meaningful and necessary are deluded and delusion is the way to future

The children haunted by the

You can only be haunted if you are a being
of memory and emotion. Without traumatic or fear arousing memory of atrocities
you cannot be haunted and although those responsible for atrocities have karma
if you are haunted you suffer with blame to.
The subject is not a truth and good subject
but it's an emotional and memory subject,
it's entirely directed with blame at others emotions and memory never
understanding.

enables the coronavirus to attack lung cells the omicron variant must retain
this spike protein if it's to retain its ability to attack lung cells but in
order for it to render the Pfizer vaccine ineffective the omicron variant spike
protein must differ from the original covid19 spike protein for omicron to
elude destruction.
THERE'S A BIG CONTRADICTION IF OMICRON IS
TO BECOME DANGEROUS, ITS SPIKE PROTEIN
MUST RETAIN THE ABILITY TO ATTACK LUNG CELLS YET BE SUFFICIENTLY DIFFERENT TO

Impossible WHO and health
authorities are responsible:
If WHO and western health authorities are
responsible people they would have suspended vaccination of a totally unproven
vaccine that has already caused serious heart and brain harm in many reported

women, teens and children who are at no risk of dying based on data and so the

The Buddha told Cunda: Meditate, don't
afterwards regret. This means those who
fail to cultivate daily meditation will regret in later life and after they
died that they failed to meditate daily.
Just as you need to eat every day you need to meditate every day and I
have cultivated successfully correct meditation since 1997. The vast majority
even top Buddhist or Zen masters meditate incorrectly which is why they've not
even reached the first higher state of the mind have not achieved any of the
many insights I have achieved.
The purpose of correct meditation is to
cultivate stillness of the mind and body isolating oneself from the harmful
influences of others. Just by sitting
still secluded from others you train yourself to divorce yourself from others
harmful influences and still your body.
The next step is to calm your mind, just as a stirred cup of tea takes
time to settle, it takes time for an agitated or disturbed mind to become calm,
settled. If a cup of muddy water is kept
still long enough it will become clear as the sediments fall to the bottom. Not
only do you have to calm your mind but you must still your mind until all
thinking, emotions and even feelings stop.
A calm mind becomes clear and only a clear
mind sees correctly and truly and seeing truly he will avoid falsities and harm
in his speech and actions that incur debt to be repaid as suffering and death.
THOSE WHO FAIL TO MEDITATE WILL REGRET
ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA AND EVEN THOSE WHO MEDITATE MAY NOT MEDITATE CORRECTLY
WHICH IS WHY THEY FAILED TO ACHIEVE ANY OF THE MANY INSIGHTS I ACHIEVED.
BY SITTING STILL SECLUDED FTOM OTHERS YOU
TRAIN YOUR BODY TO STOP ALL ACTIONS AND AVOID EXPOSURE TO THIS EVIL WORLD AND
THE EVIL INFLUENCES OF OTHERS. THEN YOU PROCEED TO CALM YOUR MIND, STOP THE
CONSTANT PROLONGING , CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH OF YOUR MENTAL FORCE, SLOW DOWN AND FINALLY STOP YOUR WILS
THINKING, STOP YOUR EMOTIONS AND EVEN
FEELINGS. THOSE WHO HAVE CORRECTLY CALMED THEIR MINDS BECOME CLEAR IN VISION
AND THEY THEN SEE EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AS THEY ACTUALLY ARE AND THUS SEEING
CORRECTLY IT'S IMPOSSIBLE THEY WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING THAT HARMS THEMSELVES
AND OTHERS.
I drop everything I am doing eg watching TV
and meditate sitting upright with crossed legs as soon as I sense
disturbance, distress in my mind that I
swiftly dispel from my mind.
THE WISE PERSON KNOWING WHAT IS GOOD FOR
HIMSELF NOW AND FOREVER MONITORS HIS MIND CONSTANTLY AND AS SOON AS HE DETECT
SUFFERING OR TIREDNESS HE DROPS EVERYTHING,
CLOSE HIS EYES, SIT DISCIPLINED TO IMMEDIATELY EXPEL THE MENTAL
SUFFERING.
Nowadays I can clear my mind, reestablish
calm clarity swiftly compared to the past.
Ordinary people have conditioned themselves
to mental suffering, their mental
suffering is very strong and resistant they cannot shake it off and they resort
to such devices as sports, exercise,
smoking, drinking and vices like sex or overeat in vain attempts to
expel or cope and continue to indulge in activities that churn up mental
suffering like talking to others, work, emotions and thinking.
Nowadays my mind is natural at peace and
whatever mental suffering is shallow that I quickly detect and I take immediate
action to dispel the suffering rather than let it grow in strength. I suffer less daily and I am heading out of
future suffering to safety.
People fail to escape suffering and death
because daily they seek activities that create suffering like talking, work,
exercise and they tolerate the suffering these activities create and allow them
to become very strong before they retreat relatively never absolutely to allow
themselves to recuperate partially before they resume activities that rekindle
their suffering.
Nowadays I don't seek activities that
create suffering, I seldom talk to others,
do minimal work so my mental state is usually calm and I monitor my
mental state for unpleasantness and as soon as I detect suffering I know the
source of the suffering that I immediately terminate resulting in a quick exit
from suffering.
THERE'S AN ESCAPE FROM ALL SUFFERING THAT
LEAD TO DEATH BUT IN ORDER TO DO THAT YOU MUST RESIDE IN CALM AND PEACE OF
MIND, KNOW WHAT ACTIVITIES CAUSE
SUFFERING AND AVOID OR MINIMISE THOSE ACTIVITIES, BE VIGILANT TO MONITOR YOUR
MIND FOR SUFFERING AND WHEN YOU DETECT SUFFERING YOU MUST KNOW THE SOURCE OF
THAT SUFFERING AND QUICKLY END IT. THIS
IS THE ONLY WAY OUT OF ENDLESS SUFFERING AND DEATH, NOW AND FOREVER.

THEIR FOR SHOW UNNECESSARY STYLE THEY MUST SPEAK AND DO AS LITTLE AS THEY CAN.
No one can drive a car without using brakes
but the faster you drive, the more
winding, up and down the road and longer
you drive the more brakes you must use that lead to more brake overheating and
stress and braking can become mad, if
you keep unnecessarily driving fast and braking in time the urge to brake is
irresistible and you may madly brake for no reason and this is mad stress that
rises suddenly strongly for little reason.
SPEECH AND ACTIONS REQUIRE THE YSE OF
FORCE. IT'S USING FORCE THAT REQUIRE STOPPING OR RESISTANCE THAT'S THE CAUSE OF
STRESS. STYLE IS A CONSTANT ACTION IN
ITSELF WITH CONSIDERABLE CONSTANT ADDITIONAL USE OF FORCE THAT REQUIRES
OPPOSITE FORCE OR RESISTANCE OR BRAKING TO CONTROL AND STOP AND SO SLL SPEECH

RESISTING IS SEPARATE FROM ACTION AND IF
YOU ARE CONSTANTLY APPLYING BRAKES AS IM THOSE WITH STYLE WHO ARE CONSTANTLY
PROLONGING , CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH THEY'RE CONSTANTLY APPLYING BRAKES
THAT CAN BECOME MAD, THEIR BRAKING CAN
BE PROVOKED TO BECOME VERY STRONG AND DIFFICULT TO SUBSIDE BY EVEN MINOR
PROVOCATIONS.
AND SI IT'S NOT STYLE BUT ACTION THAT'S THE
CAUSE OF STRESS, ACTIONS WITH STYLE CAUSE MUCH MORE STRESS BECAUSE THEY USE
MUCH MORE FORCE.
The Buddha is absolutely correct to say,
good is cessation, good is when they forever cease.
To totally permanently escape stress and
suffering you must not only stop all actions and speech but you must stop all
thinking, all emotions and feelings of pain and pleasure.
ACTIONS THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF FORCE IS
THE ONLY CAUSE OF STRESS AND SUFFERING THAT LEADS TO DECAY AND DEATH. TO ESCAPE
STRESS YOU MUST PROGRESSIVELY REDUCE THE USE OF FORCE AND THE FIRST STEP IS TO
STOP YOUR MINDLESS CONSTANT UNNECESSARY FOR SHOW STYLE LEADING TO REDUCTION AND
EXTINCTION OF ALL SPEECH AND ACTIONS LEADING TO STOPPING ALL THINKING THENCE
STIRRING OF MENTAL FORCE TO EXPERIENCE EMOTIONS AND FINALLY STOP ALL FEELINGS
OF PAIN AND PLEASURE.
Fabricating or using memory is the final
ultimate action that causes stress and suffering. As taught by the Buddha if a person totally
stops using memory, stops fabricating he becomes enlightened, he knows all his past lives, knows the births and deaths of other beings
and he knows the total complete path out of suffering, births and deaths.
FABRICATING IS THE ULTIMATE ACTION USING
FORCE THAT LEADS THE IGNORANT BEING ON A ENDLESS SENSELESS COURSE DEATHS AND
SUFFERING AND IT'S THE END OF FABRICATING OR USING MEMORY THAT EMANCIPATES HIM,
FREES HIM FROM FURTHER DEATHS AND SUFFERING.
Perceiving eg seeing and hearing, stirring emotions, thinking, talking and
doing things require using force without
using force no one can perceive, become emotional, think, speak or do anything.
It's the use of force that must be attended
by opposite force to control and stop the action that's the cause of resistance
that results in stress and style is not only an action but it's a particularly
potent, constant, senseless for show action that is the cause of insoluble
renewing stress for the person because so long as the speaks and acts with
style he is constantly generating new insoluble stress.
STYLE IS NOT THE CAUSE OF STRESS BUT ACTION
IS THE CAUSE OF STRESS. INSTEAD STYLE IS A POTENT SOURCE OF TOTALLY UNNECESSARY
