preparing all sorts of food for themselves and charities that's totally against
the teaching of the Buddha they worship.
Nuns are supposed to have renounced their
lives, gone forth to cross the sea to the deathless and this means they must
not store food let alone prepare all sorts of foods in a palatable attractive
way.
These nuns are visibly deluded, they still have style so have not even
reached the first higher state of the mind despite seclusion, renouncing the
livelihood of ordinary people, they see
nothing wrong with food preparation when the Buddha clearly taught those who have
gone forth should not store uncooked food, should not cook but should be
totally dependent on the charity of others to survive and whoever give them
food has much merit.
Even though I live an ordinary life and
meditate as an amateur, I have achieved far higher mental states as specified
by the Buddha, at least the third higher
emotionless state, those who have embraced the monastic life and meditate even
strenuously even day and night as Zen monks do haven't even reached the first
higher state because they visibly have style proving I am someone
exclusive, different from everyone here.
WITHOUT RENOUNCING MY LIFE HERE EVEN IN
1978 I HAD REACHED THE FIRST STYLE LESS STATE OF THE MIND, I HAVE NOW SHED

Manners are ritualised behaviour, things you are programmed by parents and

MANNERS ARE RITUALS AND MORALS ARE RULES
BOTH LEAD TO SUFFERING.
Fed up means don’t like or emotion:
Fed up means don't like, how many people know they are experiencing
and talking about emotions when they talk about fed up?
Often windows 10 update says downloading or
installing at 0 and nothing happens even for hours when actually it's being
downloaded or installed because I check my data usage and it's dwindling. Fed up you might shut the computer and run
into trouble because the update is reversed taking even whole night to shut

How can Window 11 have checked
when I am not online?
Even with windows 11 Microsoft gets simple
things wrong.
When I click on the update icon, the
message says last checked 2 minutes or 2 hours ago and this is misleading
because although I turned on the computer then there was no Internet connection
so windows couldn't have checked as stated.
When there are multiple updates windows 10
and now 11 tells you to restart when there's another major update downloading,
this caused a lot of trouble on occasions in my experience when windows took
many hours to shutdown or restart.
Windows should not tell users to restart when
other downloads are in progress.

Talking is suffering and they talk a lot in
the name of impressing others and making money.
Their styles are suffering, work, causes insoluble renewing stress,
restlessness and distraction and they express styles to wrongfully stir other's
emotions, please and impress others. They
constantly stir their emotions that's suffering to please and impress others
for material gain.
Sex is largely about inflicting suffering
and pain usually by the male and receiving pain usually by the female.
IT'S A DELUSION PEOPLE AVOID SUFFERING AND
PAIN, IN TRUTH ON MANY WAYS EG WORK,
SPORTS, TALK,STYLE AND EMOTIONS PEOPLE SEEK AND INFLICT SUFFERING AND PAIN ON

Nowadays my mind is emotionless, I don't need pleasures to be happy. In fact
pleasures are now also suffering to me.

world and this is because there are different taste receptors in their tongues
that react chemically with different substances in different foods giving rise
to different tastes that are deemed to be pleasure. Pleasure in food tastes is
due to chemical force reactions of taste receptors to different food chemicals
and so good tastes are the result of contact with mild to moderate evil force
at the tongue.
