY TRUE BUT YOU AND HIM MAY BE DEAD WRONG, IT IS THE DEADLY PRACTICE OF FALSE LOGIC AND PERCEPTION THAT ENDS IN INSANITY AND WHAT IS STATED IS NEVER THE TRUTH EXCEPT IN YOUR FALSE UNDERSTANDING AND DELUSION.
YOU THINK IT IS FUNNY, CUTE BUT WHEN YOUR HEAD IS ON THE CHOPPING BOARD IT WON’T BE VERY FUNNY EXCEPT TO THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS.
God will give the world another counsellor:
Jesus said he was sent by his Father and he said the Father will give you another counsellor, whom he will send from the Father.
The Buddha said he is the highest teacher, he called himself tathagatha, the one who thus comes and so if the Buddha, the highest teacher has to appear in this world to teach and Jesus the Son of man has to come physically, it is impossible if the counsellor is a teacher of some stature, that he should come without actually physically coming to this world.
JUST AS THE BUDDHA THE HIGHEST TEACHER HAS TO COME TO THIS WORLD AND JESUS THE SON OF GOD HAS TO COME, IF THE COUNSELLOR IS SOMEONE OF IMPORTANCE, HE HAS TO ALSO PHYSICALLY COME AND IF HE ONLY CAME IN SPIRIT IT WOULD BE A SYMBOLIC NEVER TRUE COMING. JUST AS JESUS SAID HE WAS SENT BY HIS FATHER, THE COUNSELLOR WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND IN JESUS’ NAME WILL ALSO PHYSICALLY COME TO THIS WORLD.
Jesus: "If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, to be with you for ever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him; you know him, for he dwells (he lives amongst you) with you, and will be in you.
"These things I have spoken to you, while I am still with you. But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit (
the counsellor is the Holy Spirit), whom the Father will send (Jesus was sent by his Father) in my name, he will teach you all things (can the counsellor teach all things without physically coming?), and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
But when the Counselor comes (
he will not come immediately but later which suggests a physical coming), whom I shall send to you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness to me; and you also are witnesses, because you have been with me from the beginning.
But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your hearts. Nevertheless I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you (
the counsellor will bring you great advantage).
And when he comes, he will convince the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no more; concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged (
when the counselor comes, the Age will come to a close).
"I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now (
a consciousness change will make you bear what you cannot previously bear). When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own authority (he appears to speak on his own authority), but whatever he hears he will speak and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.Befitting that the Holy Spirit will come, Jesus said whoever speak against him will be forgiven, whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
Jesus: Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever says a word against the Son of man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
Those who have are greedy and mean:
Without being strongly greedy and mean, most people will not have become ‘the haves’ and now that they have become very wealthy they are still not satisfied and want their pound of flesh from others from whom their wealth were derived and this augurs badly for the future of the system.
The present furore about internet censorship and the shutting down of file sharing sites are about the entertainment industry not satisfied with their already fabulous earning from the people or society, they want to make sure as far as possible their produce is paid for and since they have wealth and clout they lobby to have laws passed that will ensure people pay for their content.
Obama may be risking his life opposing the construction of a massive American pipeline because he is upsetting big business and these people have the means to take revenge like assassination.
THIS WORLD IS DOMINATED BY THE WEALTHY AND THEY ARE INSATIABLY GREEDY AND MEAN, THEY GOT WHERE THEY ARE LARGELY BY CROOK AND HOOK NOT BY MERIT (BILL GATES HAVE NOT TOLD YOU OF THE UNDERHAND TACTICS HE EMPLOYED TO MONOPOLIZE THE MARKET) AND NOW THAT THEY ARE AT THE PINNACLE, LIKE THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, THEY WANT TO USE THEIR CLOUT TO ENSURE NO ONE ESCAPES PAYING THEM THEIR DUES. THUS CLIFF RICHARDS SUCCESSFULLY LOBBIED TO HAVE HIS SONG COPYRIGHTS EXTENDED SO THAT HE WILL EARN MORE ROYALTY.
Why people fake and the Buddha is no fake:
The reason people fake is to please and impress others in order to gain unrighteously from others or avoid harm from others.
Thus if someone is powerful (eg parent, teacher, law officer or ruler), you want to fake to please him and hide the truth so that he will not punish or harm you. You fake if you want to unfairly obtain something material (money, valuables) from another. Whilst faking may be an intermittent venture in the beginning, it tends to accelerate and spread and very soon it becomes the default automated mode of transaction with the world.
NOT ONLY DO PEOPLE FAKE WHAT THEY SAY OR DO IN ORDER TO ESCAPE HARM FROM OTHERS WHO HAVE POWERS OVER THEM AND TO GAIN UNFAIRLY FROM OTHERS, THERE IS TREMENDOUS SOCIAL PRESSURE TO FAKE BECAUSE EVERYONE IS FAKING TO YOU ALL THE TIME COMPELLING THE PERSON TO SIMILARLY FAKE.
PEOPLE WANT YOU TO FAKE TO THEM JUST AS THEY FAKE TO YOU, THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU BEING TRUE TO THEM. THOUGH THEY MAY TALK ABOUT GETTING REAL, IT IS PRETENSE THAT THEY DISPENSE AND PRETENSE THAT THEY EXPECT YOU TO DISH TO THEM.
The Buddha cannot be a fake because he has given up everything, given up his royalty, given up even his hair and home, he is only dependent on others to give him a single meal at a day & time and he says he is fearless, and so the Buddha has no reason to fake to you or anyone.
SOMEONE WHO IS NOT INTERESTED IN OBTAINING ANYTHING FROM OTHERS APART FROM A SINGLE MEAL A DAY, WHO HAS GIVEN UP HIS KINGDOM, HIS HOME AND EVEN HIS HAIR, WHO IS FEARLESS, IS NOT AFRAID OF ANYONE TAKING HIS LIFE HAS NO REASON TO FAKE AND SO THE BUDDHA CANNOT BE A FAKE NOR DOES A FAKE SPEAK LIKE THE BUDDHA.
This is a world of fakes:
Whether you are a genuine/true person or you are a fake, everyone around you are true people or fakes is objective, cannot be disputed.
IF YOU AND EVERYONE HERE ARE FAKES, FAKING IT TO EACH OTHER AND YOU CANNOT SEE, YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU ARE A FAKE OR NOT, NOT SURE WHETHER EVERYONE ELSE IS A FAKE OR NOT, THEN YOU DO NOT SEE REALITY AS IT ACTUALLY IS.
THE TRUTH THAT CANNOT REFUTED IS THAT THIS IS A WORLD ENTIRELY OF FAKES OR CONSUMMATE INCORRIGIBLE ACTORS EVEN RESISTANTLY SO, DESPITE MUCH MIND WARPING CONFLICT AND SUFFERING, THE DETERMINATION TO KEEP UP THE FAKERY IS COMPELLING, MANY WILL RATHER DIE IN AGONY THAT TAKE DOWN THEIR (SMILING) MASKS OF DECEIT.
BECAUSE THIS IS A WORLD OF FAKES OR ACTORS AND IT IS AGONIZING PUTTING UP WITH SELF AND OTHER PRETENSE, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT ANYONE INTIMATELY INVOLVED IN THIS WORLD SHOULD BE TRULY HAPPY TO A REASONABLE DEGREE BUT THEY ARE TORMENTED AND MADDENED, HEADING FOR SELF DESTRUCTION ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
Deodorant MP tells immigrants to learn English
LIB'S multicultural spokeswoman says it's incumbent on immigrants to learn English if they wish to avoid racism.
This is an example of false logic, that learning English is the antidote to racism that the person is trying to disseminate to others and will end in her own mad logic.
Learning English will not avoid racism and so she is a liar trying to give excuses for her own and others’ racism.
ANYONE WHO THINKS THAT LEARNING ENGLISH MAY HELP ALLEVIATE RACISM IS DELUDED. RACISM IS BASED ON BLIND STIRRED MENTAL FORCE, HATRED AND IT IS IRRATIONAL, JUST BECAUSE YOU SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH WILL NOT DELIVER YOU FROM BEING A TARGET.
Blame the victim but not yourself:
Telling others to learn English in order to avoid racism is an attempt to absolve oneself of blame for one’s racism and blame the victim for being victimized.
IT IS VERY DECEITFUL/DISINGENOUS, INSTEAD OF BLAMING YOURSELF FOR YOUR EVIL RACISM, YOU ADD INSULT TO INJURY, BLAME HIS POOR ENGLISH FOR HIS BEING A TARGET OF RACISM. JESUS SPOKE OF THE ACCURSED, TRULY SOME ARE ACCURSED, THEY CAN SEE NO WRONG IN THEMSELVES WHEN THERE IS PLENTY.
What is wrong with the world economy in a nutshell:
Too much money is now in the hands of too few (capitalists and big multinationals) whilst the savings of the many have been squandered away by reckless bankers not just once but even many times over through many cycles of lent-redeposited-relent so that the system is saddled with massive crippling debt whose final collapse will crush the system below it. These few who own too much are now refusing to lend to the system and uses their money augmented by money borrowed from the system to game the system for further gains like pushing up commodities like oil and even food to stratospheric levels that cripples the economy, by speculating in currency markets to make money at the expense of destabilizing them. Without the US printing worthless paper to keep buying from the world, the recent boom could not have resulted, without savers like China, Japan, Germany, oil producers lending their money to credit, the boom would not have reached such levels. Without multinationals shifting manufacture to low cost areas selling for big profit in rich nations, there could not be such prosperity, now the rich countries are saddled with massive unemployment that will eventually kill off the low cost manufacturing centres so that everybody suffers.
The world is running on empty tank:
The so called savings of countries like Germany and China exists only in myth not reality, these have been greedily lent out in search for more gains and those who borrowed are now insolvent, cannot pay, need to borrow more to keep going and so mankind is in denial, refusing to admit that all savings are gone and they are running on dangerously empty tanks.
The missing BRIC in Indonesia's wall
TANJUNG RAJA GIHAM, Indonesia - Helped by a global commodities boom, Indonesia could join Brazil, Russia, India and China -- the BRIC economies -- as the next emerging markets powerhouse. A plan to accelerate infrastructure projects could help it get there.
There may be a recurring lesson here that is lost to most observers.
There was a time when Indonesia was a basket case, now it is feted as a candidate to join BRIC. Indonesia as a low cost manufacturing centre may be a beneficiary of economic changes and thus spurred on, ambitious, it may borrow excessively to fund infrastructure projects (avenues for corruption that borrows in the name of the nation and benefits cronies and politicians), international high finance is only too glad to oblige by lending but it may be like Cinderella, the returns may not be there or insufficient to repay the debts and Indonesia or its people are left with a mountain of debt to repay like the Greeks, Portuguese, et al.
INTERNATIONAL MONEY FLOWS ARE DANGEROUS, ITS INFLOW MAY ARTIFICIALLY INFLATE THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND WHEN THEY SUDDENLY DEPART IT MAY PULL THE CARPET OFF THE LOCAL ECONOMY. IF IT IS TRUE EUROPEAN BANKS HAVE 40 BILLION LENT TO MALAYSIA, THEIR PULL OUT MAY AFFECT THE ECONOMY HERE BADLY.
How to be truly special:
Many harbour perception they are special but it is delusion based on their wealth, status, connection and intellect.
How is one truly special?
If everyone here cannot help stretching their syllables, changing speed and loudness and you can stop stretching your syllables, stop changing speed and loudness and it leads to freedom from self-generated stress, restlessness and inability to concentrate, release from the prison of being a robot, you are TRULY SPECIAL, TRULY SUPERIOR AND YOU ARE HEADED FOR ETERNAL LIFE FOR ONE AGE.
Further, if everyone here thinks and cannot stop thinking but you can stop thinking at will to make your mind one pointed, then you are truly special, truly superior, you will have a happy existence here and you are headed for 2 eternities in heaven.
Again if everyone here cannot help liking and disliking, cannot help their mental forces stirring attractively and repulsively and you can stop yourself liking and disliking then you are truly special, truly superior and even 4 eternities in heaven awaits you.
NOT HAVING STYLE, NOT THINKING MADLY ALL THE TIME, NOT MADLY LIKING AND DISLIKING; THAT IS HOW YOU ARE TRULY SPECIAL, TRULY SUPERIOR. THERE ARE NO OTHER WAYS YOU CAN BE TRULY SPECIAL. THIS SPECIALNESS DOES NOT DEPEND ON OTHERS, DOES NOT REQUIRE RECOGNITION FROM OTHERS, IS SELF SUFFICIENT AND TRULY HAPPY HERE AND AFTERWARDS.
AS THE BUDDHA AGREED, IT IS CONDUCT AND KNOWLEDGE THAT DISTINGUISHES MEN AND GODS, IT IS YOUR ABILITY TO DO THINGS THAT ARE NOBLE THAT OTHERS CANNOT DO THAT MAKES YOU DISTINGUISHED, SPECIAL.
TV waves 'make for better broadband'
If you understand what you want to say then it is a matter of transcribing it accurately into words that convey exactly what you want to communicate.
TV waves make for better broadband is nonsense, clumsy and misleading.
It is not TV waves and there are no TV waves but it is the (analogue) TV waveband rechanneled for use to transmit broadband that improves broadband.
‘Make for better’ is a clumsy copied rehashed way of saying improves or enhances. It is not TV waves but use of the TV wave spectrum to broadcast broadband that improves broadband.
IF YOU WANT TO ESCAPE SUFFERING AND GO TO HEAVEN YOU MUST LEARN TO SPEAK PROPERLY AND WHAT IS SAID IS NOT THE TRUTH EXCEPT IN DELUSION.
Work together for the future, says Chua
KUALA LUMPUR: The different races must persevere and work together to make Malaysia prosper, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
You have wrong understanding if you think this is a harmless statement or it is good or you do not know what to make of it.
Work together under whom? Under him or Anwar? If he means under BN he is being self serving or calculating and that has karma.
What is this future he refers to? If it is material prosperity that is not good but bad because material prosperity is food that perishes and leads others to perishing.
Whether others want to work together or not is their business, by saying so you want others to do something according to your dictate and so you want others to obey you or be a robot and because that is suffering, you are creating debt not merit.
‘WORK TOGETHER’ SOUNDS NICE BUT IT IS A FALSE FOOLISH STATEMENT THAT BESTOWS EVEN MUCH KARMA TO BE EXPERIENCED AS FUTURE SUFFERING, NOT MERIT TO BE EXPERIENCED AS FUTURE HAPPINESS.
Capitalism's darkest hour calls for youthful idealism
Nicholas Kristof
This is a statement of delusion not truth. Youthful idealism is never the answer for capitalism’s darkest hour except in delusion. Idealism is not about truth but falsity, about beliefs, principles that are to be implemented and that mean mindless robotry.
What is needed is understanding the situation, what went wrong and correcting the situation and that is not idealism except in your delusion it is.
WHATEVER THE PROBLEM, HOWEVER SERIOUS OR INTRACTABLE IT IS, THE CORRECT ANSWER IS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED, WHY IT HAPPENED AND THUS UNDERSTANDING TO INSTITUTE REDRESSES IF POSSIBLE AND CONTAIN THE DAMAGE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS NOT IDEALISM EXCEPT IN YOUR DELUSION. CAPITALISM MAY BE EVIL, DOOMED TO END IN ACRIMONY AND COLLAPSE AND SO ANYONE TRYING TO RESURRECT CAPITALISM (WITH IDEALISM) IS DELUDED.You should not be idealistic but true:
One should not endeavour to be idealistic but true. Idealism equates with wanting things done in a certain way that may be impractical, would not apply in ‘the real world’. It is wanting things to be done in a certain way and that is about style, rigidity and programming.
The person of truth is never idealistic but he confronts situations in a case by case basis deciding what is true or false, what is meaningful and meaningless, what is beneficial or harmful and he acts accordingly to do or say what is true, meaningful and beneficial and that is never idealistic except in your delusion.

IDEALISM IS WANTING TO APPLY CERTAIN PRINCIPLES TO LIFE OR ALTERING LIFE TO FIT CERTAIN IDEALS AND THAT IS ARTIFICIAL, MAD BECAUSE YOU NEVER APPLY NOR SEEK TO APPLY ANYTHING TO LIFE.
Capitalism’s darkest hour is a call for truth and goodness:
If anything can get mankind out of capitalism’s darkness, it is truth and goodness and that has nothing to do with youth or idealism.
It is impossible for anything false and bad to deliver a person out of woe, it may delay the reckoning, setting up for an even worse reckoning but falsity and evil can never deliver one out of suffering or trouble.
No longer No 1, but Federer still top dog
It is not an accident but even if unconscious, the way it is put is intended to stir contradiction in self and others and that has karma to be repaid as suffering not merit.
IF THERE IS CONTRADICTION IN SOMETHING YOU SAY, YOU ARE GUILTY OF FALSITY SOMEHOW. EITHER YOUR CALLING FEDERER TOP DOG IS FALSE/WRONG OR HIS NO 1 STATUS IS FALSE/WRONG OR BOTH ARE FALSE, NEVER BOTH ARE TRUE AND SO YOU ARE GUILTY OF FALSITY. THE PURPOSE OF LINKING THE TWO IS TO UNCONSCIOUSLY STIR CONFLICT AND THAT HAS KARMA.
EMOTIONAL PEOPLE SEE MEANING IN TRYING TO STIR EMOTION OR CONTRADICTION IN OTHERS IN WHAT THEY SAY WHEN THEY ARE LAPSING INTO FALSITY CREATING DEBT TO BE REPAID AS FUTURE SUFFERING.
Roberto Mancini taunts Harry Redknapp
ROBERTO MANCINI has taunted rival Harry Redknapp by saying: “Do you want to borrow some cash?”
If you have no intention of lending money and you ask someone if he wants to borrow, you are asking for insanity and you will be punished for saying something you do not mean.
And so whatever the pleasures he may find here, whatever the suffering he may avoid here, his stupid emotion driven speech is going to heap suffering even as vast as an ocean for him.
IF YOU ASK SOMEONE IF HE WANTS TO BORROW MONEY AND YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF LENDING, YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR NECK ON THE CHOPPING BOARD THAT IS FAR WORSE THAN WHATEVER SUFFERING YOU STRIVE TO AVOID IN DAILY LIFE.
Your behaviour creates and stores more suffering for you:
The way you behave and speak creates more suffering daily and stores much more suffering for you in the future than whatever suffering that comes your way in daily life that you successfully evade.
WHAT SUFFERING YOU EVADE IN DAILY LIFE IS NEXT TO NOTHING COMPARED TO THE SUFFERING CREATED BY THE WAY YOU BEHAVE AND THE SUFFERING YOU BEQUEATHED YOURSELF EVEN FOR MANY LIVES TO COME AND SO THE WISE PERSON WILL IGNORE DAILY SUFFERING AND FOCUS ON CLEANING UP HIS ACT FOR NO SUFFERING HERE AND LATER.
Idealism: something false about something false
Idealism does not exist, it is a concept, a false fabrication of false minds to stick labels to people with certain characteristics, just because a person has certain characteristics does not make him an idealist. Furthermore idealism is not about truth but falsity, even if the person can change the world or how people behave to conform to his ideal, it WILL not work, WILL not lead to utopia as envisioned. As long as a person remains in style, remains in stretching, changing speed and strength there is no respite from terrible stress, restlessness and distraction and so even if he can get the world to conform to his ideals he still suffers the same. Ideals are delusions, they never work, never deliver as promised, they are like the pots of gold at the ends of rainbows.
THUS IDEALISM IS SOMETHING FALSE (IT IS A CONCEPT, A FABRICATION THAT DOES NOT EXIST) ABOUT SOMETHING FALSE (IDEALS ARE DELUSIONS NOT TRUTHS).
This is one definition of an idealist:
1. One whose conduct is influenced by ideals that often conflict with practical considerations.
2. One who is unrealistic and impractical; a visionary.
3. An artist or writer whose work is imbued with idealism.
4. An adherent of any system of philosophical idealism.
Defining idealism or an idealist is not understanding or knowing idealism or idealist. It is when you know their natures as false, fabrications, delusions that even when put into practice will not work or succeed that you truly understand.
JUST BECAUSE A PERSON CAN REEL OUT A PRECISE DEFINITION ABOUT IDEALISM DOES NOT MEAN HE UNDERSTANDS WHAT HE DEFINES, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UNDERSTANDING BUT IT IS ABOUT PROGRAMMING; IT IS ONLY WHEN A PERSON UNDERSTANDS THE NATURE OF IDEALISM, NAMELY IT IS A DELUSION, WISHING REALITY WAS SOMETHING ELSE, SOMETHING THAT IS A FIGMENT OF HIS IMAGINATION THAT HE TRULY UNDERSTANDS ‘IDEALISM’.
You have to be a robot to be an idealist:
In order to be an idealist, you must have a plan or many plans of how things should be, how things should be done or not done that you want to impose on the world, you want to sell to others or convert them do and that you yourself practice either purely or impurely or even hypocritically.
If you want things done to conform to a plan you must be a robot living according to that plan and it is never fun or true living your life according to a plan or ideal.
Buddhism is not about idealism, it is a teaching and a discipline that is clearly defined and should one truly practice the discipline (no harming, killing, telling lies, gossip, stealing, no coveting, no sex) one will obtain much relief from suffering here, insight will arise and it leads to disenchantment with the world, dissociation from the world and this is not about ideals that you want to impose or sell to the world that you are involved with and want to reform.
Simon Cowell: 'I got too cocky'
He thinks he understands what he says and others think they understand what he said.
How is what is said truly understood?
Even if you do not believe in the horrendous karma of being cocky, it is a dangerous, blind force based basis for actions that can and will lead to disaster and so there is no basis for being cocky, let alone ‘too cocky’. The statement implies he is in control of his cockiness and he chooses how much he wants to be cocky when that is false, he is a slave of his cockiness that he struggles to control and at times he loses control and act with extreme cockiness.
WHEN ONE SPEAKS OF COCKINESS ONE SPEAKS OF ARROGANCE, THINKING TOO HIGHLY OF ONESELF AND LOWLY OF OTHERS AND THAT IS A VERY DANGEROUS BLIND FORCE BASE FOR ACTIONS THAT EXPOSES YOURSELF TO DANGER. TOO COCKY IMPLIES A CERTAIN LEVEL OF COCKINESS IS OK AND THAT IS DELUSION. COCKINESS IS NEVER OK IN MODERATION. IF THERE IS AN ETENITY OF WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH POSSIBLE, THE COCKY PERSON IS HEADED THERE AS A RESULT OF HIS COCKINESS. ANYONE WHO IS COCKY CANNOT GO TO HEAVEN AND THAT MEANS ETERNAL PUNISHMENT.
HE STRUGGLED TO CONTROL HIS COCKINESS RATHER THAN HE GOT TOO COCKY AT TIMES.
The Buddha not science first discovered big bang:
Big Bang is a theory that has much acceptance amongst scientists as the origin of the universe and there is debate as to whether the universe will expand forever or retreat in a big crush. Big bang requires no act of genius to postulate because observations show everything, galaxies hurtling apart from each other as if from a big explosion.
Through direct knowledge the Buddha said he has, the Buddha tells you the universe began from an inconstruable moment, there have been countless cycles of cosmic expansion and contraction which means the universe will collapse back and black holes in space may be evidence of this prodigious local resorptions of the universe. The Buddha said space is infinite, consciousness is infinite and when the universe begins its cycle of expansion there are empty brahma palaces to which a paramount being, the Father is first born there and after much time, other beings start to be born there. Thus according to the Buddha, there are many brahma palaces in space and each is presided over by a Father, the conqueror, unconquered, Father of all there has been.
At Savatthi. There the Blessed One said: "From an inconstruable beginning comes transmigration. A beginning point is not evident, though beings hindered by ignorance and fettered by craving are transmigrating & wandering on. What do you think, monks: Which is greater, the tears you have shed while transmigrating & wandering this long, long time -- crying & weeping from being joined with what is displeasing, being separated from what is pleasing -- or the water in the four great oceans?"
"As we understand the Dhamma taught to us by the Blessed One, this is the greater: the tears we have shed while transmigrating & wandering this long, long time -- crying & weeping from being joined with what is displeasing, being separated from what is pleasing -- not the water in the four great oceans."
"Excellent, monks. Excellent. It is excellent that you thus understand the Dhamma taught by me.
"This is the greater: the tears you have shed while transmigrating & wandering this long, long time -- crying & weeping from being joined with what is displeasing, being separated from what is pleasing -- not the water in the four great oceans.
"Long have you (repeatedly) experienced the death of a mother. The tears you have shed over the death of a mother while transmigrating & wandering this long, long time -- crying & weeping from being joined with what is displeasing, being separated from what is pleasing -- are greater than the water in the four great oceans.

"When the mind was thus concentrated, purified, bright, unblemished, rid of defilement, pliant, malleable, steady, & attained to imperturbability, I directed it to the knowledge of recollecting my past lives. I recollected my manifold past lives, i.e., one birth, two...five, ten...fifty, a hundred, a thousand, a hundred thousand, many eons of cosmic contraction, many eons of cosmic expansion, many eons of cosmic contraction & expansion: 'There I had such a name, belonged to such a clan, had such an appearance. Such was my food, such my experience of pleasure & pain, such the end of my life. Passing away from that state, I re-arose there. There too I had such a name, belonged to such a clan, had such an appearance. Such was my food, such my experience of pleasure & pain, such the end of my life. Passing away from that state, I re-arose here.' Thus I remembered my manifold past lives in their modes & details.
"This was the first knowledge I attained in the first watch of the night. Ignorance was destroyed; knowledge arose; darkness was destroyed; light arose -- as happens in one who is heedful, ardent, & resolute.
Having developed a mind of good will for seven years, then for seven aeons of contraction & expansion I didn't return to this world. Whenever the aeon was contracting, I went to the realm of Streaming Radiance. Whenever the aeon was expanding, I reappeared in an empty Brahma-abode. There I was the Great Brahman, the Unconquered Conqueror, All-seeing, & Wielder of Power. Then for thirty-six times I was Sakka, ruler of the gods. For many hundreds of times I was a king, a wheel-turning emperor, a righteous king of Dhamma, conqueror of the four corners of the earth, maintaining stable control over the countryside, endowed with the seven treasures* -- to say nothing of the times I was a local king. The thought occurred to me: 'Of what action of mine is this the fruit, of what action the result, that I now have such great power & might?' Then the thought occurred to me: 'This is the fruit of my three [types of] action, the result of three types of action, that I now have such great power & might: i.e., generosity, self-control, & restraint.'"
